Spacious/Immaculate 1st flr 1,260 SqFt Unit

Casa De Lemon is an updated 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom, 1st Floor End Unit, 1260 Sq Ft, centrally located at the Village By The Sea Resort on Rt 1A in Wells.
Within our home, AC units are located in the main living room and the 2nd bedroom. (heat available for non-summer months as well). The primary suite has a queen sized bed and a full bathroom with tub (newly renovated in June 2022). The bedroom has a full slider leading to the patio and a large grassy back yard. The yard abuts the protected Rachel Carson Preserve. The 2nd bedroom offers both a queen and a full bed. The 2nd bathroom (off the main living area) has a stand-up shower.
The resort has heated outdoor and indoor pools, and an indoor hot tub. The resort also offers fire pits, and other seasonal games and activities. It is less than a mile north of Mile Rd (beach). Jump on the free Trolley at front of Village By The Sea for access to beaches, restaurants, and shopping with connecting access to Ogunquit and the Down-Easter Amtrak station.
Wi-Fi (free) provided by VBTS in unit and throughout property, including club house, game room, and firepits.

Amazing Stay!

This was a great home base for our family trip to Wells. Close access to beaches, restaurants and an easy drive to Ogunquit. The beds were extremely comfortable, kitchen fully stocked and the condo was immaculately clean. We would definitely return for another trip!

Great time in Wells!

Our family really have a great vacation in Maine. It’s was the first time and we enjoyed our stay in this nice condo. The hosts was very kind. The proprety was clean and well located.

Great Stay in Southern Maine

This condo was extremely clean and in a great location for seeing the southern coast of Maine. We were arriving late and Bryan was very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. It was well stocked and perfect for our girl's trip!

Wonderful place!

My husband, boys, and I stayed here for three nights and it was just perfect! It was very clean and super comfortable. The kitchen is nicely stocked and the linens were clean and very comfortable. We would definitely stay again!!! :)

Perfect Beach Vacation Spot!

We absolutely love Wells and had a wonderful experience. The property was extremely clean and provided all of the amenities/comforts of home. We traveled with 4 kids and they loved the indoor pool, games provided in the condo, the yard area etc! Very convenient location, easy to get to all of the beaches and Sharon and Bryan were fantastic. We look forward to visiting again!

Beautiful Condo - Great Location

The condo is spacious, clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. It has all the comforts of home. If you have a rainy day, there are tvs in each bedroom with netflix and more, games, and books to read. It's located among many beautiful beaches, nice little towns, and good restaurants. Wonderful spot for a vacation.

Quiet Retreat

Spacious end unit condo that is clean and well cared for. Plenty of extras included like beach chairs and games/movies for rainy days or quiet evenings after a day at the beach. The resort has a nice indoor pool, exercise room, and game room. Outdoor pool was also great. Very close to Drake's Island beach which was great for boogie boarding.

Well appointed condo

Great stay on the hottest week of the Summer so far. Liked the condo being on the first floor, full kitchen, two bathrooms with one having a walk-in shower, ceiling fans in bedrooms and dining room, indoor pool that we pretty much had to ourselves in the mornings, nice view of the Preserve and cottages along Atlantic Ave, and owners that were attentive to make the stay a memorable one.

2023 Summer Family Vacation

Wells Beach Getaway

We had a lovely four day stay. The condo had a decor that was beachy and set the tone for our visit. The location was central to beaches and everything we needed. The unit was an end unit on the first level which opened out to a nice patio where dinners were enjoyed! We did experience noise from upstairs neighbors moving around on two of the nights, although not more than you would expect in a multi-floor unit. I would definitely rent this space again!

Fantastic place to stay

This is a great location. It is close to everything that there is to do on a Wells Maine vacation. The condo is spotless and very well furnished. It is comfortable. The outside area is really great and there were outside games to use at the unit. The owners were very gracious and left a welcoming gift which actually came in very handy. They were also terrific with communication. This unit was well worth us spending our vacation time at. We will be back! Thank you.

Three Night Get-Away

My husband and another couple recently stayed in Bryan and Sharon’s home for a short get away. First and foremost the home is immaculate, well laid out, and very inviting. Being two couples, having two bedrooms and bathrooms was a necessity and this home accommodated this, just as was noted. We needed the heat at night and the home quickly warmed up… and was cozy. It was really a home away from home. Comments on the home were immediately positive and as we were leaving, again I was thanked for finding this place… so I’m return, I thank you. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks! .

Wonderful & immaculate condo! Amazing hosts

The condo was exactly as pictured, beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable, and had all the extras for a family. Sharon & Bryan were fantastic hosts and made sure everything was there that we needed. They were attentive to cleanliness and detail and added extra touches to personalize our stay. They were readily available and quick to respond to any questions/concerns. The condo was easy to navigate for my husband who is disabled. We could not have asked for a better place to stay. We enjoyed the indoor & outdoor pools. Our kids enjoyed playing games on the lawn & being out on the patio. This was our first stay here…we typically stay at another resort near by. We will definitely be returning here for our future stays in Maine. This will be our new go to. Thank you Sharon & Bryan for making this such a wonderful experience!! My only minor complaint was the washing machine took forever to clean a load & could probably be updated with a better machine, but besides that no complaints. You will not be disappointed with this condo.

Wonderful spacious condo

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was spacious, really well decorated, very comfortable and with all sorts of lovely little touches. Our hosts were super responsive and an absolute pleasure to deal with. We thoroughly appreciated the guest guide book filled with fantastic suggestion for restaurants, activities, and places to visit. We will definitely be back :)

Wonderful Wells Location

Perfect location for enjoying Wells, Kennebunkport, and even the Freeport area. The condo had everything we needed and the owners communicate in a timely manner.
