Luxury Lakefront Getaway on Beautiful Lake Sinclair

This lake front home is the perfect getaway! Located on deep water on Lake Sinclair, this home boasts an open floor plan, 4 bed rooms and 2.5 baths. Enjoy the great outdoors while swimming, floating, fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding and canoeing! This beautiful home also has a single slip trex dock with dual jet ski slips on deep water as well as a lakeside covered pavilion with a wood burning fireplace grill, propane grill, tables and chairs. The wrap around back porch also has outdoor tables and chairs! The house includes two separate living spaces, smart TV's in every room, a large dining room table with 8 seats and two outdoor tables with 6 seats each. There is a desk in one of the bedrooms perfect for remote working. Enjoy your evenings making a fire and roasting marshmallows or sitting on the porch listening to the in-home multi-zone stereo system, controlled with your phone. Two large grass covered lawns to play in and wooded areas with hammocks and swings chill and relax. We have wi-fi!

Another great stay!

This is our third time here and we live the location and amenities. The dock is well suited for our boat and jet skis. Great owner also!

My wife and I, along with 2 adult kids, their spouses and 4 grand kids just had a wonderful 4 day stay at this beautiful, Lake Sinclair house. The house was very comfortable. We enjoyed meals at the table on the patio. The dock was great for swimming and we tied up our rented pontoon boat there. I could go on and on but bottom line, it was everything we wanted in a vacation lake house and we’re talking about returning next year.

Lake time!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Beautiful home enjoyed the different seating areas. Spent lots of time hanging on the dock and pavilion. Also enjoyed the fire pit! Kitchen was well equipped. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful place

We had a wonderful time. The house is beautiful and comfortable for our family of six adults, two children and an infant. We spent entire days outside by the water enjoying the pavilion, fire pit, and dock. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great weekend with family!

This is a beautiful updated home with all the amenities. Excellent dock and outdoor area. Conveniently located to Twin Bridges Marina. Excellent communication with the host. Highly recommend.

Wonderful Time at the Lake!

The property is beautiful with a wonderful view of the lake. The pavilion and dock by the lake are very nice! We enjoyed our weekend there and wished we could have stayed longer. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Our 4-year old granddaughter loved the little playroom!! The check-in process was very easy. The host responded quickly to all of my inquiries. Would love to stay there again in the future!

Beautiful Lakehouse!

This is the most beautiful lakehouse we have stayed in thus far! The decor and beautiful fixtures and accents make it stand out! It's spacious and clean! We love the covered pavilion and porch! The home is absolutely adorable!! Our family had a wonderful time!! ❤️ Can someone please contact me? We left our personal bed pillows there and would like to arrange to get them. Thank you!!!

"A time to rest" "A perfect place to chill"

Your property has all features we needed to enjoy a short break and fishing. We really enjoyed your water front property. We brought our small 15 ft boat and fished. We grilled and played a few games we brought with us. The kitchen was well stocked with the necessities needed to prepare food. Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to have a good experience in your lovely home.

Wonderful time

Had a wonderful time at the house. They had the house ready and everything you need for a stay there. Had plenty of room for all of us. The gazebo at the lake is very nice as well and if we were not out on the lake, we spent time there or the back porch. Do wish they had some extra bumpers for people to use for their boat when tied up at the dock. We loved this house and will return.

Family Lake Getaway

This house worked great for our gathering. The sleeping arrangements for (8) us and three adult sons (with wife and/or girlfriend) were nice. The master bedroom & mattress is excellent! We used all the entertaining spaces during the stay. From laughing around the island while preparing meals, eating together in the dining area, late night card games on the porch area, afternoon lunch & margaritas at the pavilion, cornhole and bottle jam on the lawn, to sunning/swimming at the dock. The dock bumpers, cleats and dockmate poles made for perfect storage of our wake boat. The property is well lit at night time. We rent at Lake Sinclair 1 or 2 times a summer and this property is now on our short list of favorites.

Weekend Getaway

Very beautiful property on quite part of the lake. We celebrated my daughter's birthday during a 3 night stay. Picked up a pontoon boat at Sinclair Marina and docked at property. The property is well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Lake house

We enjoyed our stay with our friends celebrating a 40th birthday — the kitchen was well-stocked we made all our meals there. The kids had fun canoeing and playing on the tree swing. Lots of s’more‘s were had around a fire each night.
