Treasure Cove Beach House, completed December 2022, is located on a beautiful private beach with access to 2 other nearby sandy beaches to enjoy sun, sand, surf, and snorkeling. This spacious, comfortable home with 2 large cabanas sleeps up to 16 persons (assuming adults & children) and offers a private pool and spa/hot tub, kayaks, fully equipped kitchen, outdoor grill, spacious furnished patio, and fun and relaxation. Just a short drive from the Exuma International Airport (GGT), Emerald Bay Marina, local restaurants and shopping.
HOW TO GET HERE: Exuma International Airport (GGT) is the commercial airport. Direct flights are available from /connecting through the following airports:
ATL – Atlanta, USA
MIA – Miami, USA
FLL – Fort Lauderdale, USA
NAS – Nassau, Bahamas
YYZ – Toronto, Canada
** BahamasAir or Western Air fly daily to GGT from Nassau, Fort Lauderdale or Miami.

We had a wonderful stay at Treasure Cove and couldn’t have asked for a better setup for our family. The house was perfectly equipped with everything we needed and offered plenty of space to gather together while still allowing everyone their own time and privacy. There were ample chairs around the pool and on the beach, and we especially loved the heated pool and the relaxing hot tub.We truly enjoyed having both the pool and the beach as options every day. While it was a bit windy for kayaking during our stay, the weather was consistently fantastic for enjoying the pool, beach, and outdoor spaces. The excursions recommended by the hosts were absolutely top-notch — swimming with the pigs, snorkeling with nurse sharks, and visiting Thunderball Grotto were unforgettable highlights of our trip.We also rented a boat from Minns and explored Elizabeth Harbour, which was a truly magical experience and a highlight of our vacation. Treasure Cove provided the perfect backdrop for an amazing Exuma getaway. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

The house was perfect for our group of twelve. It was clean and well maintained.Our hosts, Cecil and Vanessa, were welcoming, friendly, communicative, and helpful beyond our expectations. We had a medical emergency which required immediate attention. They escorted us to their personal physician and waited for the treatment to be completed before bringing us back to the house.We recommend this property with full confidence.

Perfect for our family vacation

Treasure Cove was everything we were looking for in our 1st trip to Exuma. The location was easy to get to all the areas we needed to during our stay. The location itself for the days we stayed at the house is amazing. Some in our family unexpectedly weren't able to do the extra activities we had planned but were more than happy at the house with the pool and water access. The hoise had plenty of room for all of us and had eveything we could need. Chairs, umbrellas, kayaks, snorkel gear, floaties, a cooler. The owners recommendatio for a night in with a chef was perfect.

Stunning location for our multi-generation vaca

Walking in to the house we were immediately in awe of the beautiful view from the front door through the home to the infiniti pool and gorgeous beach. The home was very clean and had a good supply of extras to make our vacation nice. Plenty of dishes, dish soap, laundry soap, beach chairs, towels, etc. Loved the nice touch of having throw blankets! Only had a couple days when the water was calm enough to get in but even with the waves, we loved sitting on our private beach. It isn't a huge beach but at lower tide, you could walk to either side and access more beach area if you wanted. The generator was a huge plus as the power went out. Within 10 minutes, someone came by & switched it on. Would NOT want to be in Exuma without this feature! We loved sitting in the hot tub but the pool was a little too chilly for most of us over the age of 11. Felt very safe in this location and Exuma in general. Definetly plan ahead and bring some frozen meat with you. We didn't love the meat selection at the grocery on island. Only thing we would suggest is better pillows...Overall, we had a great trip, great weather and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Our experience in Exuma was amazing!!! The location of the home-made exploring the entire island so accessible. Home is well equipped with all items available. Snorkeling right across from house in the ocean was fascinating. After a long day coming to the beautiful pool and jacuzzi was the best! What a jewel!!!

Property was close to stores and airport. The two villas provided privacy for each family and the main house was well stocked and maintained. Would definitely stay there again.

Wedding in Paradise

Treasure Cove was the perfect setting for our Son and new Daughter in law’s wedding. The ceremony was held on the magical private beach at Treasure Cove. The main house and two side wing suites were the perfect setting for the Bride and Groom to get ready before the big reveal. We were able to all get together in the main house and enjoy Family & Friend time. The covered back patio with the pool and hot tub were certainly an added bonus that provided relaxation and fun times. The Property Managers and Owners of Treasure Cove went above and beyond to help ensure we had a fabulous experience. We truly appreciate everyone that helped make the Wedding Weekend so very Special. A Lifetime of memories to Treasure for sure. Thank you Sincerely to the Property Owners & Managers. We are truly grateful 🙏✨

Family fun

We loved the house and amenities. This was perfect for our large group. The pool and hot tub were just what the kids needed and adults were able to hang out around the pool. The hot tub didn’t get as warm as we would have liked, but overall, it was a great place to stay! Very attentive hosts!

