Conjure the nostalgic feel of warm summer days and ocean breezes away from the frenzy of life in the quiet, west-end neighborhood of Laguna Beach. There are custom hardwood floors, an open-concept kitchen with stainless steel appliances, two big flatscreen TVs, and lots of comfortable space for everyone to unwind. You'll also have an outdoor shower to rinse off any sandy feet before relaxing on the back deck with a cool drink to enjoy a terrific view of the western sky under the soft glow of string lights. No to mention, the free high-speed WiFi has you covered if you need to get a bit of work done or simply want to share your favorite memories on social media.

THINGS TO KNOW

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Security camera details: There is a Ring Camera at the front door to protect the home's security. Please do not cover, dismantle, or deactivate at any time.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great stay

We enjoyed our stay at the kissing Palms. The location is great. The beach is a very short walk.Small restaurants and a grocery store are in walking distance as well. The backyard is fenced in and has a shower. The home was very clean and comfortable. Having a Dog friendly home and neighborhood was a huge perk. We had a great time.

Adorable cottage in great location

My family truly enjoyed our stay here! Very cute and clean. Excellent location steps away from the beach and Thomas Donuts. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved the outside backporch area, house was decorated cute and close to the beach. There were a few loose floorboards and nails sticking up that could potentially cause harm and the dryer did not work well. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfy. Overall it was a nice place to stay for a beach getaway.

Lovely house

The house is so cute! Beautifully decorated with a beachy farmhouse look. Love the way its set up! The back porch is great for hanging out and the little sitting area out front was perfect for early morning relaxing. The beds are super comfortable! Air conditioning works VERY well, huge plus.

Kissing Palm Vacay

We had a great stay at the Kissing Palms BeachHouse!!! The house is very clean and spacious, all within a block the beach. The outdoor seating area was a big plus . I love the aged wood accents in other house. We also loved that is was close to Thomas’s donuts 🐷. We came in September and had great sunny warm weather and NO crowds on Laguna Beach. Can’t wait to come back!!!

Great home not much to complain about

Pros: The house was beautiful, the air blew as cold as you’d want it, very clean and the customer service was fast and friendly! Cons: the bedroom with the double beds was missing the tv that the pictures show(not that big of a deal),the back porch tv would mess up from time to time, a little glitchy. maybe from being out in the weather not sure. and the fridge didn’t cool too well we had to use the freezer side but for a good price it was unbeatable

Property very good. No coffee pot and a toilet did not work. Contacted property manager at Vacasa 800# and that was a total waste of time. Only after we contacted Vacasa locally did our issues get resolved. 2 tv's did not work and the oven hadnt been cleaned. Also, the outdoor furniture hadnt been cleaned. Had to use a towel to sit on the chairs. Hopefully, those well be taken care of for your future guests. We will consider returning to this property as overall it met our expectations. To the property owener, we thank them for letting us stay!

Great location and home, but repairs needed.

We loved that this home was a short walk to the beach. The location was great. The layout and overall amenities of the home were also good. We found several things in need of attention. The dryer doesn’t work well. One stovetop burner doesn’t work. The water filter needs changing. Ice maker doesn’t work. There was a nail head sticking up in kitchen that kept ripping socks. Most of the outlets are pretty worn out and don’t hold plugs well anymore. Some of the dishes were very dirty. The communication from Vacasa was also lacking. I had one question they never answered. We are not picky people. This home has a lot of potential, and again, location is awesome. However the abundance of small annoyances did hinder our stay.

Nice location near beach. Good layout. Property needs updating, painting, pots and pans, utensils, out door seating, inside furniture. Outside and windows could used a good power washing. Not saying the place is terrible, just needs some work.

Great location, comfortable, cute!

This house is in the best location- easy walk to the beach, donut/ice cream shop, and a great grocery. Everything you need is walkable. Fit my family of 7 comfortably. We will be coming back to Kissing Palms!

Lovely vacation home

Lay out of home worked great for our family vacation. The back yard privacy fence contained children running and back deck with ceiling fans and TV was a favorite afternoon and evening hang out, the outside hose and shower for washing off sand from day at beach was very handy. location was great!

Perfect spot

We had a wonderful trip. The house was spacious and nice. The back patio is a great place to unwind. Plenty of room for a group to stay there and not be on top of each other. The house is in a perfect location with the beach walking distance and so is restaurants and a grocery store. It’s also an easy drive to Pier Park and other PCB destinations. Will definitely stay here again.
