Tiki # 234 es propiedad de Jackie y Jim Gallup. Tiki # 234 es uno de los 12 condominios Tiki que dan directamente a la playa. Recientemente remodelado, se encuentra entre los mejores condominios Tiki y los Gallup lo ofrecen al precio más bajo de cualquier condominio directo frente a la playa Tiki. Está ubicado lejos del bar de playa Clayton y de la construcción del nuevo hotel Marriott.

Nuestro condominio Direct BeachFront Tiki # 234 tiene las mejores vistas de la playa en SPI. NO es solo una vista parcial de la playa desde un complejo frente a la playa, sino que tenemos unas vistas espectaculares del Golfo de México. Tanto el dormitorio principal como la sala de estar se abren a un balcón de 20 pies a través de las nuevas puertas corredizas que mantienen la unidad en silencio. Un tramo de escaleras a la paz y la privacidad con una vista panorámica directa de la siempre cambiante del Golfo de México. Observe la salida del sol y escuche las olas desde nuestras nuevas sillas de bar con altura de bar o desde su dormitorio.

El condominio tiene una cama king size en el dormitorio y 2 sillones reclinables y un sofá cama Queen en la sala de estar. Hay una cocina mejorada y un baño remodelado con una ducha a ras de suelo. Contamos con 2 televisores de pantalla plana, Wi-Fi y cable con 6 canales HBO. Ofrecemos ropa de cama, baño y toallas de playa y una cocina completa. El condominio cuenta con lavaplatos, microondas, cafetera, licuadora, secador de pelo, ventiladores de techo, deshumidificador y mucho más.

El dormitorio del condominio incluye un nuevo escritorio y una cómoda incorporados con más de 30 cajones y 12 pies de espacio para colgar. Si este condominio no está disponible para las fechas que necesita, considere nuestro otro Tiki Condominium (Tiki # 140 y VRBO # 838470). Este condominio de planta baja es una unidad de un dormitorio grande (750 pies cuadrados) a 25 pasos de la playa. Tiki # 140 también es más económico que nuestro Direct BeachFront Tiki # 234.

El Tiki Condominium es ideal para familias y está ubicado en el extremo norte de SPI. En Padre Blvd se encuentran Sea Turtle Inc. y SPI Birding and Nature Center. (Ver imagen de liberación de tortuga). Muy cerca se encuentra el golf en el SPI Golf Club en Laguna VIsta, el Gladys Porter Zoo en Brownsville, el parque acuático Schlitterbahn de SPI y visitar México en el cruce de la frontera Progresso. Hay pesca en el surf, mar profundo o excursiones de pesca en la bahía, observación de delfines y paseos a caballo. Hay voleibol en el bar Clayton's Beach, natación y windsurf y millas de playa prístina abierta. El Tiki es ideal para familias, 2 piscinas climatizadas, lavandería de monedas en el lugar, larga distancia gratis y hermosos paisajes.

Family Time

Beach Front Beach Front Beach Front!! My family and I had an amazing time. The Views and Atmosphere here at the TIKI are on another Level. The morning jogs/bike rides cannot be beat on this island. South Padre Island is my Second Home, and I plan to be a permanent resident as soon as I retire from my business in Houston Tx. LOVE THIS PLACE!!!

We came to unwind and enjoy ourselves. I had a family member die in December, and I have another relative with a terminal disease. It was nice to escape the real world and enjoy the sun, sea, and the crashing waves.

Perfect Condo and Location on SPI

The condo was perfect for us. It was lightly refreshed and very clean. If you are looking for a clean, comfortable place to stay on SPI this is an excellent choice. Our stay was over the July 4th weekend and even with Clayton’s Beach Bar about 200 yards away the noise on July 4th from all the beach goers and music was minimal when the sliding doors were closed. The Tiki condo complex is well kept, has security checking for parking passes and wristbands to ensure those on the property should be there. The Tiki front desk quickly checked us in and explained where the laundry room, libraries, pools, and larger trash bins were located.
Watching the fireworks on July 4th from the condo balcony. (There are fireworks every Friday & Saturday that you will be able to see from the comfort of the balcony.)

We rented both condos they have and they were wonderful. Got all paperwork on time and very friendly people and helpful,we loved the deck that looked over the ocean and had coffee in morning and drinks at night.daughtor and family stayed at other one and loved it.it is also big .at lot of room for her family.would stay there again. Prime beach location

Location is prime for beach experience. Next to Bar Louie and Clayton's is convenient for food and drinks while at the beach during the day. Had front row patio view for weekend fireworks at Bar Louie pier. Overall condo was good except for living room sofa bed & recliners. Sofa bed was very uncomfortable and probably ready for a replacement and some electrical plugs weren't working properly. Everything else was good as advertised.

Great views!

The best thing about this condo was that it was facing the beautiful Gulf and it allowed dogs. You could walk downstairs and be on the beach. Unfortunately, it was really dirty and gross; mold was in the bathroom, human hairs everywhere on the floor, linens weren’t clean, and the furniture was really old, worn, and stained. I read in the description that it had been remodeled, but it looked like it had been many, many years ago. Clayton’s and the Marriott next door were loud in the evenings, which was not what I understood from the description.

Great View

The condo was clean and in a good location. The beach view was awesome. Everything was good with 2 exceptions. We had an extremely hard time locking both sliding glass doors. The other thing was the condo really needs to be remodeled. Other than the shower and the flooring, everything else is really old. Too many personal decorations and pictures. Should be a lighter feeling inside. Total update needed.

Response to property owner

I cleaned the property before we left and it was left as clean or cleaner than when we arrived. Disabled wife had spiked chocolate ice cream in the bed which I didn’t catch. ( my mistake) The owner claimed it was dog puke ( no dog) and claimed the condo was trashed. I was charged 200$. Didn’t mind paying for any ruined bedding but false allegations were concerning.

We shared pictures with the renter, it was so bad that our housekeeper had to throw away the bedspread, all sheets and mattress cover plus towels. We have never had so much damage. Renter said there was no dog, but we did find a dog bone in the bed. It was a hugh mess. The damage was much higher than the VRBO damage waiver allows.

Great View

That about sums up the reason to stay at this condo….Great View…the place is old and if cleaned properly it would be a nice place to stay…the worst was having filthy floors in every room! We arrived when it was raining so we took our shoes off in condo and our socks where filthy within minutes of inspecting the area…I have no idea what Covid clean is but it ain’t what we walked into especially the bathroom…the kitchen faucet doesn’t swivel and is therefore stuck between the sink…just a few of the complaints..it rained almost all of our time there so we were stuck in a moldy smelling condo (you are not allowed to leave sliding doors open and have to keep a/c on even when it’s colder outside) not sure why that is? Don’t like leaving on a negative so I will repeat the condo has a Great View.

Condo is not fancy or contemporary but it is comfortable, had everything we needed, and best of all for us, was very close to the beach. We got to watch the sunrise from our balcony and the fireworks on Friday and Saturday. We had a lovely stay.

Quiet and on the beach

Can't get any closer to the beach. Facing East, bright and hot on the balcony in the morning but afternoon/evening very nice. Despite two major bars next door, they are on the North side and this condo is on the South so heard nothing. It's an older place but nice. Really only in it for sleeping and breakfast.

Best location. Best view

This property is one of a dozen or so that face the beach, very rare and fun! It is on the second level which is also a plus. Living space is less than 1000 sq feet but is as advertised, a comfortable place to stay. Overall is in a great location with bars/restaurants next door. We will definitelyp stay here again!
