Casa Laura Unit D - Lake Louise with a private pool

The spacious units are two-bedroom two bath units with an extended lanai that captures your view down the canal. Each unit is tastefully furnished and equipped with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. There is a refreshing heated and a spacious patio area that overlooks the wide Gulf access basin.

The oversized master bedroom has a king bed, HD TV and a walk-in closet. There is a private bathroom for the master suite. The master suite also has NEW front loader washer and dryers. Bedroom #2 has a Queen bed and a single bed, along with a good-sized closet.

Both bathrooms have walk-in showers.

Pool

The kitchen is complete with stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, toaster, pizza oven, blender, dishes and cookware.

There is a washer and dryer in each unit.

Other amenities include a spacious patio area at the pool with tables, chairs and lounge chairs, propane Webber BBQ grill, cable HD TV, WIFI, and custom dock for fishing or tying up your boat.

Boat rental is available for guests for an additional fee. Onshore and offshore fishing are also available for our guests. Please contact us for details.

Conveniently we are located less than a block away from a major food and liquor store.Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Perfect Vacation

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in diesem Apartment und werden bestimmt wieder kommen. Das sagt ja eigentlich schon alles!Apartment ist komplett eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts Platz ausreichend für 4 Personen.

Das Apartment war vollständig ausgestattet und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Alles war ordentlich und sauber. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Das Kingsize Bett im Schlafzimmer mit dem Blick auf den See war großartig. Der Platz auf der Schaukel am Steg aber herrlich um den Sonnenuntergang zu beobachten . Im Poolbereich fehlten Sonnenschirme und eine funktionierende Dusche. Das ist aber auch alles was wir kritisieren können.

Would give 10 stars if i could!

We will definitely be back. Jerry and property manager Don….i just don’t have words. They went above and beyond. To the point we ended up spending a day on the water with Jerry on his personal boat fishing. He probably had a million things to do but spent the day with us and no he did not know any of us. I can’t thank them enough. The place was spotless and any issue we had was addressed in a matter of minutes! Thank you guys!

Great place!

We just spent one week here. The location was great for sightseeing and day trips. There was a Publix right across the street, very convenient! As for the condo, it was spotless and VERY well stocked. Anything we could think of was there! Super easy to talk to the owners, they visited the property at least once a day and always asked how things were. Very attentive. The pool was great and clean. Loved spending time in the pool on those hot days. We would recommend this condo 100%, can’t wait to return. Thanks Jerry and Don for a wonderful rental!!!

Das Appartement ist größer als es auf den Bildern erscheint. Ansonsten bekommt man genau das was man sieht. Alles sehr sauber und alles vorhanden was man benötigen könnte.... Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Handtücher.... einfach alles. Vom Patio aus rechts sieht man morgens den Sonnenaufgang und abends links den Sonnenuntergang, wenn euch nicht große böse Wolken einen Strich durch die Rechnung machen 😄 Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war stets sehr schnell und positiv. Wir haben uns rundum sehr wohl gefühlt, kommem bestimmt wieder und können das Apartment zu 100% empfehlen👍 Beste Grüße Ralph und Susanne

Fantastic Apartment central to everything in Cape Coral. Fitted out with everything you need. Very relaxing overlooking Lake Louise. Only 3 other Apartments so very quiet. Highly recommended.

Enjoyable Stay

Condo was very clean, comfortable and spacious. Pool was always clean and well maintained. Jerry is a great host and very accommodating. Don was always available as required and very hospitable. I would highly recommend these properties to anyone.

Wonderful Cape Coral Condo on Lake Louise

We so enjoyed staying at Casa Laura. The condo was very clean and comfortable -- just as shown in the website photos. The location is perfect and close to restaurants, shops, and a grocery store. It is a quiet, peaceful setting. Jerry is a great host. He was very responsive anytime I contacted him with questions before our arrival. He was onsite when we arrived and came out to greet us and told us to contact him if we needed anything. The only recommendation I have would be that it would be nice to have a TV in the 2nd bedroom. I highly recommend this condo to anyone looking to stay in the Cape Coral area. We would definitely stay there again.

We rented this for a three night stay while playing baseball. It ended up being just perfect for us. It’s a unique property, being semi-private with a pool on the lake. Well stocked with essentials. Publix grocery store is a block away. We had the whole place to ourselves the first night and then another group showed up on day two. We enjoyed meeting them, as well as Don, the Everything Guy, who is an extremely hard worker and friendly man. We would have liked to have stayed longer. Thank you Don and Jerry!

An extremely rare find! Get it fast!

Unit D was incredibly clean and equipped with everything you could need to have a good time. The air conditioning worked excellently in all areas of the apartment, as did the strong wifi and a huge selection on the TV. You could start the day with a good coffee and enjoy the sunrise from your bed or the wonderful terrace and, with a bit of luck, see dolphins jumping right in the adjacent lake! The pool invites you to splash around. Just lovely! The kitchen is well equipped and clothes could also be washed and dried quickly. Don was very courteous and helpful at all times. The very close Publix was convenient for necessary shopping. We fully recommend this accommodation and will come back!

Great Place to Stay!!!

Our Stay was the Best Ever. Clean and Very Nice. With the Lake views and the Pool right out your door it couldn't have been any better. The care taker was very nice and if we needed anything, all you have to do is ask Him. He was Great with our boys and Very helpful. Beds was very comfortable. Our place was Extra Clean and everything you needed was there Plus extra blankets and pillows. I will be staying here again in the future for every visit from here on. Hated we had to leave. It was like home to us while we was there.

Great location

This is a great location, just off one of the main roads in Cape Coral. Close distance to restaurants, shopping and the bridge over to Fort Meyers. The condo is very nice with a beautiful view of the lake. The area was super quiet and we loved the pool area.
