Enjoy this 1bedroom, 1bathroom with waterfront access. Our bedroom features a king bed with a full bathroom, including a walk-in shower with a built in seat and safety bars for added security. A sofa bed is available for additional guests.
The open concept living space, entails a full kitchen which features a full sized fridge, a range with oven, dishwasher, and a microwave. Seating for 4 is available with a kitchen table.
The living room has seating for up to 5 guests. And don't forget to enjoy the walkout patio as the boats sail in and out of Round Lake.

The Edgewater Inn is located on north shore of Round Lake harbor and the Pine River channel with prime drawbridge views. Just a short walk to Charlevoix’s finest dining, beaches, shopping and galleries, the Edgewater Inn is an ideal location for a short getaway, extended vacation, or wedding celebration. One-bedroom/one-bath and two-bedroom/two-bath units offer all the amenities needed for a comfortable home-away-from-home stay.
Each condo is individually owned and uniquely decorated. Stay in a different room every time or find a favorite. With 47 unique rooms, numerous amenities and a friendly staff, the Edgewater Inn offers business or leisure travelers an enjoyable place to stay in the heart of beautiful downtown Charlevoix. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the building, as well as a guest laundry facility. The inside section of the pool is open year-round, while the outside section is closed off October to May.

Enjoyed our stay, beautiful view. You need a few hangers in the closet, a decent sized coffee mug, and a luggage stand that will hold an average suitcase. These small improvements will definitely improve your guests stay.

Beautiful Round Lake Views

Nice getaway in Charlevoix overlooking Round Lake. Within walking distance to shopping and many nice restaurants in downtown Charlevoix. Short drive to a very nice public beach also in downtown Charlevoix. Other walkable towns are also a short distance away for lunch or dinner. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching the parade of beautiful boats entering and exiting the Charlevoix channel. Thank you.

At Water's Edge

Condo was very comfortable, clean and quiet for the two of us. Comfy king bed; updated bathroom and small but very adequate kitchen area. Would have been nice to have an oven but we made do. The view of Lake Round from our porch was so enjoyable to sip coffee or a cocktail and watch the boats. Loved it! Would definitely consider the Edgewater Inn for our lodging again.

Reviewer Comments: I was in town for a couple of days for a boat survey, so only needed a decent place to sleep for one night, but I was very impressed with Edgewater Inn. The room (condo) was spotless, had everything I needed, and the view was stellar — SO nice after a long, hectic day to just be able to sit on the patio watching the harbor, and to also be able to make my own dinner and breakfast in the well-equipped kitchen.

Unfortunately the futon was so uncomfortable we couldn’t even sleep on it. We didn’t stay the second night because we didn’t want to have stay on the futon.

Decoration of room not at all comfortable for either of us. Very uncomfortable decor room not cleaned at all excepted for occasioal waste basket. Bed was never made or changed . For price I paid I would expect more. l. Enjoyed outside room in city.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit is in a great location, right in town. definitely its biggest selling point along with a beautiful waterfront view. It also felt roomy for a one bedroom unit. Overall the unit was clean and a nice alternative to a traditional hotel. Unit could use some decor updating and the shower door was detached (and in the closet) so there was an ill fitting shower curtain instead. You could hear the footsteps above the unit but luckily the primary bedroom was equipped with a white noise machine. We were very disappointed to be notified last minute (and without any apology or willingness to discount or offer anything in return) that the pool, fitness center, sauna, etc would all be closed for maintenance and unusable.
