A beautiful, open-floor plan villa with romantic water views and a large, private heated pool. Tie your rental boat to the dock and head out to the Gulf of Mexico for the day. A fully equipped and furnished vacation rental home with everything you need, a gas BBQ grill, WIFI, central air conditioning, coffee maker, toaster, dishware, cooking utensils, linens, towels, fishing poles, and two cable TV's located in the main living room and primary bedroom. The other bedrooms also have TV's you can connect to your smart device. Comfortable sleeping arrangements with king-sized beds in the primary and second bedroom. Two, twin-sized beds in the third bedroom for additional sleeping space. Perfect Florida Stay!

This home didn’t disappoint! Perfect stay for my family during a ball tournament in Fort Myers! Pool was perfect and the kids loved fishing off the dock! Highly recommend, would definitely stay again!

Beautiful house and location.

This house had everything we needed from bikes to fishing pools, beautiful views, a dock for our boat. Huge house easy check in process. We would definitely stay again great location.

Lovely property

This house is in a nice, quiet area of Cape Coral. The pool is large, and clean. Plenty of outdoor space, the kitchen is well equipped and the bedrooms are nice. The pool and dock face south, so plenty of sun throughout the day. We would absolutely stay here again. No complaints of any kind, everything was easy and well kept. Thank you!

Lovely property with a great pool and view

We stayed at this lovely house for a week, the house was super clean and had everything we need to make our stay just perfect, we stay in Cape Coral every year and this is one of the best houses we have rented so far.

Lovely home, property and neighborhood. The home had everything you needed to enjoy a nice relaxing vacation. My kids were obsessed with the large pool and were in it daily for hours. Location to most things (shopping, dining, activities and beaches) was very convenient. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for having us.

We enjoyed our stay at Pelican - it was clean, the kitchen was fully furnished and location was good. We enjoyed the pool - when the weather was warm enough and spent many nights in the lanai playing cards and/or watching football. We didn't opt for any fishing - although tempting, but we did enjoy morning coffee on the lower deck watching the sunrise. We even caught a glimpse of a manatee splashing in the canal - very cool!

Beautiful House at the Canal with nice pool

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We got this house offered as alternative for the home we originally rented, which was not availabe after a storm damage could not be repaired on time before our arrival. Turned out to be the perfect location for us 6 (all adults) to spend the Cape-Coral-part of our Florida Summer vacation. House is spacious, more than enough for us 6, equipped with everything you need for comfortable living. Many different options to sit (inside and outside and down at the dock). Besides few kitchen equipment (apparently stowed away in a hurry), everything was nice and clean, including plenty of towels available for use and the bed linen. As we rented a boat during our stay, we needed a place to park that. The main boat lift was filled with the owner's boat and the secondary boat lift locked so we had to squeze behind/underneath the main boat lift (dock has no hooks or pillars you can tie to). not ideal, but workable. Property Management (Caroline) was super responsive and reacted quickly on all our litte issues and questions (again, many thanks for that!). All in all, we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend Villa Royale Palm.

Beautiful House!

We had a fantastic two week stay in this gorgeous house. Very clean and beautifully decorated! The house is very well equipped. The accommodations were more than comfortable for us. The size of the pool is absolutely outstanding. We love the view from the dock, my wife loved how well equipped the kitchen is. We will absolutely put this on the list for a return visit. The only minor issues I can note are: The back left corner of the stovetop did not work, the dishwasher did not work properly.

A nice home

Very nice home to vacation in. The pool is nice and big! Lots of room for everyone to swim all at once. The house is clean and has everything you need to visit the beach and have fun fishing and swimming. My daughter even caught a fish right off the dock that was HUGE! The dock was a little warped in places, but I’m assuming that is something that will be fixed in the near future and didn’t affect our use. Our only complaints are: the skimmer for the pool didn’t seem to run long enough during the day, which caused the pool to be full of bugs (gnats mostly) in the evenings when we would want to swim again after dinner. We also had the exterminator come by before 8am when our kids were still sleeping, which we would have been ok with if had we been forewarned. Over all it’s a great vacation home, we enjoyed our stay, and would definitely stay again.

