Oceanview Colonial (comprised of 2nd and 3rd floor only) located just 4 houses from the beach! UPDATED KITCHEN SUMMER 2026! 2025 PRICING FOR 2026.

This 100 year old home is loaded with charm and was the queen of the shore in its hey day. This charming ocean view, 4 bedroom, 2 bath unit went through a complete remodel and completed May 2023!!. All new appliances, furniture, in unit washer and dryer and central A/C. Located conveniently on 11th Ave, with 1 dedicated parking spot, in family friendly Belmar. This unit welcomes you, your family, friends or reunion to ocean living.

No need for planning a full day at the beach, come and go as you please with the 6 beach badges, 6 backpack beach chairs, 6 beach towels and 2 umbrellas provided. Don't worry about salt or sand, rinse off in the outside shower, then come in and put your feet up to watch the surf or surf the web. Please be aware that we rent to families or groups age 25 or older only.

You will never want to leave deck. But if you need to cool down, central air will keep the inside cool. And there is a washer and dryer in your unit for your convenience. This home may also be your potential cozy winter getaway, the ocean is beautiful year round!. Kid friendly. Please no pets or smoking.

Awesome house. One of the best places we’ve stayed at the Shore. Clean, plenty of room, great deck with view of ocean and so close to beach. Being able to get up and see the sunrise over the ocean and go for long walks on boardwalk was amazing. They even provided plenty of chairs for the beach. Host very responsive. Highly recommend this house.

Belmar Vacation House

It would be helpful if we could have checked in at an earlier time. You lose a whole day with a 4 PM check in time. The cleaners were still at the house when we were able to get into the house at 4. The kitchen was well stocked and functional.

This house was clean, updated, had a great balcony, and room for 2 toddlers to crawl in the living room too. Short walk from the beach and close to restaurants. Overall great spot.

Best Family Beach Vacay

The location was perfect for having 4 littles under 3 for a beach vacation! We could come home for naps in under 5 minutes and go right back after! The house was very clean and the neighborhood is so cute and safe. We were also very impressed the kitchen having everything we could ever need! Thanks for an amazing stay!

Our stay in Belmar

The house was everything we had hoped for. It was very close to the beach and the view from the deck was great. Having the beach chairs and beach tags was an added bonus. The only thing I would suggest is to have a broom and dust pan available.

Great Location, up to date

Enjoyed this place, the bedrooms are cozy but the deck is excellent. This spot is a great base of operations for days at the beach. Lot of stairs, but if your group can handle that, go for it.

Loved this place

As advertised! The space worked well for our multi-generational family weekend, since everyone can handle stairs. The bedroom with bunk beds is good for kids or shorter adults. Bathrooms are great, and unlike a lot of rentals the kitchen is stocked with everything you'd possibly need! You really can see the ocean from both the large deck and some of the windows. This part of Belmar is perfect for families.

Well appointed rental

Cozy 2nd floor apartment in great location. Everything was clean and check-in was easy. It is thoughtfully stocked for convenience with kitchen appliances, cutlery and utensils and some basics like sugar, dish detergent, serán wrap, shampoo, hand soap and such. Made for a relaxing, short stay. Only thing that could improve it would be to have access to BBQ on the deck instead of having to go downstairs and share with other tenants.

4 Houses from the Beach

Perfect location. Property manager is very nice and attentive. House is fully stocked. Plenty of everything, including gates to block children from stairs. Great deck with table for dinner with view of the ocean. Very clean and well attended.

Great location, but expensive and a shared home

The location cannot be beat, 5 minute walk from the beach which is awesome. That being said, we didn’t exactly realize that the very expensive house we booked was just the top two floors and a family with kids was staying under us. Also, on Saturday at 8 AM, the neighbors were cutting trees and looks like they’re doing some construction. Overall, the stay was enjoyable, but the rooms and bright and street noise or downstairs noise can be heard so it’s not the best place to sleep in until noon… but if you enjoy the beach and being outside, the host provides beach passes, umbrellas and chairs for your enjoyment!

Second and third floor a few homes from the beach

This home is freshly renovated and in a great location in Belmar. We rented the second and third floor, which has some steep steps, but offers a little more view and privacy. There are 4 BRs and 2 BA- one of the rooms has 2 bunk beds and a futon. I think this is a great place for families with young kids- infants are a little trickier, but the renters do provide a gate and a pack and play. 2 gates would likely be better, as there are two sets of stairs. Also, bathrooms do not have a bathtub, which could be a problem for little kids. Overall- great place for a few days. Owner was easy to communicate with and a lot is walkable, so any on street parking is not that stressful. There is 1 off street space.

Excellent stay

The property was nicely renovated and I found it to be very clean. With less than a minute walk to the beach, it was perfect for myself, husband, kids (5, 3, 1) and parents. The furniture was comfortable and the split system units kept the rooms cool. Phil was always responsive and was even kind enough to send us a baby gate, as we had forgotten ours at home.
