This third (3rd) floor condo (sorry there are NO Elevators) includes newly upgraded upscale furnishings and modern kitchen appliances, you’ll find all the comforts of home in a dreamy vacation setting.
Start vacation days with morning coffee in the screened in porch, while watching the morning news.
The condo is located in a gated community known as The Spa On Port Royal Sound.

If you love to cook, you'll be delighted to find stainless steel appliances and sleek granite countertops in the kitchen.
Dining space for four.

LIVING AREA
Sit back and relax on our massage armchair or kick back on the sofa and stream your favorite movies/shows on our Smart TV.

BED & BATH
This condo sleeps four guests.
Bedrooms come with king-size bed (master bedroom) and 2 full-size (guest bedroom) with hotel-quality linens promising restful nights. Smart TVs set the scene for quiet movie nights. Small work area located in the master bedroom.
The master bathroom is configured with a walk-in tile shower, guest bathroom is configured with a bathtub and tile walls.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES
Spend some much-needed time at the beach and/or at the two unheated outdoor pools, open seasonally from April to October. The heated indoor pool and indoor hot tub* offer year-round relaxation. For those who are eager to continue your daily physical activities stop by the fitness room* or bring your rackets to enjoy some tennis!
*Jan. 1, 2023 - Update: Hot Tub & Fitness Room will remain closed due to renovations/repairs.


MORE DETAILS:
Condo has complimentary Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer.
Unassigned parking is available for up to two (2) vehicles. Parking passes must be purchased via credit card, debit card or digital wallet upon arrival, $25 per pass. Pass fee is a one-time fee per vehicle for the length of your stay. Effective January 6, 2025, Cash Payments will NO Longer Be Accepted.
Please note that boats of any kind are not permitted on the property including kayaks, canoes and any kind/type of motorized or non-motorized watercrafts.
*Guests looking to rent for over 30 days will be required to pay a refundable security deposit. For more information, please ask.

IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ:
Smoking and Pets are Not Allowed in the condo.
Due to renovations, the fitness room is currently closed.
Kayaks, motorized/non-motorized watercrafts or motorcycles are not allowed on property.
Cancellations are subject to a $75 administrative cancellation fee.

Please note that our condo is located on the 3rd floor and there are NO Elevators, we do apologize for the inconvenience and hope you decide to stay with us!

We ask that you treat our home as you would treat your own.
Please do not move the furniture from one room to another, this includes removing it from the condo.

* Primary guest must be 25 years of age, or older.

* All primary, booking guests are required to fill out a Guest Information with basic information, send a copy of their Driver's License, or state id, and will also be required to sign a rental agreement noted with rules of our condo, as well as rules of the property. All of which will be sent promptly after booking. We want our guests to feel at home, that being said, please take care of our home.
* This condo is a NON-SMOKING condo. If you smoke, please do so outside of the condo and please, please be sure to dispose of your cigarette butts properly to prevent any fires.
* Short-Term Guests are responsible for paying $25 per vehicle for parking upon arrival. Pass fee is a one-time fee for the length of your stay. If you do not pay for a parking pass, security will not allow you on property. Effective January 6, 2025, Cash Payments will NO Longer Be Accepted. Our unit is not handicap accessible. There are no elevators on property. However, the property does offer limited handicap parking in front of the building.

Golf Trip

The actual unit was very nice,well equipped. The location was great for playing Heritage Golf courses, most were less than 10 min drive away. The complex pool was nice, hot tub was meh.

Well stocked

This is a great place for families with little ones. We had several days that were cold and rainy, so we got quite a bit of use out of the indoor amenities. The condo itself was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you will need, and the screened in balcony was perfect to relax in the evening. We had a small issue, but they were very quick to respond. Overall very pleased.

Our stay at The Spa at Port Royal Sound

The property was very clean when we arrived and very well equipped with everything we needed. We felt very safe and it was quiet there. Our only complaint was that the clothes dryer worked great but was quite noisy. Thank you for the opportunity to stay in this condo.

King weekend getaway

The property is exactly as described. Very well appointed with essentials. Property manager was very prompt in responding to any and all issues we had. Would not recommend for older couples. The 3rd floor walk-up is tough.

Quiet location close to the beach!

Where do you start when everything was great? Communication with Nuryi was super simple. Check-in was very easy. The condo is located in a gated community on a dead end street next to a cat sanctuary (more on that later). We did have to stop at the gate and confirm our reservation to get a parking pass, which is $20 cash only. Very simple and once obtained, we had no problem coming and going. We were on the 3rd floor with no elevator, which is clearly listed, so we expected the hike. Our fault for over packing. The beach is a five minute walk through the parking lot. We enjoyed many walks and spotted a bald eagle there daily. The location is 15 or so minutes from Coligny Beach, which I highly recommend checking out for additional beach space, amenities, restaurants and shopping. Harbor Village is also a short drive. There aren't any restaurants within walking distance, which actually makes this area much quieter, but easily accessible by car or miles of bike trails. Same for grocery stores. Ok, so for the condo....the space is amazing! It is newly renovated and very well-appointed. Lots of thoughtful little touches throughout. Our favorite thing was the screened in porch with TV. We sat out there a ton. The bed was very comfortable. There were many times we said we could live there. And now for the cats. The condo overlooks a cat rescue. For cat lovers, you will be in heaven. Cats roaming everywhere. I am not a cat fan, but can honestly say they entertained us the entire time we were there. They are feral, so no feeding or petting, but just fun to watch. I hesitate raving about this condo because that usually means it is booked all the time and it will be hard to rent again, but the place really is super nice and we'd stay there again in a heartbeat!

Great Stay

We had a lengthy stay for 3 months at the property, while we were waiting for our new house to close. Communication was excellent with Naryi and the owners. We loved the quiet location and the proximity to the quiet beach. It was a peaceful location, away from the main tourist areas, but a quick easy drive to them. We loved enjoying the screened in porch, when the weather was nice. It was very clean, comfortable, and well stocked. Thank you for sharing your home while we were awaiting ours to finish!
