Great location, basic, comfortable

As other reviews state, location is great -- quieter street yet close, easy walk to downtown shops, eats, hiking trails (Cactus to Clouds, N Lykken; 1 mile to Tahquitz Canyon), also groceries. Easy to take in Thurs eve Village Fest on the main street if you like. Also echo other reviewers: Unit is basic (realistic expectations helpful), clean, comfortable. Kitchen equipped enough for basic cooking which was helpful for us. We enjoyed the pool (around the corner) after pool water was treated/cleaned (2nd day) and pleasant, pretty, pool side relaxation.

Center of downtown

The location is the center of downtown Palm Springs so we could walk to most destinations. Comfortable living area and bedrooms. I would rent again.

Location, location, location

2 blocks off the main drag through town. Great restaurants, stores, bistros, etc within a short walk. Nice large place, very nice. Neat and tidy grounds.

Great location!

Wonderful stay and a great location! Only steps away from downtown. Easy to access unit. Good bathrooms and showers. Beds are decent. Pool isn’t located nearby, you need to go down the street to find it. But we actually never needed the pool anyway so it wasn’t a big deal. Will definitely stay here next time!

Great Birthday Girls’ Trip

Loves this villa!! So close to everything in downtown Palm Springs but far enough away that it is very quiet! Clean, well-appointed and perfect for our days away! Wish the pool was out our front door but close enough and an easy walk around the corner! Super great that cold water is pumped into the pool so that even at 107 degrees outside the pool was refreshing! Host checked in with us which was a nice touch! Thank you!!

So nice to have a lovely simple place to stay with pets right in the hub of Palm Springs! Great communication with the host, and easy to check in and out. Will stay here again! Thank you for such an affordable option :-)

Super downtown location

Property is just off downtown strip / close to all the restaurants, bars and boutiques/ shops. Two bedroom and two bathrooms were nice as beds were comfortable and showers were hot. Thanks also for the great coffee!

Convenient location to downtown Palm Springs

We cycled the Tour de Palm Springs and found this location to be perfect as it is close to the start and convenient to walk to some nice places to eat. Lots of room to store our bikes etc

Clean cottage right by the main strip and hiking

Super clean and totally functional 2 bedroom cottage, part of a small complex of about 8 units, most of which are one bedroom apartments by a shared pool. The pool is heated, which was great when it got colder during our stay. Also it's just off the main streets with many great restaurants and bars -- and also just a short walk to some great hiking. The view of the mountains is stunning. Your outdoor space is the pool area, which is cute and secluded. Just around the corner the price doubles for about the exact same thing, so we plan on staying here again next year if it costs about the same. Responsive owner too, and there is a property manager on site.

Palm springs

Property was available when stated. It was clean. Very basic but adequate. Beds were comfortable. Location was central to downtown palm springs. Noticed the ensuite toilet in the right side bedroom ran way to long. It was noted in a previous review as well so i found that interesting that it was not yet fixed. Shutting the bathroom door muffled the sound and let us sleep. Would stay here again if the opportunity arose.