The pool and the salamander that visited us was so much fun! For those that like air conditioning and read the thermostat has to stay at 78*, I am here to tell you it is a perfect temperature! They know how to build houses in Florida that stay cool in the heat. Rent a boat and float around in the canals - it is so much fun. A manatee came right up to our pontoon boat!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here Christmas Day 2022 until January 1st. The house was clean and well stocked. There were lots of dishes and silverware. The kitchen layout doesn't give too much counter space, but it was great to hang out in & we were able to cook all our meals there with ease. Everyone liked hanging out at the island. Hurricane Ian didn't cause too much of an issue. The house lost some shingles and the lanai; the dock got a little warped. All of these won't impact your stay & are scheduled to be fixed soon. The house has a wonderful layout & opens up to the outside. We loved the pool and hanging out at the dock. They put a nice bench down at the dock. We sat there a lot. It was really cold at the beginning of this week, so the canal was full of manatees. On the coldest day, there must've been 20 out there. They were up close and personal. As it got warmer, they were still there, but it wasn't in droves that we saw the first few days. The mullet fish were jumping, and birds were diving for fish. It was amazing to watch. We wish the water hadn't been so low (we were told it happens in the winter) because we would have loved to rent kayaks for the week. We had to reach out and ask questions to the management company several times. Caroline is amazing & prompt. She was fantastic! If we ever end up buying a house down here & need a property manager...I would call her in a heartbeat.My in-laws said the guest bed wasn't comfortable, but the master bedroom mattress was incredibly comfortable, and I slept straight through the night every night. There were plenty of towels in the master closet and beach towels in the hall closet. They have blow-dryers. Soap for the shower, and extra paper products are responsibility of the guest, but they had items to start in the house (Thank you!). We really didn't need to get much. There is a Publix nearby. Getting around was easy.

Vacation home

Everything was great till a pod fell off the palm tree, turned my wife's hair yellow, turned the pool orange, and it took me three days to get pool cleaned!! Also permanently stained my wife's new $60 dollar swing suit, which she had to throw away, but I actually enjoyed cleaning pool, so it wasn't all bad. House is gorgeous and decorated very tastefully. Pool is really nice, cleaned knats all day, which I liked. Didn't get as much fishing done as I would have liked, but all in all it was a great 50th anniversary!! I would recommend this house to everyone. Very very nice!!!

excellent, modern villa with beautiful views

This was our first ever villa rental and we was very impressed. The area is nice and quiet. The few people we bumped into were super friendly. The view of the canal was stunning. We loved sitting there early morning and at sunset. The dock definitely needs repairing/replacing soon. Its quite uneven in places and a little dangerous and a few screws are protruding. Thankfully none of us tripped or caught our feet so it wasn't an issue. The pool is a great size. Bigger than i thought and pretty deep. The bottom of the pool looks like it needs a good scrub. I assume the pool guy came during our 3 week stay but i think he only does the chemicals. I had to go around with the small net a lot, (especially after the rain). We couldn't find a pole for the net so it wasn't easy cleaning, but we managed. The table and chairs under the lanai has seen better days but it wasn't a problem for us. We spent a lot of time sat outside there and loved it. We had every breakfast and dinner there and played cards every evening. It was so quiet at night time. No noisy neighbors! The ceiling fan above the outside dining table was a godsend! We would of found it far too hot without it. The beds were all comfy and a good size. Furniture is all of nice quality. Its very welcoming as soon as you walk through the door. The air con keeps the place a lovely temperature. The washer and dryer were excellent. The inside of the villa was all very clean. I think with any place there will always be a few minor issues. None of these impacted our holiday and i would recommend the villa and I would return. Caroline was always very responsive and friendly.

A piece of heaven

We had a wonderful stay here. Rented a boat for 3 days, saw manatees for the first time swim by the dock. House is beautiful. Caroline is so accommodating. Absolutely loved the dock area for laying out and fishing. Highly recommend. Thanks again Caroline for everything.
