The Sunset Bay House - Water Front- Minutes to Navarre/Pensacola Beach- Kayaks

Welcome to The Sunset Bay House, where serenity, gorgeous sunsets, and water activities await! Frolicking Dolphins and Blue Angel sightings are frequent in this calm, recently renovated, stylishly spacious home. The home nestled in a natural oasis offers comfort for 6 with three bedrooms and 2.5 baths, an open floor concept living area, direct water views, and a private dock. Two adult Kayaks, One paddleboard, and one youth kayak + oars are available on the properties. We furnish four lifejacket vests.

Located in a safe, gorgeous waterfront bay community, The Sunset Bay House is the perfect vacation getaway! We are dog-friendly (friendly & non-destructive). A $90 pet fee applies.

You are footsteps away from your own private dock. The bay is shallow and perfect for afternoon swimming and kayaking! Bring your fishing gear and try your luck at catching dinner! The Sunset Bay House is 5 minute away from Gulf Breeze Zoo and The Club at Hidden Creek Golf Course, and beautiful Navarre Beach and Pensacola Beach are a short car ride away (15-25 minutes). Both beaches offer family friendly fun including Jet Ski rentals, delicious restaurants, shopping, and miles of white beaches.

MASTER BEDROOM: Spacious room with a comfortable king-size bed, couch, balcony with seating, en suite bathroom (steam feature in the shower) & sunken tub.

SECOND BEDROOM: Spacious bedroom with a comfortable KING size bed. Shared bathroom with separate sink.

TWIN BEDROOM: There are twin beds (trundle bed) in this bedroom with a separate sink and shared bathroom.

ENTERTAINMENT: There is a 75-inch Smart TV (LG) in the living room and 55” smart TV (LG) in Master Bedroom, and a Vizio 32" standard TV in the twin room. Basic cable is offered on all TVs.

OUTDOOR SPACE: Large lawn area backs up into the private dock with patio table seating, gas grill, fishing opportunities, sunset viewing, and two Kayaks for use.

BOAT LAUNCH: The closest boat launch is about 7 miles away. East River Boat Ramp - 2939 FL-87, Navarre, FL 32566

KAYAK & PADDLEBOARD: When booking, you agree to use Kayak / Paddle-board at your own risk and hold harmless the property owners, managers, and affiliates. We have life jackets available for use. Please read our agreement before booking below.

In consideration of being permitted to rent and stay at the Property, the person ("I") whose name appears on the confirmed reservation agrees on behalf of their family, any and all guests, and invitees to be fully responsible for any and all risks of injury or death. I hereby release and hold harmless property managers, members, principals, agents, officers, employees, representatives (collectively “Releasees”), and the property owner.

I (the person whose name appears on the rental reservation ) understand that being in or near the ocean/sound/bay presents various risks and hazards, including strong currents, unexpected wave activity, floating debris, and other potential hazards. I assume all such risks are associated with being near or in the ocean/sound/bay, including the obligation to notify all guests of such risks.
