This 3 LEVEL ROOFTOP townhome is spacious and has plenty of room for large groups. The home features 3 bedrooms/4 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private rooftop with a hot tub making for the ultimate getaway to relax and/or mingle as you view the city lights of Downtown Nashville. Look no further as you are 2-3 miles away from all Nashville has to offer!
Comes with TWO fully equipped kitchens, TWO washers and dryers, and plenty of space making this your *luxurious* home away from home. The first floor houses both sets of washer/dryers and a huge studio with a king bed, full bathroom, and full kitchen. The second floor makes for the ultimate entertainment space with a full kitchen and living/dining area that can comfortably entertain all your guests. The second floor also has a twin pullout couch and a queen air mattress located in the hallway bathroom. The third floor houses two bedrooms; one with a queen bed and one with two queen beds. Each bedroom has it's own full bathroom, and there is a full bathroom located on the second floor. There is an additional twin size air mattress available to use.
We pride ourselves on responding as quickly as possible to our guests. Guest are emailed an access code to use during the duration of their stay. The access code will be emailed within 24 hours of scheduled visit.
Our home comes with ample, free street parking. Lyft and Uber are both available in Nashville and are a reasonable options to get to wherever you'd like to go. They start at around $6 to get downtown depending on size of car and requested times.
