This newly updated 1100 sq ft. Arroyo Grande house has been beautifully decorated and is a RARE FIND! It is centrally located near everywhere you want to be. Minutes away from the wine region, Edna Valley and golf courses! Minutes away from Pismo Beach and a short drive to Morro Bay and Avila Beach. Even closer to the quaint, historic, and lively, Village of Arroyo Grande!

You are also in WALKING DISTANCE to the critically acclaimed restaurant, Ember. In the same corner is a bakery and a smoothie shop. During your walk, enjoy the beautiful views of the dunes. Just around the corner, make a stop at Nova Coffee Co. where you can grab some fresh Old West Cinnamon Roles!

The house has been recently painted, includes all new furnishing in addition to new carpets throughout the three large bedrooms. All four beds in the unit have top rated mattresses and linens. You’ll also enjoy a large backyard with new patio furniture. Sit outside and enjoy the crisp air!

It was a very convenient location, quiet neighborhood & comfortable beds. It would have been nice to know that it did not have A/C, but there were fans avaliable & the evening air cooled things off nicely. Could have used somemirrors in bedrooms & better lighting above mirror in bath next to the kitchen. We enjoyed our vist very much. Thank you for sharing yoir home with our family

Great place!

This property was just what we needed for our stay. Close to the beach, food and shops. We only had to drive a few minutes to get anywhere. The host was very friendly and responsive to all questions. I would recommend this house to family/friends wanting to stay in the area.

Nice place

This home was actually a little bigger than the photos convey. It was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The house is not fancy, but it is well maintained and a great place for a small family or group to rest and hang out. The neighborhood is a little older, but it is safe and peaceful. The home is very close to Pismo Beach and Grover beach. There are a ton of great bakeries and coffee shops. Our host was really easy to reach and very responsive.

Lovely Home for a Friends’ Getaway!

Four longtime friends needed a weekend getaway from the hectic pace of work & family life & this renovated home near Grover & Pismo Beach was just right for us! This 3 bedroom/2 bathroom house is newly renovated & appointed with 4 beds which was perfect for our group! Everything was clean, beds were super comfortable, & the towels/blankets plentiful :-). And Corina readily responded to inquiries which made the check-in & check-out process easy & smooth :-). We would happily stay here again as it’s walking distance from a GREAT dinner spot, Ember Restaurant, and close to Trader Joe’s as well as the highway too!

Lovely home

This spot was easy to get to, it had plenty of parking, the neighborhood was quiet, and the house was lovely. We really enjoyed how clean it was and the responsiveness of the property owner. We would gladly stay again.
