This beautifully appointed ground floor unit offers all the amenities of home. A screened in porch with walkout beach access located at the quiet end of the property. Spend lazy days under the coconut palms or lounging in a hammock in the shade under the beachfront gazebo. Kaibo Brisote is just a short walk to Cayman's famous Star Fish Point and an even shorter walk down the beach to Kaibo Beach Marina, Restaurant and Bar. A very comfortable condo for our family; comfy beds, games, fully stocked with spices ect. You can’t beat having a quiet place away from the crowds to sit under palm trees. Lots of starfish, fish off the dock, occasional sting rays. We rent a car to explore the island but enjoy returning to this quiet corner of the island.

We really love the athmosphere of Cayman Kai, not too much people, not too far from beautiful beach, things to do, etc. We really love enjoing the environment of the condo, fishing, snorkeling, kayaking, look at the starfish just in front of the condo, etc. My kids caught a lot of beautiful fish ! I really recommand this condo, we will certainly come back at this place The kaibo restaurant is beautiful and take juste 2 minuts by walk !

Great place away from crowds

The place is about 50 feet from the water. first floor. Had eveything you would need from beach chairs to bbq grill, towels to toilet paper, kayak to cups and communication was great. Indoora is

So Many Starfish!!

Wonderful condo, with lots of extras. There were more starfish in front of our condo than at Starfish Beach. It was a beautiful setting, great pool and a quiet area. We would certainly stay here again.

Christmas and New Years in Kaibo

Upon arrival we were blown away by the location and view. This was exactly what we were hoping for , a quiet place to have some down time with the family. The condo is well stocked and comfortable. We loved getting up and having tea in the Adirondack chairs on the screened patio. Ever night we concluded the day with drinks and cards on the patio. Although we had several cloudy days, it was always warm and enjoyable. We would highly recommend the condo!

Very nice condo!

Very nicely appointed condo. Loved the screened in porch and easy access to beach. Had a problem with door code not working, called Barbara and was resolved quickly. Would highly recommend!

Stellar stay

Absolutely perfect week. The unit was exactly as pictured and had everything we needed for a family of four. It was so nice to have the screened in porch and walk out to the beach. An easy drive from the airport on a very relaxed part of the island. We loved waking up to the ocean every day and the kids loved the pool and spa. We visited nearby starfish beach and bioluminescent bay. A super chill experience all round. Would 100% book again.

Amazing

We wanted for nothing! So much to do and see right there. Starfish by the water’s edges, beautiful views all day and night. The caves are a must! Botanical gardens are where we met two blue iguanas, parrots , and turtles, beautiful orchids. Oh, and a wonderful gift shop. Spotts beach is where we swim with turtles.

Mental Health Break

There were 3 of us. Myself, my daughter and her friend. We all agreed that the location of our stay was the key to our successful trip. All of us just needed that place to chill, without crowds, with sand!

Breathtaking View!

You walk in and the first thing you notice is the breathtaking view! This condo had everything we needed and then some. We wanted for nothing. If you are looking for a peaceful location then search no more! However the only drawback is that there are only a few places to eat otherwise you have to drive a good distance. The Kaibo beach restaurant which is just a 3 minute walk away was a fun place to eat and they have a great beach bbq every week! I would most definitively stay here again!

Perfect place to relax!

The condo was perfect. It's exactly as represented in the photos. Clear warm water right outside the door with starfish and a small reef with fish to see. Tours leave from Kaibo which is a one minute walk. We took tours from there for Stingray City and snorkeling and there is a water taxi to 7 Mile Beach. It is super safe, peaceful and relaxing. If you are looking for a party atmosphere, this is not the place to stay, but if you are looking for a relaxing trip where you can easily go to other areas this is perfect!

Amazing stay at Kaibo Bristote !! So peaceful with direct access to the beach and steps to the pool ! We saw a lot of starfishs, hermits crabs, littles crabs and even a parrot fish near the rocks on the water !! The view is gorgeous ! We really appreciate the patio in the evening with the mosquito net. This condo got everything you need (and even more !.. like shampoo, water shoes, pool noodles, shaker for cocktails ;),comforter blanker..) Great service, we had a little problem with the AC and we communicated by text and the problem was solved the same morning with a fruit basket in the afternoon ! Hightly recommanded !!

Quiet Location near Rum Point

Our family enjoyed this condo on the beach. We loved sitting on the beach drinking our morning coffee watching the sunrise. The beds were comfy. We had three teenage kids and had no complaints about the twin beds. The place is a couple minutes walk from Starfish Point and Kaibo Restaurant. The best grocery store is Foster's. We used the smaller one near the Morritts. This location is most convenient if you have a rental vehicle. Activities: we visited the Royal Botanic Park, Cayman Caves, 7 mile beach, Smith Cove, Camana Bay, blow holes and used Red Sail Sports for the Stingray City. Restaurants: Tukka (East End), La Castina, Over the Edge, Italian Restaurant, Kaibo, & Abacus. Loved the condo and would return to this location! Highly recommend!

Perfect Peaceful Location

We traveled to Grand Cayman before and stayed at Wyndham Reef on East side. This is SO MUCH better! Starfish Point, Rum Point and Stingray City are the highlights of Cayman and walking distance from this property and FREE activities (no charter needed to experience them)!!! There are more food options than East side (Rum Point, Tukka East, Over the Edge and Kaibo are all 2-30 minutes away by car). Seven Mile is where the blue water is but the trade off is crowds/Americanized food experiences and mad round about traffic. Worth a couple drives to experience but we will take a hammock on a quiet private beach with shells and starfish out front every time. Our one suggestion would be the owners of A1 and A4 work together to create a on-site kayak rental system for families that want to use 2 kayaks (and Bioluminescent Bay needs to be a guided tour because it is dangerous to cross the boat channels without light, mosquitoes were horrific, and it’s about 40 minutes each way-wish we would have known before renting an additional kayak and paying a delivery fee). Book this property right now-you will SO thankful you did. They truly have a special home away from home here.

