Beautiful newly renovated waterfront 2 bedroom 1 bath Cottage tucked away at the end of a cul de sac on 330 feet of waterfront property, Less than a mile to Bonita Beach. Kayak, bike or walk to local restaurants, shopping or beach, or just kick back and enjoy our neighborhood dolphins, manatee, osprey and other native wildlife. Resort style property includes hammock, grills, and fishing dock. However you take on SWFL, THIS is the place to be. Please see our reviews

Lovely stay

A gem of a property.

A fabulous property in a wonderful, peaceful location. We found the place spotless and really well equipped. The host, Torre, was so friendly too. Would thoroughly recommend a stay.

Vacation to visit family

Extremely clean well kept property on a quiet street in a nice neighborhood. Loved the location to the beach, front porch, and having canal out the front door !

Peaceful setting

Property is as advertised. Beautifully redone cottage set on the canal in a nice neighborhood. Good area for walking about with a few restaurants in walking distance. Definitely need a car for the beach though. Really enjoyed our stay and can easily recommend this spot.

Victoria was great!. She called to check on us and provided everything we needed for our stay. We had such a great time meeting her and talking with her. It felt like home, so cozy and welcoming!

8 Days In Paradise!!

Our hostess, Tori was AMAZING! She was so accommodating!! She came by to check in on us several times. She even brought us eggs from her chickens! They were deelicious!!! Everything exceeded our expectations. We would highly recommend and will return sometime in the future. Thanks, Tori, for making our stay so memorable!! :) J & J

The Perfect Location for Us!

Excellent - 5 Star ..A cozy, peaceful, private getaway on the canal. Everything you could want and more. We were about three minutes from the beach, an ice cream place down the street that you could walk to, restaurants close, grocery stores nearby, not to want for anything! Torri was the perfect host, making sure we were comfortable and had what we needed. The home was spotless, and you could tell it was well taken care of. No issues! We would definitely come back! Thank you Torri for a most enjoyable stay!

Great location to beat the mid-winter blues

The cottage was exactly what we needed to get away from the bitter cold of the mid-west. The location was perfect, a short walk or drive to many restaurants and the beach was just a 1.5 mile drive. The cottage was clean, comfy, and the perfect size for the two of us. We did encounter a few minor issues, but the host/maintenance were quick to resolve them. There were a couple items in the listing that were not present but they did not negatively impact our stay (the host was notified of the discrepancy). We would definitely stay there again!

Renovated waterfront cottage Bonita Sorings

GREAT host! Very communicative & friendly. Relaxing property on beautiful canal. Quiet neighborhood . Had everything we needed- beach chairs, umbrella ,etc. House amenities were top of the line, beautifully decorated. Would definately return!

Nice and peaceful

The property was in perfect condition when we arrived. Clean., Updated, peaceful and comfortable! Extremely quiet, the exact place we were seeking! Torre was incredible and amazing! Perfect Spot!

Great location! Super friendly neighborhood. Toree, our property manager was easy to work with and checked in on us regularly. She was extremely helpful. The rental was the perfect size for the two of us. Cleanliness rated a 4 since we couldn't click 4.5.

Super Stay

I couldn't be happier about my stay with Victoria. I can't believe how much work and worry went into getting these cottages ready for this season. Everything in new condition. The setting is beyond peaceful and super access to Barefoot Beach as well as the others. Couldn't ask for more. Plus a Thanksgiving feast, what's not to like!!

What a perfect cottage!

Torre was amazing, kept in contact, making sure we didn’t need anything. The cottage was perfect. So cute and newly renovated. The location was so quiet and the canal was perfect to wake up to. This is a very cute, quaint, cozy waterfront 2 bed, 1 bath house. The owner is amazing, she is professional, excellent communication, attentive, and caring. This property sits on a water channel and has a small dock to sit/stand on and enjoy the water life or launch one of the two kayaks that are there to venture out on. We had a blast with the kayaks and were able to see fish, crab, and dolphin from the dock. This property is close to many things - shopping, grocery, restaurants, beaches but is not too close for any hustle/bustle/city noise - it is very peaceful to sit on the screened-in front patio and take in all the sounds of nature and beautiful sunsets. The property has excellent WIFI - both my spouse and I "worked from home" from our laptops during our stay. We didn't have any issues with connectivity and WIFI speed was excellent. This property is dog friendly - our dog enjoyed her time at the cozy bungalow too. We stayed 7 nights - LOVED it and HIGHLY recommend this property.

Quiet location but a few issues

The showerhead could use replacement. You couldn't control the direction of the water. The pic of the double hammock with the covered top looked so inviting after spending time out in the hot sun, but it was full of black mold, as was the top. Very quiet area on a canal with jumping fish and dolphins. The landscaping could be very nice but it's been neglected. We only had one hand towel and this was a 2 bedroom rental. There were hardly any clothes hangers. These issues may have been rectified if we had seen the owner but we kept missing each other.

Fantastic location to beach! Loved watching the birds and wildlife on the canal. Serene setting.

The owner was absolutely wonderful, attentive and made us feel so comfortable for our stay. She made sure we had absolutely everything we needed to relax and enjoy our family time together. She had kayaks we could use, beach towels and chairs and even fishing poles! The property was clean, the beds so comfortable and we had plenty of quality bath towels! Our puppy had a sweet little circular dog park with bags and a doggy can for his daily use. We loved sitting on the dock with him and just watching the canal activity. We would come back here in a heartbeat to enjoy this quaint little home. The owner made our entire stay a lively experience.

Great Location!

Beautiful location on the canal. We saw dolphins every day. Kayaks provided at the unit with several canals & the bay to explore. The pictures don’t do the unit justice - it was very clean, spacious & well decorated. Torre was always available for questions & tips. Look forward to visiting again!

This really is a home away from home. Beautiful area, safe scenic location that's conveniently close to everything. Very quiet laid back atmosphere. Great Property

This waterfront bungalow was in a quiet neighborhood.. A very short drive to some amazing beaches. Barefoot beach and Lovers Key State Park was our favorite. The view of the canal is awesome. We saw dolphins and manatee. We highly recommend this property.
