Leave the crowds behind - Tranquil 2bd, 2ba home with private pool and fenced back yard. The home is extremely clean in a quite and relaxed neighborhood close to beaches, shopping, restaurants, golf, fishing and adventure. 5 Night minimal rental off season & 30 nights minimum full month during January 1 - March 31, April is 7 nights min. Home is 100% furnished, Free Wi_Fi with 2 TV's, Cable TV, Internet, WI-FI and free phone service (If requested). Our home is supported by our dedicated close by staff to make sure your vacation stay is memorable and you have no worries while on vacation. Guest access: Homes is a private stand alone homes with private parking. Private heated pool is in a fenced private back yard for your exclusive use only. We also have close by access to the private South Venice Beach. Ferry Pass for the month is at $40 if desired. There Eight (8) other free close by beaches are 5-12 minutes by car. We also have close by support to assist you if you have any problems during your vacation stay. We provide lists of things to do, an area restaurant guide and shopping so you don't waste your vacation the first few days trying to figure out what to do and where to go.

Good value, nice pool, good location

After an initial mixup everything went well. Don was easy to reach and very accommodating. For anyone who likes walking or biking, Shamrock Park is a must. Venice is a great place to visit.

A nice hot sumer retreat

The home was comfy, cozy and clean. The master bedroom had a king size bed, which was very comfortable. The swimming pool was also very well maintained. The location worked for us. There was plenty of shopping nearby and a lot of restaurants to choose from. It was just right for our needs.

Great property and great location

Enjoyed our time even though we were sick before it even started. 🤧🤒😢 The house has everything you need for a great time. Don was very helpful with all our needs and very knowledgeable of the area. Despite being sick with a cold we still had a great time!!!

Enjoyed our stay!

Don was very easy to work with. Any problems were handled in a timely manner. The heated pool had recently been updated and very much enjoyed however the pool screen and the property fence needed some maintenance and Don indicated that it was included in his future plans! Overall the house fit our needs quite well!

Great!

My fiance and I stayed with my niece and daughter when we came down for a get away. The house was very clean, we had one minor inconvenience, but the owner was right on top of the issue and had it fixed in a matter of minutes! The area was quiet, which was really nice, we felt at home, and away from the hustle and bustle of life, but still only a few minutes away from everything we needed and a few beaches. We absolutely loved our stay and will be returning!

Property misrepresented

This ad was inaccurate and a misrepresentation of the property. When we arrived we would not get the code to get in the house for three hours past our check in time. When we were on a conference call with the VRBO rep, the owner assured us that he would put up a temporary fence, since he had misrepresented the property as having a fence. The next day he did come over and put up four panels, secured with string. He sent me a message that evening, telling me that you would be back the next day and complete the fence, but never showed up again. We could not get the check in instructions and information on the house until two days after check in. During the stay we felt unsafe every night because the side garage door was not secure. It looked like someone tried to break in and the door frame plate was removed. There were 7 light bulbs burnt out or missing in the house plus a lamp with two bulbs that had the switch broken off and could not be used. The glass shower doors in the hall bath did not have a track on the bottom so the glass doors would swing back and forth, making the shower unsafe to use. The bathroom rugs in the master bath were very dirty. My wife washed them They were so dirty that after they were washed the looked like a lighter color. There were dangling electrical wires from the ceiling. The water smelled and was not fit to drink. There is no fence on the sides and there is so much storm damage, it looks like a war zone

Are first vacation..

We just love are vacation rental home. It was nice and clean. And easy to find. And love the pool. The water was nice and clean. Everything was easy to find. And it was close to Everything you will need. And Sharkey had good food. I will definitely rent it again next year. When i return back to Florida.

Listing was exactly as described....location is close to beaches, shopping centers, and a short drive to other popular nearby destinations....house was very clean...was equipped with EVERYTHING to make your stay feel very much like home and put your mind at ease so you could relax...we will definitely go back for future vacations!!

Clean house and pool

My daughter and I stayed for one week here. Some pros include: the option of airport pickup, the cleanliness of the house overall, the pool was great to have after a hot day at the beach. Somewhat adequately stocked with things we needed. Some cons were: some of owners belongings around in an unorganized fashion (garage, master closet), house could use some updates and better lighting. Seemed a bit dark inside from mainly lamp lighting and some overgrown landscaping. The location is in an older neighborhood but felt safe. Overall, the house grew on me as the week went on and our stay was nice. Don was very easy to communicate with.

Nice neighborhood

Overall very nice property. Property manager was very easy to reach and went out of his way to make sure any problems were fixed as soon as possible.

convenient location/ awesome price point

Great location close to everything including shopping, restaurants, and several beaches. Property was in a quiet neighborhood. Pool was great with good privacy, and the heater was awesome to keep the water warm on the cooler days. Don was very responsive to our needs and easy to contact. Will stay here for future visits to Venice.

FABULOUS!!

Where do I begin? This rental is wonderful! The location is so convenient, within just a few minutes of loads of shopping and restaurants, not to mention several free beaches! The neighborhood is quiet and well-maintained, and this property has lots of mature landscaping providing great privacy. The house is as cute as it can be, with a great open floor plan and is well furnished with comfortable, stylish pieces. There is a large flat screen in the living room and a smaller flat screen in the master, and both have cable. The wifi is fast and easy to access, and there's even a printer provided! But the best part was the pool! It's heated, which was fabulous as we were there in January. Our mornings sitting by the pool with our coffee were pure heaven! And the owner, Don, could not have been more gracious! He was always available for questions and concerns, and the few issues we did encounter were immediately dealt with. He checked on us to make sure all was well, and he even allowed us a later check-out. He really was great to work with! My family will absolutely be staying at Don's house again! In fact, this property will always be our first choice when staying in the area! HIGHLY recommend!
