The home is nice. Clean. Appearance of neighborhood is good. Location is nice-,easy to get where you may need to go. Furnished adequately.Really enjoyed the pool.My husband has a special need regarding fragrance sensitivity. Homeowner was gracious about not having home perfumes or fabric softener in linens towels. There is one neighbor who was loud 2,different evenings: Mariachi band and some singing…. . Their dog barked all night one of the nights. Just know this might happen in advance. We just shrugged. We have similar neighbors at home.

The cleanest house in Tampa.

I can give this house the best rating. The super attentive staff helped us a lot and I really give it 10 stars for all the details of the house and I recommend it 100%.

Amazing stay

We loved every minute of our stay. The host is fabulous at communicating and I probably bothered her a little too much. Mostly everything we needed was there. It was nice to have my coffee by the pool in the morning. The kids loved the pool and yard to play in. We really enjoyed our time there.

Great place with a pool!

The home was just like the pictures. Very clean plenty of space for everyone. The pool was clean and the patio was a great place to hang out. It is also convenient to many stores and only about 45 minutes to all the beaches. The host was easy and quick to communicate with. We loved our stay here!

Beautiful house, updated throughout. No issues with stay, property manager answered questions quickly. Thought issue with pool and sent someone over quickly to ensure everything was ok.

A great holiday

We stayed at this property for 6 weeks from mid-January to the last week of February 2023. The property was impeccably clean when we arrived. We had a few questions over the first few days we were there and the owners responded promptly. The house is located in a safe and generally quiet neighbourhood. It is a few minutes drive to a Publix and Walgreens and is about a 15 minute walk. The taco stand at the end of the street is amazing. I used the garage for an exercise room and the floor was cleaner than the floors at some gyms I've been at. The pool is much larger than most backyard pools and the steps to enter the pool are great, as opposed to a ladder at many pools. The only complaint we had is the lack of hot water in the kitchen and bath room sinks, although the showers did have water that was sufficiently hot. However, this did not take away from our overall enjoyment of our stay. Thank you for allowing us to stay at such a wonderful property.

Mostly great!

The home was super clean on arrival and directions were perfect. There was a water leak in the kitchen that we noticed almost immediately and we called and they were at the house within 10 minutes and it was taken care of! Great at correspondence. Only issues for us included the facts that although is sleeps 10, there were only 7 forks in the entire kitchen (we purchased plastic). There were no pizza or cookie sheets etc., though adequate dishes and pots and pants. There is just one small round table in the kitchen with 4 chairs and a very small island with 3 or 4 stools without backs (so not good for kids). The outdoor area has L-shaped futon for seating (very old), two lovely sun chairs that recline and then two extremely old camp-type folding chairs that have actual holes in the fabric and we didn’t really dare even sit in them, and a small wicker table but we found lack of table space to be an issue. There were three child-sized life jackets but absolutely zero pool floats or noodles or toys and that is something we have always had when we rent a home with a pool. We actually purchased four new camp chairs for the outdoor area, two inflatable lounge chairs for the pool, several kid-sized inner tubes, noodles and a few pool toys which we left there for future visitors since we flew down. Also, there are many bath towels but many are older and quite thin Overall a clean and adequate place for sure; just lacking in a few areas. We enjoyed our stay a lot however!

Fantastic stay

The property was extremely clean and well maintained, pool was crystal clear in a screened in area so no mosquitoes or bugs to contend with, the neighborhood was pretty and quiet, and the owner & her family were absolutely amazing during our stay through Hurricane Ian. I would 💯 stay there again and recommend anyone else to as well.

Great stay and great location

Our family and extended family (6 of us in total) had a wonderful week-long stay here. The house was clean and well maintained, as well as the pool. Our kids loved having the pool available daily, and we could not have asked for a better location in terms of easy access to restaurants, grocery stores, etc., as well as easy interstate access to get to Orlando, St. Pete, Clearwater, etc. Communication with the host was also easy. Would definitely not hesitate to stay here again!

Family Get Together

Property clean and fully supplied with linens, towels, pool towels, blankets, and kitchenware. Outdoor seating area. Close to a lot of great restaurants and shopping. Ybor City, downtown Tampa close by. Highly recommend if you dont want the hassle of staying downtown and dealing with the traffic.

You’ll Ike this one

A wonderful 4 bedroom home in a pleasant neighborhood. Great for walking the neighborhood. The home is nicely appointed. Exactly as pictured. The beds are comfortable. Everything we needed was available. Everything we wanted to do was an hour or less away , such as Tampa’s beaches, movies, shopping, the zoo and aquarium. We loved sitting by the pool in the morning with our coffee and at night with our glass of wine. There was excellent communication with the host.
