This property is centrally located to shopping ,restaurants and right on the water.it has a 70 inch TV in living Room and a 48 inch in the Master bedroom and the second Bedroom also has a TV. Kitchen is fully stocked for cooking and BBq outside. new furnishings and has beach chairs and umbrellas. also has many floating items to relax in the pool .cape coral is minutes from marina, Santa Bella Island, Fort Meyers downtown or fort Meyers beach. THeres Great fishing and some of the best beaches that arent crowded with people.

Awesome house right on the water! The pool was great and the house was super clean and fully stocked with everything to cook meals. Owner and property manager very easy to contact. Would definitely stay there again!

Cape Coral Spring Break

The property was wonderful! Plenty of room for five of us to relax, swim, and go to multiple locations nearby. Could not be more pleased with property, owner, and property managers! I will defiantly recommend. Thanks Craig for the stay!

This house was beautiful and had ALL we needed! Easy check in and gracious enough to give us and extra 2 hours at check out since our flight wasn’t until the evening 🙌🏻 The pool was the BEST! Would DEFINITELY stay again! Thanks!!!

Perfect Get Away!

Property could not be better! Great location, and nice, quiet area. If you are looking for a beautiful home with the master suite away from the other bedrooms this is it! Anya the Property manager was WONDERFUL to work with. If you are on the fence.... pick this one!

A pebble deck pool doesn’t look clean and bright as a white pool so more Chemicals doesn’t make a change in looks.

A perfect “oasis”!

Wow, of all the many places we’ve stayed, this was the most completely stocked and furnished! It had everything, and it was so airy, bright and clean. Pool was great. Ambiance was great from the moment we walked in with music playing softly and trulia in the fridge (don’t know if it was left from the last guests), but everything was a nice touch. Thank you!!!!

Perfect House

This property was perfect for what we needed it for. After a long week of playing baseball we came home to absolute comfort & relaxation! Exactly what we needed. The pool served its purpose on the hot days we needed to cool off and the grill came in handy! I would definitely recommend this house to any one with friends or family who just want to get away.

Best Rental ever…

This by far was the best house we’ve ever rented in Cape Coral. The house was perfect in every way.. Beautiful house and the views were out of this world. Dealing with the property Manager Anja was the best also. I did get to talk with the owner Craig and he was so helpful and very personable. I’ll actually be getting in touch with him again this week to rent this same house for sometime next year.. Thanks so much!

Things not working

Dishwasher did not working, tolet seat broken, pool enclosure ripped and mosquitoes getting in and bitting., bugs in the pool due to the enclosure.

The screens can tear at anytime and the same with toilet seats the tabs are plastic and do break when they checked in the toilet seat wasn’t broken and the screen was ok . They told my manager at check out and said the dish washer didn’t work . That same day a new toilet seat was installed along with the small screen insert but the dishwasher worked great only 2 years old the guest didn’t know how to use. We let the guests move in early and they had more guests than what was on contract and yet they complained about something that can happen at anytime some people you just can’t make happy

Beautiful home with a beautiful view

The house is definitely better than expected for our family of 5. Located directly on the canal with a gorgeous view and plenty of room. We drove the 45-50 minutes to Sanibel every day, which was a perfect distance for us to build in nap time for the kids. The only thing that was not perfect about the place was the quality of the appliances. They were a little old, but worked well enough. The owners provided everything we needed and more. We are definitely planning to return next year.

Oasis !

This was my first time using vrbo.. and I will never use a hotel for vacation again! This home was a complete beauty walking in it was breath taking I don’t think me or my husband and kids stopped smiling the home smelled clean and it was clean the set up was perfect and they had everything you could ever think to need! The dock was amazing the view and the sun rise through the living kitchen area oh man breath taking and speechless ! And close to the cleanest beaches full of awesome shell hunting! Grocery store tons of restaurants with peaceful ocean views I seriously can not wait to come back next year! 5+++ stars!

Wonderful Trip

We had a very nice stay at the house! The weather was perfect for SW Florida in May! The house was very nice however, the only suggestion would be to replace the living room furniture with more comfortable seating. The pool was clean and relaxing. The neighborhood very quiet and safe!

Living in style

Super nice property - fabulous!! Had a little bit of an issue checking in as we never received the code for the key box. Had to call the owner as this was the only number I had. The manager once notified, was very helpful and went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable.

Perfect, Relaxing Getaway

From day one the property manager was so helpful, we asked for an early check in and she did everything she could to make that happen. Any questions we had were responded to within minutes. The best location to watch the sun rise with your coffee in the morning! Plenty of Restaurants within a short driving distance. We highly recommend this lovely home for a Perfect relaxing Getaway.

Overall the property is as advertised. The amenities that the host provided were very appreciated by the family. We did have a hiccup but the property manager was on top of everything.

Beautiful ,relaxing , clean vacation

Check in was easy, we could use the garage and had a opener for the car. nice and clean with extra details like towels in swan shapes, and crabs. Porch area was shade in afternoon and evening with ceilings fans. Great place!! The caretaker was professional and acomodating. Highly recommend this place!