Very Nice - Beautiful Setting

The property was as nice as any condo that we have ever rented. Clean, well appointed with the things you need, in good repair. This is the place if you want to decompress. Sitting on the screened in porch under the ceiling fan in comfortable outdoor furniture if you start your morning out there having breakfast and enjoying the serenity don't be surprised if you don't want to move. Lest I be too "gushy" about the place The pool is kinda small - fine for the kids or a quick cool off. Because of the marina boat traffic you really can swim in front of the property Rum point is now a disappointment - nice to sit there and to grab a brew and a burger but getting into the water is difficult and underwhelming Starfish point is also a disappointment not many starfish to be found With one or two exceptions going out to dinner is a half hour plus drive - Don't miss the Thatch & Barrel attached to the Pedro St James Castle in Savannah Be sure to pick up provisions at Fosters in Savannah or Hurley's near the airport on the way in if you want dinner on your arrival night Line up your stingray / snorkel trips early they fill up quickly - I liked the Red Sail trip So, in summary, this place is the perfect get away to relax and disengage from the craziness of the world Curl up with a good book with the adult beverage of your choosing and life couldn't be better! Everything you could want in a rental.

Everything that you could want in a rental and more. Beautiful view of the sunrise from the lanai, beach and tide pool just steps from the unit. Waves could be a little rough with a strong onshore breeze and the boat traffic on weekends. Don’t forget to wear your guppies as there are some sharp rocks/coral going into water. Saw some starfish right out front. Nice pool with hot tub. Full kitchen was stocked with all utensils and Appliances that you would need. Bathrooms were fully stocked with extra towels and toiletries. Mattresses and pillows were extremely comfortable. All rooms had ceiling fans, and the a/c was excellent when needed. The entire unit was impeccably clean. You will need a rental car to get out to rum point (45min) drive and local restaurants on the east end. Pick up your groceries at Foster’s or Hurleys on the way out past the airport as there are no large supermarkets or liquor stores out on the point. The Kaibo restaurant/ tiki bar next-door (3min) walk is a nice convenience. (Not a kid friendly menu). We used the Kaibo ferry next-door to take us to cabana Bay and Georgetown areas.(20min) ride. Easy instructions for check-in and communication with owner was instant if needed. Thank you Nikki for everything. Everything was a++ and the only negative was that we didn’t stay longer. 6 day stay. Hope this helps.

Beautiful Beach Condo

Myself, wife and friends enjoyed a beautiful Christmas holiday at Kaibo Condo! It is amazing to wake up to crystal clear blue waters and walk out the back door onto the beach. Kaibo Restaurant is only 500ft from the condo for some fun drinks in the sun. Towels were ready right by the door when we arrived so we could enjoy the our first moments on the beach. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to others looking for a fantastic getaway! (I would suggest renting a car since it is about 45 min from George Town and you will need a vehicle to putt around the island. :D )

Enjoyed a wonderful one month of work & downtime in this beautiful piece of paradise! The quiet neighborhood was exactly what I was looking for. Nikki was a wonderful host, extremely helpful and prompt with communication and answers. Would love to come back!

First time in Grand Cayman

We had a wonderful time on our Cayman vacation. The condo was just as described and very clean and comfortable. We didnt really use the second bedroom except for extra storage but enjoyed having two bathrooms for the two of us. The master bedroom has an extremely comfortable king size bed. And there are many ceiling fans through out the condo. The kitchen was well stocked. We ate our breakfast and lunches on the screened in porch and it was very pleasant out there. The AC in the condo worked extremely well. We appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella, large beach towels, and noodles for floating since we traveled to Seven Mile Beach three different days which is absolutely amazing. Sargassum is a big problem currently so we couldn't really use the beaches on either the north or east sides. That was the only downside. We were able to spend a day at Starfish Point which is very close by. We did spend one day at the condo pool which was extremely nice and we basically had it to ourselves. We visited Kaibo Beach Bar and Grill, Kaibo Upstairs, and Luna Del Mar all an easy short walk on the beach in front of the condo. We enjoyed some restaurants on the Eadt side which arent too far and enjoyed eating at Over the Edge. Rum Point is suppose to open either the end of this year or in January so there will be more local choices eventually. We had some problems working the TV's and couldn't find any instructions but we didn't visit Grand Cayman to watch TV so not really an issue. All in all renting this condo is a great value !

Our own private island paradise

Our stay at Brisote could not have been anymore perfect! The condo is spacious, located beachfront with a large screened in patio. We enjoyed a few family movie nights on the big screen TV in the living room. The kitchen and bathrooms are well appointed with everything we needed to make the stay comfortable and relaxing. We loved the cabana which was equipped with a hammock that we enjoyed using every day! We also loved that beach towels and chairs were available for our use. We ate dinner at the local Kaibo Yacht Club Beach restaurant (just a short walk away) a couple times as a family and my husband and I treated ourselves to a special dinner at Kaibo Upstairs, which was phenomenal! The kitchen is so well appointed that we also ate in a lot. We had an amazing stay and look forward to returning again someday soon!
