Ideally situated on the back side of the Dreamland Heights Building on the 3rd and 4th floors, this designer penthouse will serve as the perfect coastal hideaway. On arrival, you’re greeted by a spacious outdoor common area featuring ample seating and gulf views! Step inside to the first level, and to the left is a modern, coastal, fully equipped kitchen with top-of-the-line, stainless steel appliances and a dining area with bistro seating for two. Off the kitchen and before the king primary bedroom is the marble bathroom with a single vanity and a glass-enclosed walk-in shower.
A large king primary suite has a large mounted flat screen TV, dresser, small closet, and blackout curtains throughout. The true gem of the king primary is the large private open-air patio with bar seating for four with stunning gulf and town views. This is the perfect evening escape for cocktails al fresco under a starlit sky or the perfect location to enjoy your morning coffee!
Make your way up the staircase to locate a bonus, spacious living space, featuring a large slipcover sofa (queen sleeper sofa for 2 more guests), additional seating, a flat-screen TV, as well as plenty of windows to bring the stunning outdoors in.
