Leave your cares behind and unwind at Good Tides, located on the 2nd row of Sunset Beach! New to the VRBO market, this spacious 4-bedroom home is ideal for multiple families. It features a king bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a dual queen bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a queen bedroom, and a 4th bedroom with a set of dual bunk beds — plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy their stay.

The house includes 3 well-appointed bathrooms stocked with essentials like toiletries, towels and a hairdryer. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook and dine, including an air fryer, electric griddle, waffle iron, both pod or drip coffee maker, and plenty of utensils and plates for both adults and kids. The house also has plenty of little kid essentials like a pack 'n play, baby bath, baby monitors, kid toys and books.

With so much to offer, both the house and the island will make for an unforgettable getaway. We look forward to hosting you at your beachside oasis!

We loved this house! Old beach house vibe but nicely updated. Great location. Very comfortable and so well appointed. Had everything we needed including great beach chairs.

The host was always very cooperative, helpful and prompt in her replies to my questions. The house was wonderful and our extended family enjoyed it tremendously. It was very clean and well supplied to meet our needs. It had very good quality beds, linens & blankets & furniture. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware, utensils, small appliances, dishes & glassware. The location was great for beach access too.

Book this house!!!

This house is one of the best places we have ever stayed!! It is so clean, fully stocked with everything you need, including beach items. If u are traveling with children you need to stay at this house it is fully stocked with toys to keep them busy. This host has thought of everything down to a welcome basket waiting on the counter when we arrived, and she was awesome to deal with. The beach access is right across the street and there are views of the ocean from the house. We hope to book this house every year. We need to look no further for another place to stay. I can not say enough good things about this house!! Book your stay now! You will not regret it!!!!

We grew up in Raleigh, NC, and spent summers vacationing along the NC coast. After exploring many of the state's beautiful beaches and becoming parents to three active boys, we found ourselves drawn back to Sunset Beach time and time again for its expansive shores, calm waters, tide pools, and peaceful, charming town — while still offering plenty of nearby activities on island and in adjoining towns. We’re thrilled to open our home to guests for the very first time! This newly listed property has had several recently updates and has been thoughtfully stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We look forward to sharing our favorite place with our guests and their families to enjoy and make memories of their own!

Once at Sunset Beach, NC its easy to see why National Geographic named it as one of the 21 Best Beaches in the World. Sunset Beach received it's name from the beautiful sunrise and sunsets that can be seen from the island due to its unique southern exposure. This family-oriented beach is the southernmost developed island on the NC coast and is known for its powdery white sand, wide beaches and tide pools.

The town is charming beach town lined with walking and biking paths that are a popular means to explore. The shops and restaurants all have a easy and charming appeal.

Ten minutes away is the more populated and bustling beach town of Ocean Isle Beach. And even further north is the NC Acquarium, and Wilmgton featuring an interational airport, Battleship NC, and historic town. South of Sunset Beach is Myrtle Beach, known for their expansive golf courses, mini golf, and outlet shopping.

With it's beautiful beaches, family-oriented town, and easy access to events and busier cities, it is the perfect mix of calm and fun.
