Hale Kona Kai 404 is uniquely designed. The bedroom and living room are separated by sliding french doors instead of the traditional closed rooms. This allows the condo to open up into one large space. A great benefit to this layout is that the AC works much more effectively in cooling the condo.

Find your beach with Kona Beach Properties! This beautifully upgraded oceanfront property offers unobstructed views of the Kona coastline. The ocean is teeming with life! Sit on your lanai and watch spinning dolphins year around and humpback breaching just offshore during the winter and spring months. Turtles and eels find plenty of sustenance in the tide pools. Wake up and fall asleep to the calming sound of the ocean.

Featured amenities include wraparound lanai, central AC for those extra warm nights and high speed wifi, a necessity for "working" remotely where Zoom conference calls may be necessary.

This unit comes equipped with beach chairs, towels, umbrella, and a small cooler for guests use. It may or may not have some snorkel gear that was left by previous guests. We do not provide snorkel gear. Non-fitting snorkel gear takes all the fun out of snorkeling, so it is best to rent your equipment while you are here.
Hale Kona Kai is a special complex right on the ocean in the heart of Kona. It is a short walk to anything you need; restaurants, entertainment, shopping and beaches. An elevator provides easy access. The property boasts a heated salt water pool and BBQ area. Laundry rooms are available on each floor.

Oceanfront property disclaimer: this unit could not get any closer to the ocean. It makes for great, unobstructed ocean views along with a bird's eye view of the reef below. However, during the winter in Hawaii, we get large swells and wind off the water. Your view may be impaired by saltwater dried onto the glass. During high swells and wind and or rain, it may not be comfortable to sit on the lanai. Please take this information into consideration when booking. If you feel these issues may adversely impact your stay, please call us. We may have other properties not quite so close to the water that may better see your needs.

The island has many resort-quality golf courses, the closest one within 5 miles. There are plenty of places to snorkel from shore, or take a snorkeling cruise. Kona offers world-class fishing opportunities. Catch an Ono for dinner or a world record Pacific Blue Marlin.
