All holidays, spring break will be charged at peak rate.


The spacious 3 bedroom/3 bath house will be the perfect place to start making your Frio Memories! This well-established rental in the Cypress Bend Subdivision, this beautiful rock home is the perfect place for your family time in Concan! The view from the front porch is “just what the Doctor ordered”, when it comes to the panoramic views, the sunsets, and beautiful Cypress trees along the banks of the Frio River. Having your own private path way to the Frio River adds to the value of PALOMA LINDA.

To help keep the cost of your rental down, we do offer our guests the option to bring their own Linens and Towels. We do offer the option to rent them at an extra cost. If wanting to rent linens and towels for your stay, please allow us 3 weeks prior to arrival notice. Make note that we do have a limited supply and cannot guarantee we will have lines and towels readily available.

Bedroom 2 — sleeps 2 – 1 king
Bedroom 3 — sleeps 6 – 3 double beds
Loft — sleeps 2 – 1 double bed

What to Bring.
LINENS: Bring linens and pillowcases, pillows, blanket/bedspread are provided.
TOWELS: Bath towels, washcloths, kitchen towels and pool towels.
CHAIRS: Bring folding or sack chairs to take to the river. The chairs at the rental should not be removed from the property.
PAPER GOODS: Paper towels, toilet paper, napkins, paper plates, plastic cups, plastic ware.
SOAP: Dishwashing, laundry and hygiene products
BBQ: There are BBQ cooking utensils, but remember to bring charcoal/lighter/matches.
Your kitchen is complete with dinnerware, silverware, glasses, basic cookware, coffee pot, microwave, pots & pans.

We provide:

• Daily garbage pick up service

We do not provide:
• Tall kitchen bags
• Paper towels
• Hand soap
• Shampoo
• Dishwashing liquid/powder
• Salt & pepper
• Toilet Paper
