Welcome to the 1950's!! This 3 bedroom 2 bath private Palm Springs home is perfect for a family get away or a romantic couples retreat.

Outdoor Space

The beautifully landscaped and very private backyard features a salt water pool where swimwear is optional! Plenty of pool floats are provided as well as poolside lounge chairs for soaking up the desert sun. The outdoor shower completes the pool area.

A covered "al fresco" dining spot with seating for 8 and a propane grill is the perfect gathering spot for meals.

Inside Space

The interior of this midcentury Palm Springs home offers an oversized great room with plenty of seating for everyone. The Samsung curved Ultra HD smart TV provides HBO, Cinemax, Starz and all the Sports channels as well as Netflix, Prime Video and Hulu streaming services.

The gourmet kitchen has stainless appliances, ice maker and water dispenser and all of the gadgets including a convection oven and expresso machine. There is complete service for 8 and upgraded cookware.

The on suite master bedroom provides a king sized bed with hotel quality mattress and linens for a good night's rest and a 40" smart tv with all of the premium channels and streaming services. The guest bedrooms offer queen size beds with hotel quality mattresses and linens and smart tvs. This Palm Springs home has super cool air conditioning for even the hottest desert days.

Located 1 block from the park and less than 10 minutes from the airport, shopping, golf and The Palm Springs Surf Club, this is the perfect getaway.

This Midcentury Palm Springs Home is located 1 block from the park, 5 minutes from the airport and The Palm Springs Surf Club and 10 minutes from Wal Mart, Ross, Marshall's, Smart and Final and Burlington Coat Factory. If golf is your thing there are 20 Golf Courses within 5 miles. Downtown Palm Springs and the Spa Casino is a 10 minute drive and the world famous Tram is a 15 minute drive.

The surrounding neighborhood and park are great places for a daytime or evening stroll. A car or Uber is recommended for other activities.
***Pool heat is recommended during the winter months (October - May) at an additional cost of $50 per day. Upon your arrival the pool will be heated to a very comfortable 88 degrees.

There were a few hiccups when we arrived but Jerry was communicative and quick to make things right. The pool was amazing, our stay was incredible. We hope to be back again one day.

A nice stay

The location is convenient to most everything we needed. We took advantage of the heated pool option and the pool was fantastic. Bedrooms and beds were quite comfortable.

Perfect getaway

Property is exactly as advertised. Provided us with a great location to spend time with family. Perfectly located stores are nearby and right down the street from a great park for the kids and dog. Pool was heated and still so refreshing in the extreme heat of palm springs. We probably spent more time in the pool than anywhere else. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great stay.

The property is exactly as advertised. This cute spaceous pad was just what we needed to get away. Tucked away in a quite neighborhood, this little beauty was worth it.

Classic Palm Springs asthetic

Great little property in Palm Springs. Property was extremely well decorated and had updated appliances and ammenties. Perfect stay for us now as mid thirties adults but would also be perfect for a get away with the kiddos. Location very nice to local stores and restaurants and a short jaunt to both the 111 and the 10. Jerry, the property manager, was super responsive to our questions pre-trip and wasnt even really needed during our stay because everything was perfectly in order. Would absolutely stay here again.

Charming home close to everything

House has everything you need comfortable beds great pool, nice and bright and close to town. The park down the street is spectacular. There are great hiking trails nearby. We ate at so many great restaurants close by. My husband and I also love hitting all the great thrift stores. The neighborhood and street is very quiet. The house is cozy with lots of natural light. We will be back!

Great get away!

Clean, easy check in and out, listing accurate, Jerry was great, pool was excellent (and heated upon arrival- we swam first night after landing!), location was close to airport but we never heard planes! Lots of room for two families with one kid each. Neighbors and neighborhood was quiet. We grilled one night and cooked two mornings- had everything we needed. ❤️

Nice getaway

Our stay had a few hiccups. The management team were very helpful and responded quickly to help us fix the issues. They also kindly provided a credit for our issues. The pool is the gem of the home and when heated is fantastic. The home is well stocked with all the items needed and comfortable. The home is located a short walk away to a great park as well.

Definitely a Midcentury Charmer

Very comfortable, well appointed, and beautifully decorated home. Would work great for 3 couples. Multiple seating areas around pool, BBQ (didn't use), plenty of floats. Quiet neighborhood, close to DTPS (10 min drive). Property Manager/Owner was incredibly responsive to an issue we had that was resolved quickly. We would definitely stay here again.
