Hello Frank, I wish there was more we could do to keep the mud at bay. We do use a sand/salt mixture to keep the parking lot and driveways in driveable and walking condition for guest safety. Unfortunately when It warms up and melts a bit we get mud. Rose.

This is not the experience we strive to provide, and we will immediately address the concerns regarding the black mold and temperature of the hot tub. The location is perfect for watching the watercraft from the balcony, as well as close to the shops downtown. Since the units are individually owned, they are decorated according to the owners individual taste. It is always excellent when the rooms are comfortable and well-cared for.
