Convenient and cozy

A nice walk to the Village - about 3/4 of a mile and I market downstairs made this apt the perfect place to relax after sightseeing .

Great location, great accommodations, and great proximity to town!

The property is a quick ~10 minute walk from DT Solvang in a very safe neighborhood just above the local CVS. Instructions were clear and concise as to how to get into the property. I didn't feel like I needed anything that wasn't already provided by the owner. Very modern building and interior Bed was large and comfy. Nothing to complain about here, If you want a quick get away and don't plan on using the room for anything outside of a place to sleep, this is a place for you.

Clean, convenient apartment in Solvang

Clean, newer loft style apartment in a good location close to Solvang center. Bright with high ceilings and a small deck. Well applianced kitchen with electric range and range hood that vented out. Limited cookware, dinnerware, and utensils/no toaster, no water kettle for tea, and no grill. We are at home cooks, and bought a few things for the kitchen, and got by with what was there. Appreciated the washer/dryer.

Solvang Wine Tasting Weekend

Newer apartment which was clean and tidy. The commercial location entrance to the rear is not for everyone but it suited us just fine. We're both fans of the natural market up front so ingredients were plentiful for a cooked meal on Sat night after wine tastings. Leonardo's across the street was just a quick walk down the street after our arrival on Friday, since we weren't interested in cooking after the drive from LA. That place never disappoints! In the morning, a nice run or walk to the end of the street turns into a sidewalk and you're suddenly in DT Solvang. We would go back.

I booked this place/room in Solvang a few months back to celebrate a birthday and unfortunately it turned out to be a disaster to say the least. We drove from Los Angeles area to Solvang on Saturday. We spent our day at a festival and around 4:30 or so we went to check into the room that I had pay for, just to find out that it was occupied by someone else. We walked into a room that had clothing, food and personal items spread all over the room. We could have been killed if those other people would have been in the room! Those poor people probably would have thought that we were invading/robbing or who knows what else. I immediately called the host to this property, who had no response to me! The only thing he said to me was “ I will reimburse your money”, just like no big deal. Meanwhile, here we are in Solvang where we have no place to stay, I had made reservations for a dinner and reservations for the next day also to go and have breakfast and lunch and everything was destroyed. the host didn’t offer any options, ideas or resolutions to us not having a place to stay for the night, nothing.! All he did was hang up the phone, after telling me that I would get reimbursed. A horrible experience to say the least. A reimbursement of my money doesn’t make up for our birthday that was ruined, for putting our lives at risk and for not being compensated in any other way. Shame on you guys for taking advantage of people.

Great place for the weekend!

This is a great property and suited our needs perfectly. It was a little odd entering through the back of a grocery store though. Once you got past that part it was perfect. I have to say, it’s really handy to be that close to the grocery store though.

The interior was very clean and well stocked with essentials i.e., coffee pods, creamer cups, cleaning supplies, linen, laundry detergents, salt and pepper, hand towels, paper towels, dishes, pots and pans, utensils, etc. The furnishings were very nice and cozy. Updated decor. Nice sized balcony and seating, small dining table off the living room, full sized kitchen appliances. The interior of the apartment complex is well kept. Outdoors at first glance looks like the back of a business, which it was, but a very safe keyless, coded entrance. Indoors you can't really hear anything! Its a few city blocks from downtown Solvang not exactly walking distance but a close drive. There are a couple restaurants across the street, a drug store, and small grocery market as well. Overall we would definitely stay here again! The only request I would make is to have a TV in the bedroom too.

Great place in Solvang

A lovely loft condo, just a short walk to downtown Solvang. Nicely decorated. Quiet, despite being above a shopping area. Easy keyless entry. Great grocery store in the building complex. Host was very responsive.

Lovely Stay

The loft was little hard to find in the beginning but once we walked around the CVS we were able to find the designated parking spot and the entrance to the loft. The loft was well equipped with kitchen and bedroom essentials. It was nice and relaxing stay.
