Entire House::Updated Urban Haven

Comfortable 3-bedroom home with all the amenities a traveler could ask for and more. This home boasts a large updated kitchen that is a chef's dream. The kitchen opens up into the living/dining room that has plenty of seating and features a brand new 55" TV. The main level also includes 2 bedrooms with new queen-sized Nectar mattresses, and an updated full bathroom. The basement is the perfect place to relax and watch a movie or the game with another brand new 55" TV in the family room that also includes a wet bar and mini-fridge. Both TVs are smart TVs with plenty of apps to use. Guests must use their own logins for TV apps. Also, included in the basement is the 3rd bedroom and an updated 3/4 bath. If you're looking to spend some time outdoors there is a huge fenced-in backyard to enjoy playing yard games or lounge on the deck to indulge in an adult beverage or morning coffee.

This stay is conveniently located to many restaurants, parks, walk/bike trails, and attractions: Mall of America (5 minute drive) ; MSP Airport (10 minute drive) ; DT Minneapolis (13 minute drive); DT St. Paul (18 minute drive). Location is also conveniently located near bus routes!

The house was great. The location was great too. 15 minutes to the airport and US Bank stadium. The host was easy to contact. I highly recommend, we would stay here again.

Great location for the hockey tournament and easy access to all of Minneapolis. House was clean, organized and everything you could ever need was provided. Beautiful deck and backyard and plenty of windows to let the fresh air in. Thanks!

Great place and host is so easy to get ahold of very refreshing. Clean house. Private nice fended in back yard. Super comfortable beds as well. Good price and good location. Down road from waterpark and gas station and everything you need. 5 minutes to Mall of America. Safe quiet area. Thanks !

Very nice and very clean. Plenty of necessities. All bed were nice, clean and very comfortable. Lots of space to relax and watch tv. Very close to Mall of America and interstate. Would definitely recommend and if I go back to that area I will definitely try to book it again

Great home, great location!

Our stay in Minneapolis was perfect. This house was perfect and pretty close to everything we wanted to do. The house was beautiful, inviting and quiet for being near the airport. The neighborhood was peaceful too! I would definitely stay here again on the future!

Excellent Visit

We've stayed here before, and it's always been the perfect location, both for the home's amenities, but for its location, as well. The house is great, and there's a beautiful forest preserve across the street for a lovely walk. We'll definitely return again!

Great place!

We stayed four nights in this lovely house.It is very well located (close to everything)Garrett, the host, was ver helpful and quickly responded to our questions.What I loved was that there were great German kitchen knives - what a pleasure to prepare food with them.And Garrett has all the small things you need in the house like salt, pepper, oils, sauces, detergent etc. that really is very appreciated.You won’t regret staying in this house!

Winner, winner (Turkey) dinner!

My family met in Minneapolis for Thanksgiving. The house is beautifully renovated; the interesting architectural features are preserved ( updated version of your favorite Great Aunt’s house). It was great to have a space to watch sports and a separate space to watch Christmas movies. The host was accommodating and a clear, concise communicator. I appreciated how well stocked the property was ( no emergency Target runs during the five day stay). Highly recommend this gem!

Sisters' Retreat

We are a family of 5 sisters - ages 70 to 91. We live in MN (Tein Cities suburbs), WI and CA - and gather for a long weekend every year. This year, two of us - the CA and WI sisters - stayed at the house for a week, and our MN sisters joined us for the weekend. The Urban Haven was exactly that, for us ... we loved calling that our "Home!" It was perfectly laid out for our group activities, provided a retreat when we needed some quiet time. Garrett is a most accommodating host - responding to our questions and requests graciously and exceeding our expectations! We hope to be back next year!

65th Birthday Vikings Trip

Everything was excellent. Location to airport, shopping etc. very convenient. Sat outside on the very nice deck whenever we were at the house. Garret was very responsive, and the house was very clean. Two suggestions - shower in basement needs an update - very dark and kinda creepy - we didn't use it Also need new mattress on bed in basement especially, but main bedroom with tv upstairs is also beginning to sag. Overall, a great house and we would rent again from Garrett. thanks

After moving across the street from this property I decided to rent it out for the last 3 years. While I was fortunate to have great long term tenants I wanted to try my hand at "hosting" with this house serving as my first Vrbo location. I hope you enjoy your stay!
