Family Vacation

We enjoyed our stay. Big pool and awesome amenities. Last time we came we drove so we would have what we needed. This time we flew but thanks to the property owners we didn’t go without a thing. Beach gear, fishing pools, pool toys, the list goes on and on. Great place! Highly recommend!!

Easter Break

Centrally located to beaches and overall area. The pool was a huge hit with the kids. Great amenities in the kitchen and overall in the house. The beach items are a big plus and one of the few rentals we’ve ever stayed at that seemed to have plenty of everything you need.

Wonderful home, great location

We stayed 2 weeks at the property and it was truly relaxing. The home is exactly as described, clean and well equipped. The location was great, a short drive to many beach locations, shops and great restaurants. We loved the Boathouse Tiki Bar, and Two Meatballs in the Kitchen, both in Cape Coral. Lots to do and see in the area. Not related to the property, but we did see an alligator in the canal. It was an amazing site to see, from the dock! Please take the warnings to not swim in the canal seriously. Would definitely stay in this home again.

Gorgeous pool overlooking canal

We enjoyed this clean, spacious home in a great area. Plenty of room for 3 adults and two teens. Very comfortable beds. We enjoyed the pool and game room. We loved the Fish Tale restaurant nearby with live music (get there early). We also enjoyed Art in the Cape and made beautiful crafts to take home. Don’t miss the pastries at Bread Pete, ice cream at Side Car Sweets, or sushi at Yellowfin. We loved walking in the neighborhood and seeing the native burrowing owls. They are adorable. Thanks for everything!

All in all a wonderful place. However, what draws down the rating was a fridge not being cold (in need of repair), bedroom was damaged by mold (a lot of smell).

Nice Appartment with a beautiful outdoor area

The house is very nicely furnished and everything you need is there. The TV system is great for a movie night. The main bedroom with bathroom and direct access to the outside is also great. The air conditioning in one part of the house didn't work that well. It was repaired before we arrived and initially worked well. After a few days we noticed that it does not cool as it should. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay.

Nice place close to Sanibel Island

Neat location right on the water, easy to drive to Sanibel, and the pool was a nice thing to have in the summer. The house was very clean and has great amenities. Would stay again.

Generally speaking everything was very good. We did have a problem with not having a refrigerator that cooled to temperature for five days but they did finally get it fixed. Otherwise it was pretty much as advertised.

Amazing Oasis

This home provided everything we needed for a fun week in Florida. It was a reasonably close drive to local beaches on the Gulf and so much fun to come back to the wonderful pool each day. Spacious and clean, perfect for a family!

Family getaway in paradise

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our weeklong stay. The house had everything we needed and then some. The location was perfect for our day trips (the kids never wanted to leave the pool) and the hosts were always quick to respond with to any questions. We hope to be back again very soon.

Great choice

We stayed the week before Christmas and found it to be just as advertised - plenty of room, clean, great amenities and lots of fun with the pool, shuffleboard, dartboard, etc. Even the things like the bed and shower quality were great! Location was ok, but for everything else it is definitely a place you should consider!
