A Destin vacation means great views of emerald waves and sugar-white sand dunes! Emerald Dunes 504 is a comfortable condo in Destin’s Crystal Beach community. With its prominent, Gulf-front position, the condo enjoys panoramic coastal vistas, as well as convenient beach access. The condo features three bedrooms, three baths, and a naturally bright living space. It can accommodate up to eight beachgoers.

Upon entering the main living area of this fifth-floor residence, guests are greeted with incredible views of the beach through sliding glass doors. These lead onto a lovely, furnished balcony that overlooks the sandy shore and calm waves. In the living room, a plush wraparound couch creates a comfortable seating area for guests. The couch centers around a glass-topped drink table and faces a handsome credenza and flatscreen TV. A beautiful tropical painting above the couch emphasizes the residence’s beachy vibe.

Next to the living room is a casual dining area with a hardwood table and seating for six. The table sits beneath a modern pendant light fixture. A large standing mirror beside the table makes the dining room appear even more spacious and welcoming. The open kitchen features timeless white cabinetry, sleek countertops, a bar with stool seating, and stainless-steel appliances.

The condo’s luxury comforts extend from the great room into each of the three bedrooms. One is an elegant master suite with a king-size bed, cottage-style furniture, a large window with water views, and access to the beachfront balcony. The master suite also has a private bath, complete with a glass-walled shower and soaking tub. One of the guest bedrooms also has a king-size bed, sunny window, tropical décor, and an en-suite bath. The remaining guest bedroom is perfect for the kids, as it features a twin over king-sized bunk bed, a twin trundle bed, a TV, and access to a full bath with a tub/shower combination.

In addition to cozy accommodations, Emerald Dunes boasts great vacation amenities for its guests. These include a community swimming pool, hot tub, furnished sundeck, gas grills, and immediate beach access. Guests will find the central Destin location very convenient, as well. The Destin Commons shopping center is a couple of minutes away, while Silver Sands Premium Outlets are only a short drive to the east. Popular nearby restaurants with delicious menus include The Crab Trap, Camille’s, and 790 Coastal. With the Henderson Beach Resort and Spa close by, you may want to stop in for a relaxing spa day—one of the best ways to unwind during a vacation. Other attractions in the area include Harborwalk Village, Baytowne Wharf, and Grand Boulevard.

Elevator Replacement Notice: Please note that Emerald Dunes will be replacing the building’s only elevator, which will be out of service for approximately 3–5 weeks. The project is expected to begin in mid-January with completion by March 1, 2026. Guests staying during this period will need to use stairs for all floor access. We appreciate your understanding as this important improvement is completed. Discounted rates are reflected during the project period.
