This 3 BR/3BA Sea trail home in lovely Sunset Beach is a great getaway for friends and families that enjoy clean , family beaches and want to be away from the crowds. This property is a spacious 3BR unit that has two kitchens + kitchenette, 2 living areas , a balcony/patio off of all 3 bedrooms and and 3 full bathrooms. Less than 2 miles to the ocean. The nature lover will enjoy early morning or evening walks on the many walking trails. The resort pool and game room is available to you at the published rate - weekly fee for a family of 5 is $70.
Sea Trail offers 3 golf courses that provide options for the most experienced golfer as well as the more casual golfer.
For those who want to take a day trip, Wilmington is an hour away and Myrtle Beach is within 30 miles giving you plenty of options for places to explore /shop/visit/dine. And don't forget you will be < 10 minutes from Calabash NC (seafood capitol of the world!)

The 4th of July, Sea Trail Style!

Beautiful, well-equipped condo at Sea Trail, Sunset Beach, NC is conveniently located near amenities of the complex, and directly over the bridge to the beach! This space offers 2-1/2 kitchens, one being conveniently located on the first level! They are well-equipped with dishes, flatware, pots and pans, etc. Each bedroom and bathroom are spacious and nicely decorated. Communication with the owner was spot-on, thorough and timely.

Close to the beach, DG store, seafood restaurants, ice cream shop, and gator viewing pier! Walk right out the door to pool, tennis, and golf area! Plenty of room for family and friends to space out! Very clean, provided us with a great home away from home

Enjoyable stay close to the beach

This condo was the perfect set up to accommodate our four-generation family. Plenty of beds for everyone, space to work remotely, and screen-covered porches that provided a nice escape. We had a good time and will look up this property again the next time we vacation in the area. The only minor change we would request is more wash clothes the next time, we had six people and only four wash clothes, but otherwise we enjoyed our stay on Sunset Beach/

Extra Space for Family Vacation

For our Family Vacation we used our own property and this nearby rental to be able accommodate all of us. The 3 Bedrooms and Bathrooms gave each family unit plenty of room. The weather was so great that we were about and about and actually never spent much time there.

Perfect Getaway

We had a fabulous time in Sunset Beach and this condo was the perfect place to accommodate the five of us. Very spacious and more than enough room for our group to spread out. Condo is well equipped with anything you could possibly need for your stay. There was a small issue the night we arrived and when I messaged Heather, she got back to me within minutes and all was well by the following morning. Very attentive owners! Condo was in a great spot in Sea Trail and easy to get to main road. Would definitely stay again. Thanks for a great trip!

The condo is beautiful and everything was as described. We did have a few situations of concern but each time I contacted Heather her response was immediate. I would not hesitate to work with Heather and stay at this property again. Thank you for everything, Heather!

Fall Beach Weekend

We loved this place. Lots of room to stretch out. This is basically two full condos in one. Unit was very clean and quiet. Very convenient to activity center and House's (the on-site restaurant and bar.)

Roomy and Beautiful place to stay!

This condo was amazing- roomy floor space, lots of beds and beautiful decor and updates. It is also right across from the activity center! We spent a week here and plan to come back for 2 weeks next year!

Great Condo, Even Better Owners

Can't say enough nice things about this condo. My golf group was looking for something that could accommodate all of us and still give us the ability to separate from each other all while staying under one roof. This condo more than satisfied that requirement. Spacious, updated and comfortable beds made this an outstanding rental for our annual golf trip. It is convenient to many attractions around the Sunset Beach area but also to the Myrtle Beach area as well without having to deal with as many traffic headaches. The communication between us and the owner could not have been better. From the time we inquired about the condo, booking the condo, and staying at the condo, Heather was very responsive and extremely helpful with any questions we had. She even gave us a few excellent and tasty restaurant recommendations. Any question we had she was at the ready with an answer. Planning a golf vacation for a bunch of men can be pretty stressful trying to please everyone's different tastes and expectations but this condo was an excellent place to come back to after long days spent on the golf course. I couldn't recommend this place any higher and I look forward to returning next year around this time.

Great place!

This was a great place for a multi family trip. We could easily separate and it was well maintained. Great location to the beach, shops and groceries. With the hot weather the place stayed really cool. Enjoyed having multiple different thermostats for each level! We enjoyed our stay!

It was exactly as described. There was plenty of room, it was comfortable and clean. Had everything one would need for a homey stay. It's a perfect unit for giving everyone their own space. Would highly recommend to others and look forward to renting it again.

Nice roomy condo

This was a perfect setup for a golf trip with my friends. We prefer the North Myrtle area and this location is a great spot for the golf courses we enjoy most. The area is quiet, well maintained and filled with friendly people. This condo is set up with an upstairs 2 bedroom unit and a downstairs one bedroom unit. We wanted 3 bedrooms and this place delivers. Two living areas means you can have space to separate. I did a little remote work downstairs while my buddies lounged upstairs. It's unique. Space you can't get in a motel setting. Recommended and I would stay here again. The leather couch and love seat are really comfy too!

Beach trip

The villa was very nice very roomy it had a lot of amenities. Not too far to the beach or other places that like restaurants, games to play, and Shopping.

This is a unique living space perfect for families or friends traveling together that can be together yet have some private space too. There are two floors each with their own entrance, bedroom/bathroom, living spaces, kitchens and even balconies/screened in porches.
