A beautiful, open-floor plan villa with romantic water views and a large, private heated pool. Tie your rental boat to the dock and head out to the Gulf of Mexico for the day. A fully equipped and furnished vacation rental home with everything you need, a gas BBQ grill, WIFI, central air conditioning, coffee maker, toaster, dishware, cooking utensils, linens, towels, fishing poles, and two cable TV's located in the main living room and primary bedroom. The other bedrooms also have TV's you can connect to your smart device. Comfortable sleeping arrangements with king-sized beds in the primary and second bedroom. Two, twin-sized beds in the third bedroom for additional sleeping space. Explore Southwest Florida's beautiful white sand beaches on Sanibel Island and Fort Myers Beach, or check out the Cape Coral Yacht Club with a public freshwater beach. Perfect Florida Stay!

This home didn’t disappoint! Perfect stay for my family during a ball tournament in Fort Myers! Pool was perfect and the kids loved fishing off the dock! Highly recommend, would definitely stay again!

Beautiful house and location.

This house had everything we needed from bikes to fishing pools, beautiful views, a dock for our boat. Huge house easy check in process. We would definitely stay again great location.

Lovely property with a great pool and view

We stayed at this lovely house for a week, the house was super clean and had everything we need to make our stay just perfect, we stay in Cape Coral every year and this is one of the best houses we have rented so far.

Lovely property

This house is in a nice, quiet area of Cape Coral. The pool is large, and clean. Plenty of outdoor space, the kitchen is well equipped and the bedrooms are nice. The pool and dock face south, so plenty of sun throughout the day. We would absolutely stay here again. No complaints of any kind, everything was easy and well kept. Thank you!

Great location

Awesome location and neighborhood! Pool and patio were great. Only downfall was the A/C. Instructions were to not set below 78 degrees which made for some hot, sleepless nights.

Lovely home, property and neighborhood. The home had everything you needed to enjoy a nice relaxing vacation. My kids were obsessed with the large pool and were in it daily for hours. Location to most things (shopping, dining, activities and beaches) was very convenient. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for having us.

House was immaculate and had everything we needed and much more. Loved sitting outside each morning having coffee on the canal deck. Peaceful and gorgeous. Pool was perfect and got daily use after we returned from beach each day. We will absolutely come back to this home!!

We enjoyed our stay at Pelican - it was clean, the kitchen was fully furnished and location was good. We enjoyed the pool - when the weather was warm enough and spent many nights in the lanai playing cards and/or watching football. We didn't opt for any fishing - although tempting, but we did enjoy morning coffee on the lower deck watching the sunrise. We even caught a glimpse of a manatee splashing in the canal - very cool!

this really is a very nice place to stay. the house was roomy and cleaner than any i have ever been in. pool was larger than anticipated, very nice loggia. the dock was also wonderful to be on and near the water. relatively close to shopping and Fort Myers and south. i would only ask perhaps that the lighting in the ceiling fans be made brighter, the kitchen and LR were a little dimmer than we would have liked, but that would be our only little complaint!

Beautiful Rental Perfect Location

This rental property was fantastic. The dock has a beautiful view every morning and evening. It is located on a canal intersection and has breathtaking view each morning and evening. The house was perfect they had everything readily available and Caroline was extremely responsive to and concerns or questions. This vacation rental is worth the visit. The pool lights at night are awesome and make night swimming so much better. This rental will be booked from us in the future.

Beautiful House!

We had a fantastic two week stay in this gorgeous house. Very clean and beautifully decorated! The house is very well equipped. The accommodations were more than comfortable for us. The size of the pool is absolutely outstanding. We love the view from the dock, my wife loved how well equipped the kitchen is. We will absolutely put this on the list for a return visit. The only minor issues I can note are: The back left corner of the stovetop did not work, the dishwasher did not work properly.

Vacation home

Everything was great till a pod fell off the palm tree, turned my wife's hair yellow, turned the pool orange, and it took me three days to get pool cleaned!! Also permanently stained my wife's new $60 dollar swing suit, which she had to throw away, but I actually enjoyed cleaning pool, so it wasn't all bad. House is gorgeous and decorated very tastefully. Pool is really nice, cleaned knats all day, which I liked. Didn't get as much fishing done as I would have liked, but all in all it was a great 50th anniversary!! I would recommend this house to everyone. Very very nice!!!

The pool and the salamander that visited us was so much fun! For those that like air conditioning and read the thermostat has to stay at 78*, I am here to tell you it is a perfect temperature! They know how to build houses in Florida that stay cool in the heat. Rent a boat and float around in the canals - it is so much fun. A manatee came right up to our pontoon boat!
