Perfect Location!

We enjoyed our stay and would love to reserve again in the future! Easy walk to the beach and steps from the pool! Perfect for families! Clean, comfy beds, and cute decor. Pictures were spot on! Communication was wonderful and checking in was a breeze!

Very clean accommodations.

I needed a place quickly for a couple of nights and Alicia was able to provide for us. Very clean and updated. Very short walk to the beach. Very nice experience.

Perfect for two and our pet. This was a return visit for us! We love the location and easy access to the beach (walking). This year there was the addition of four new pickleball courts on the property with active open play with very nice people! Great fun!

Relaxing stay

My children and I enjoyed our stay in this cute condo. Very clean , pet friendly and a short walk to the heated pool . The beach access was an easy 10 minute walk . Although this was a 2 bedroom condo, there was an extra sitting area off the kitchen with another tv and couch which my 11 yr old son claimed as his own space. We would definitely stay again!

The property is located in a gated community. Property is clean, and gorgeous. Community is quiet. Walk to the beach does not take long at all and you only cross 1 busy road. My family and i had a fantastic time and will definitely be back. Highly recommended.

Wonderful Stay at PCB

Property was very nice and comfortable. First rate furniture, beds, baths! You were treated like family and friends by everyone you saw in the complex, with a wave of hello or a stop and chat. The staff rode the property regularly and the exterior was always neat. Beach was a easy walk and not crowded. Owner responded to questions quickly. We will come back!

Beach Vacation

We enjoyed our stay at Alicia’s condo. Everything was nice and clean. A short walk but nice walk to the beach. Quiet neighborhood with lots of amenities located inside development. Alicia was very prompt when any communication was needed. We will definitely be back in the future! As a VRBO host myself, it’s nice to know there are other host that think and host like I do! Thank you Alicia for a wonderful week!

Nice Condo in Excellent Location in Panama City Beach

When reviewing the photos of this cute condo, what you see is what you get, there are no rude surprises. We are two senior travelers and were very happy with our stay. It was so easy to pop over to the beach via a quick walk through the neighborhood. The easy access to the miles of Panama City beaches was a real plus. You can enjoy the beaches without trying to find parking, it doesn’t get any better than that. Gulf Highlands seemed to be a mix of full-time residents and some rental units. We felt very safe there and when we met residents, they were congenial. We travelled in the spring and we didn’t experience any noise from the strip mall across the fence and if you want to dine without driving, there was a nearby exit from Gulf Highlands that lead to a rear door of the bowling alley/bar. It was a quick and convenient walk that led to a few different restaurants. The ‘den’ next to the kitchen was a great room with wonderful sun in the afternoon and a tv. There was a little patio in the backyard with some chairs and it was a nice place to relax. All the upholstered furniture was comfortable and there were no sagging cushions or tears and stains. We would have preferred a standard dining table with chairs instead of stools but we managed. We were visiting long enough to do laundry and during our stay, the dryer broke. Alicia took care of the problem quickly and efficiently. I have no hesitation recommending this unit.

I have stayed in several units in this community and this was by far one of the best. It was very clean, well lit, and comfortable. The light switches were labeled and everything worked as expected. The backyard area was super cute and such a nice place to sit outside. I would definitely stay again.

Panama City vacation

We were very pleased with the property which is located in a good area. It is very close to the beach, to several restaurants and shopping areas. Overall it was a great experience especially that it was the first time using Vrbo.
