Direct Oceanfront, ground floor 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo in pristine Sea Place is COMPLETELY renovated! Gorgeous décor, marble counters in kitchen baths & large master walk-in shower. All hard surface flooring. The master suite offers a king size bed, walk in closet, flat screen TV & windows lining the wall that face the ocean!
The guest bedroom offers 2 twin beds & the living room has a sofa sleeper as well. Large flat screen TV in the living room in a custom built entertainment center, large sliding glass doors leading to the oceanfront patio. Open floor plan with dining for 6. new kitchen cabinets fully stoked with everything you will need, stainless steel appliances. This was perfect all around, right on the beach with a beautiful view and a short drive to historic district. We went for night of lights and didn't want to be in the mix of all the traffic. The place was clean and spacious and was everything we needed.

So close to the beach!

We had a great stay. Great proximity to the beach, easy to get in and out. Unit was clean; size and layout was perfect for family with two teenage boys. Spare beach gear in the utility closet was a nice surprise.

Long Weekend Get A Way

It was a great stay for a long weekend and a concert at the Amphitheater. The owners were super helpful during our stay. Highly recommend this unit.

The condo is very well maintained and clean. The updated kitchen and bathrooms were nice, but the second/guest bathroom needs more storage space. It’s fine for kids, but not enough room for a second set of adults sharing the condo. Overall, the condo is the perfect location for those who want to have easy access to the beach.

Had a great stay! Easy access to the beach!! Right out the door and steps to boardwalk and beach! Long walks everyday! Beautiful sunrises! Lovely marsh views but still could see the ocean. Great communication with owner. Everything I needed for a beach stay! Towed, chairs etc!

Mothers Day Getaway

The location perfect, you can see the dunes and ocean peaking over the dunes. Right near the boardwalk to beach access and near the pool. The property was very clean, nicely decorated and very relaxing. I would highly recommend a vacation getaway here!

Great place to stay

We had a wonderful time at this condo!! It’s spacious and its location right on the beach is amazing. Everything was clean and they have just the right amount of stuff to make you feel at home (beach chairs, towels, etc). Candy was extremely responsive and gave us all the info we needed. We definitely recommend this property for your stay in the St. Augustine area.

Fantastic Beach Getaway

My family enjoyed a great stay at Butler Beach. The property is clean, comfortable, and as close to the beach as you can get. The property owner is clearly a professional, and has thought of everything needed for a wonderful vacation. I highly recommend this property and would stay here again if I return to Butler Beach. Five stars!
