Upon entry, guests will land on the main level, which offers a spacious, coastal, airy living area, featuring a flat-screen television, comfortable seating, a fully equipped kitchen, and additional bar seating for three. The feature that seals the deal for this floor is the covered outdoor balcony with Adirondack seating for four, overlooking the Seaside Amphitheater and to the right the Gulf of Mexico! Lastly, this floor features a guest hall bath for the company.

Guests can head up a staircase to find a Queen primary bedroom with gulf views and a private bathroom. This primary suite features vaulted ceilings, custom built-in storage, a vanity desk, and a custom built-in bay window area. It is the perfect spot to enjoy amazing Gulf views or overlook the town's action. In the evening, this bay window also provides privacy curtains. The second level offers a second double bedroom with a double bed, this is only accessible by leaving the main home and crossing an outdoor patio to the adjacent separate bedroom.
