Relaxing beach townhouse with everything you need

We loved staying at this townhouse again this summer with our two sons! It is in a quiet safe neighborhood only about 5-10 minute walk from the beach (depending on how fast you walk). The beds are super comfortable, the whole place was very clean upon arrival, and we love having the shaded outdoor patio and access to the pool just a few steps away. Can't wait to come back again next summer!

Perfect location to walk and great townhouse to relax

The townhouse was a great spot for our family! We love the updated kitchen, comfortable furniture and great location. We loved walking to the beach and restaurants. Also, even though the pool is small, it is easy to access from the house. A few upgrades would be nice -- the beach chairs were a little tired and the bathrooms, while clean, are dated. Overall, a really good spot to rest and relax at St Simons. The owners were amazing! Super responsive, thoughtful and attentive to us.

Beautiful beach house!

We absolutely loved staying at this townhouse! It was super clean, easy walk to the beach, in a quiet safe area, and it had everything we needed. We will definitely be back again!

Wonderful place - close access to beach and downtown !

Had a great stay! The owner was most gracious and very receptive. Property is very nice, comfy & beautifully decorated. Loved the location. Convenient to both beach and downtown shops. Would definitely stay again.

Great Location

This property is a quick walk to the beach. It is located near a less crowded section of the popular East Beach. The property was nicely furnished and the owners were great to communicate with. We had a wonderful stay in their sweet beach condo.

St. Simons East Beach Getaway

The location of this condo is perfect! We could easily walk to the beach. Gorgeous beach for swimming, walking or just sitting. The condo was very clean and the coastal decor was beautiful! As an added bonus there is a pool just steps away and a pretty deck with a table and 4 chairs to eat, drink and olay games. We traveled as 2 couples so the 2 master suites were perfect

Beautiful, well appointed townhouse in a quite area within walking distance to East Beach. Awesome hostess - thoughtful and easy to communicate with - responding quickly. You can’t beat this place.

We will be back!

First the owner was amazing and checkin was easy. The condo is just like pics and has a beautiful porch space perfect for reading with a cup of coffee. It is very close to beach and we walked back and forth several times a day. Thank you for making our time so special!

Wonderful walkable place to stay!

What we loved most about Alesia's place is that the house has two "master suites" (king/queen bedrooms each with en suite), which was exactly what we were looking for! That way no adults had to stay in a kids' room. The house has fresh, tasteful, coastal decor and was well stocked with everything we needed, including a lovely outdoor deck. The place was spotless and our stay was completely relaxing. The location is also ideal, with a direct path from the front door to the beach and direct access from the back door to the main bike path. Restaurants are within a 5 minute walk, and the entire island is within an easy bike ride. Thank you so much, Alesia!

Charming townhouse steps from the pool and beach!

This was one of the first VRBO properties I've stayed at that truly was as described. This townhouse was charming, clean, and up to date. The bathrooms and bedrooms have all been updated and have extra towels and blankets. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials. The only negative, and it's not the property's fault at all, was the taste of the local ice and water. We ended up getting a bag of ice to use in our drinks and a gallon of water to keep in the fridge. This property is in a great location to the pool, beach, and shops. My boys loved the small and private pool, as well as the super close location to the beach. We were able to pop back and forth to both everyday without any inconvenience. We also loved the Italian Ice cart that roamed the beach each day. ;) This was a great property, and one we will definitely consider using again! We loved it!

Quiet Retreat

This town home is located at the end of a dead end street with nearby access to the beach. There is a private community pool just doors away. The owner provides beach chairs, an electric grill and a beach cart. The home is beautifully decorated and has an exceptionally well equipped kitchen. There are two master suites upstairs with very comfortable beds, large walk-in closets, plenty of drawer space and en suite baths. The downstairs had a kitchen, a living area with 2 couches, a club chair, 2 ottomans, smart TV, round dining table with comfortable chairs and a half bath. We enjoyed the patio the most. A large live oak was in the corner which provided a canopy of shade. The rustling of leaves was soothing. The storage sheds and lattice work between patios provided privacy. The back of the neighbors'' shed had Confederate Jasmine growing on a frame. It was blooming and the fragrance of the white flowers was wonderful. The patio had comfortable chairs and 2 tables plus decorative plants and lights strung across it. It was a retreat! We spent many hours there . We would definitely recommend this property for people without any physical disabilities as the steps to the bedrooms were steep with a curve at the top. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had.

My husband and I absolutely love our time on St. Simon’s Island – there’s just something magical about it! 🌴✨ From sipping craft brews at Barrier Island Brewing, to enjoying fresh seafood at Fiddlers, or a fun, casual bite at Beachcombers, the island is full of flavor – and all just a short stroll from our townhouse.
We often spend evenings listening to live music around town, and mornings soaking in the views from our bikes. 🚲 If you need a ride, Ocean Motion is right nearby for easy rentals. Of course, you might just prefer to grab a beach chair and wander over to the sand for a lazy afternoon by the waves. 🏖️
No matter how you choose to spend your days, we know you’ll fall in love with St. Simon’s Island just as much as we have. We can’t wait to share it with you!
