* One Tree House Kid’s Suite- 2- twin over queen bunk beds, lounge area, smart TV, games, arcade style basketball ***this is a separate structure from main home- it attaches to the outside deck by a staircase. May not be appropriate for unsupervised smaller children***

Breathtaking ocean views greet you as you enter the main space of this chic island living home. Super comfortable oversized couch where you can kick back with family and friends. Stream your favs or have a movie night on the 75 inch smart TV with high end surround sound throughout main room. WiFi throughout the house. AC units along with ceiling fans in each room will keep you cool and comfy. Well appointed kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances. Professional gas range/oven, dishwasher, microwave, pasta arm, garbage disposal, nutri ninja, air fry convection oven/ toaster oven, water filtration system, automatic ice maker (outside on deck). Lovely round dinning table with seating for 6-8 (indoor) plus the 3 seats at the breakfast nook. Seating for 8-10 outside.

Primary Suite #1-California king bedroom is a separate unit just adjacent the main house across the deck to the right of the pool, with it’s private porch stepping out onto the sand now with a new soaking tub! Sliding doors frame the view of the fairest turquoise blue waters you’ve ever seen!
Primary Suites #2 and #3- Kings- are inside the main house on the right and left side of the living/ dinning/kitchen area. They are mirror image of each other. Each features the same amazing view through sliding glass doors!
Bedrooms one, two, and three all have same set up with comfy memory foam mattress, 100% bamboo hotel quality sheets and pillows. Each bedroom has it’s own AC unit, ceiling fan, smart TV, private bathroom and closet, amazing ocean views through sliding glass doors that open to the deck/pool/ beach area! The open design closets are located just on the other side of the wall that the bed rests on, as well as the bathroom with sink, split plan shower and toilets in each.

Bedroom #4- Tree House Kid’s Suite- is situated atop the garage out in the front left side of the property, separate from the main house with two sets of bunk beds (twin over queen) , lounge area with 55 in smart TV w surround sound, perfect for a kids room and hangout. Incredible second story ocean views! En Suite full bathroom. It is connected to the outside deck of the main house by a staircase. May not be appropriate for small children unsupervised.

The wooden deck wraps around the entire main house (6 feet all the way around) to the front of the home. Clothes washer and dryer are located on the side of the house just below the kids suite, automatic ice maker is out back near main house.

The large outside space has a wooden decking that shoots out to where the sand begins… The stairs lead you down to the beach are just in front of the covered outdoor kitchen…that takes you down to the most amazing crystal clear waters and white sandy beaches you’ve ever seen! Coral reef with lots of sea life right out back! Be sure to bring you snorkeling gear!! Two and a half miles of white, sandy beaches are yours to enjoy just outback! Find your favorite spot or take a long walk and discover the amazing natural beauty of Exuma.

The covered, outdoor kitchen/ BBQ is opposite the Cali King Bungalow in the back and you will find the cooling fresh waters of the pool just in between the BBQ and the Cali King Bungalow. Enjoy your morning coffee or tea in the adirondack chairs at the edge of the hill overlooking the ocean, Lounge around on the outdoor sofa and chairs or dine al fresco at the 10 person outdoor dinning table with two ceiling fans, in the shade of the covered porch with sweet ocean breezes tickling your nose the whole time! Swing on the swings, soak up the sun, take a dip in the pool or just lie down on the warm, soft sand at the waters edge on the beach! Paddle board or kayak around, snorkel out to the coral reef just out back (in about six feet of water) to hang out with the lobsters, fish and sea urchins! My personal favorite, an early morning walk on the beach… (look out for fish & turtles swimming along side you) collect sea shells, take a swim or maybe do some yoga!
