Lake Front Home on Buggs Island / Kerr Lake<br>Close to Bluestone Boat Ramp!

Stunning lake view! Brick rancher with walkout basement that gently slopes to lake front beach area. New dock just installed in June. Lake view from covered back deck as well as covered walkout basement. Back deck has rocking chairs, a dining table and a 65” tv.

The main level of the house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen and walk in pantry and laundry area. Bedroom 1 has a king bed and a private bathroom that features a walk-in shower with rain head. Bedroom 2 has a king bed. Bedroom 3 is a twin over full bunk bed. Bathroom 2 is a hall bath with a tub/shower combination. The dining room has a table with 8 chairs. The kitchen is fully furnished.

The lower level has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and a living room. The bedroom has a king bed and the bathroom has a walk-in shower. The bathroom can be accessed from both the bedroom and the living room.

Both living rooms and the upper deck have 65” TVs and the lower level bedroom and upstairs master have 55” TVs.

Paved driveway.

Home has WiFi.

Absolutely NO pets as our family has pet allergies.
Linens not provided.

We had a wonderful stay! Great location, home was clean, had everything we needed. The water access was perfect, the views from either deck were awesome. The hosts were wonderful to communicate with and we'd definitely stay here again!

Daniel & Brandy are wonderful ! The house was stocked with everything and more that you would want or need ! Taking my grandbabies age 7, 4,3 & 2 months I was so impressed there was even a Life Vac there ! I always have one in my car and home ! They had a kid drawer with cups with lids kid plates and even straws which my babies loved. All the cook ware , bowls cups even a waffle maker we used several morning! The dock was so nice , the chairs on the dock and porch were perfect for rocking my youngest grandson! We had a blast and greatly appreciate them letting us make memories at their lovely place ! If we get to come back next year I will have to bring a baby gate bc we will have a little walker by next summer and he would have to be blocked from going down the stairs. We could not ask for better people to rent from !

Amazing Lake Stay

Our stay at Buggs Island/Kerr Lake was nothing short of amazing! The house fit our families needs perfectly. The kids loved the air hockey table downstairs. The dock was very nice and had a great place to dock our boat and area for the kids to jump off the dock and swim. The neighbors were very friendly. We will definitely put this house on our list to stay at again!

Great Vaca !!!

We really enjoyed our first time at this house in Clarksville. We always love our trips to Bugg's Island and this house did not disappoint!!!! Pros: Very clean, easy access to town, great communication with the owners prior to arrival. We didn't have any issues or concerns during our stay. Loved the owners laminated reminders for check-in and check-out ~ made taking care of their house a breeze. The house provided all the kitchen appliances you would need for eating at home and grilling out. We loved chatting with the neighbor and playing with his fun dog. Cons: The days went by way too fast and the heat kept the fish from biting :) Thanks for having us and we shall see you next year!

Great place

Great place to stay. Convenient to downtown Clarksville and other areas. We spent a lot of time on the dock relaxing and swimming. Would recommend to others.

The house was in a great location, easy access to the lake, great dock, and had an excellent time, if I had questions, they emailed me back in a very timely manner. Would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a vacation at the lake. I will be making reservations to stay at this place again next year

Perfect weekend stay!

Beautiful house in a wonderful location. The hosts were very accommodating and responsive to any questions. If you’re looking for a lake house close to town with a beautiful view, this is the place to stay!

This property is absolutely beautiful! The home is well maintained and clean. The view of the lake from the large covered deck is picturesque. We spent most of our time on the large dock enjoying all the lake has to offer!

Family Lake Vacation

If you are looking for a relaxing vacation and a little time on the lake, this is the place! The house was within 15 minutes of town and the local marina where we rented a boat and kept tied to the dock. The sunset views were spectacular and the porches were perfect for relaxing, card games and family dinner. The house was comfortable and beautifully decorated and the kitchen was well stocked. We will definitely be back to this location.

Beautiful Lake Home

This property was perfect for our recent lake escape. The beautiful modern dock provided a wonderful fishing platform and place to sit and just relax. Location was convenient to grocery, fuel and food options in the area. Owner was easy and quick with any communications and the neighbors are amazingly helpful and kind. We will be returning soon.

Beautiful Quiet Lake Front

Beautiful Lake Front Property!! In a quiet neighborhood, with great neighbors too. Check in was a breeze. The few questions we had were answered promptly and politely. The home was extremely clean and welcoming! Would certainly stay here again in the future. Highly recommended.

Beautiful home, gorgeous location

Lovely home, immaculate and tastefully decorated. The deck and dock and neighbors and location are all wonderful. The neighborhood is convenient to Clarksville and also very quiet. Perfect spot for a family reunion.

Wonderful stay at this beautiful place!

We rented this beautiful property for our annual “girls trip.” It was wonderful and we’d love to come back! The owners were very nice & easy to work with; they made our stay special with a personal touch. The home and property are perfect! The rooms are spacious, the beds are new & comfy, the porches are large and welcoming. Countless details all thought of & well done. We loved having use of the grill as well as the large pantry / walk-in laundry room…and the dock!!! The dock was so nice: the right size for us, our chairs & our relaxing time!

Family fishing trip

Beautiful home. Super clean. Great open concept layout. Furniture is both practical and comfy. Very warm and inviting. Kitchen well stocked with cooking utensils and dishes. The hosts are super responsive and easy to communicate with. While the interior of the home is fantastic, the lake really makes this property. Breathtaking views of the water. The deck and patio spaces are awesome. Plenty of outdoor seating and places to relax. Our younger kids loved the outdoor tree swing. Excellent fishing. I could go on and on. This is really a special property.