Great Private beach

Great location. we stayed for 15 nights and enjoyed our stay very much. Vanessa and Cecil where very responsive when question or needed something. Close by grocery shopping and liquor store. Heidi was also great to deal with leading up to trip and few questions once got there. Highly recommend this place.

Beautiful Beachfront Property

Beautiful, modern and spacious. Our family of 9 enjoyed a fantastic Christmas holiday in Exuma. Wake up to amazing views. This house is very clean and has everything you need. The beach is beautiful, but water is a little rougher than other beaches in the area. However, you have the infinity pool and hot tub to enjoy instead - our kids thoroughly enjoyed those every evening/night. Highly recommend this property. Friendly side note - heed the noseeum warnings...protect with bug spray every evening/night - this is not an issue with the property, just a reality on the island in general.

Just Amazing View and Setting

Our family of 12, eight adults and 4 young children, enjoyed this beautiful and spacious house and the gorgeous natural beauty that surrounded it. The kids loved the hot tub and pool and from morning until night. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed.Vanessa was very responsive when a question came up. It's very private, yet close to restaurants and the airport. We enjoyed our hired chef to give the mamas a break. The washer and dryer was great. Be aware of the sand flys as the Bahamians call them otherwise known as no-seeums. Depending on the winds these little bugs bite and can cause a lot of itching. Bug spray is a must.Overall, it was a fantastic house and we highly recommend a stay at Treasure Cove beach house for making memories to last!

3 generations of Pederson’s having a ball!!!

Great place to connect with families of all ages. Our group ranged in ages from 11 to 70 years young. Enjoyed the ocean waves crashing over us on the beach front and the hot tub and pool in between. Kitchen and family room made for great evenings. And the layout of the sleeping rooms allows for everyone’s comfort at individual bed times. Tours of islands were handy, we enjoyed ourselves entirely!!! Papa Pederson

Family stay for 70th Birthday Celebration

Our stay was excellent. A perfect amount of room for the 8 adults and 5 children. Enough room for each small family to have their own space. The views, pool and beach were all amazing. The mid week cleaning was nice to have as a re-set and anytime we had a question even if not related to the house itself the host answered the question in a timely manner and all suggestions perfectly met our needs.

Great Family Vacation

The house was amazing. The pool is terrific and the ocean is fantastic. Snorkeling right off the beach was a lot of fun. We also went to Pretty Molly Beach which was like glass. Exuma Market is the best place to shop for food. Mikes Pizza is pretty good. Eating out is good but expensive. Property managers and owners are great.

Beautiful Beachfront property

The property was perfect for our group. Enough space for all 12 of us to be together and enjoy the pool and beach while also having the option to retreat to your private rooms for alone time. Everything that we needed was in the house. We cooked most meals at the property and hired a chef to come in one night to prepare dinner for us. The views were amazing the beach was perfect. I definitely give the property 5 stars and plan to vacation here again. The only negative and it has nothing to do with the property (something with the water supply on the island) was we did not have running water on our last evening and morning check out, so no one could shower after being in pool, wash dishes after cooking or flush toilets and this was a real bummer. I’m just glad it happened on our last evening. Would I go back again? Absolutely!

An Experience to Treasure

From booking to our final day, our experience was unforgettable. Heidi, Vanessa and Cecil are absolutely incredible and a joy to work with. They had excellent recommendations for chefs, private boat rental, car rental, taxis, scuba diving and much more. They house has everything you need and there are grocery and liquor stores nearby. We had adults, tweens and teens and the layout of the house worked perfectly for our family of 11. We all enjoyed spending time in the beautiful pool, reading books on the patio and walking on the gorgeous beach. We spent hours snorkeling, paddle boarding and kayaking. We saw barracuda’s and beautiful fish not far from the shore. It was the perfect spot to unwind, relax, and enjoy the beautiful view with our family. Everyone wished we could have stayed another week. We’ll never forget our incredible experience at Treasure Cove Beach House. Thank you to Heidi and her wonderful team. Stay here. You won’t be disappointed.

This private, sandy cove tucked between rocky crags evokes images of a pirates' landing. Pirates roamed the warm Caribbean waters during the late 1600s and early 1700s. Some of the most famous pirates, such as Blackbeard, Anne Bonny, and Mary Read made land in Exuma. The famous pirate, James Kidd favoured Elizabeth Harbour. Local lore states pirate treasure remains buried around the Exuma Cays today. The property itself is a Bahamian treasure, and a stay at this spacious family vacation beach home will be one where lasting memories are made and treasured for years to come.

This spacious beachfront home offers a heated pool and hot tub, 2 cabanas, large deck with grill and outdoor seating, and the waters off our beach are a snorkelers' paradise! The locals often mention memories of catching lobsters in the rocks just off shore. For those who wish to explore a bit further, at low tide there are larger, also secluded beaches on either side of our Treasure Cove. Want to enjoy a day of golf? It's a short drive to Sandals for a day pass. Or visit Grande Isle Resort and 23˚ North Beach Club or Palapas Restaurant for a lovely lunch just minutes away, in addition to several nearby takeaways for casual local fare.
