The bayou is a beautiful place and nice shops and restaurants within walking distance. The house is a comfortable roomy place.

Great experience in Tarpon Springs area

The property was extremely clean and included everything one would possibly need for a comfortable stay. Located in a very quiet area, but close enough to many restaurants, grocery stores, and activities in the area. Communication from the initial contact through checkout was excellent. We wouldn’t hesitate to return at some point in the future.

Great place to stay.

This is the perfect place for our trip. When i build myretirement home it will be desinged like this place. It is close to local attractions and i discovered a produce stand not far from the house. Communication with the host was great too.

10 days in Tarpon Springs

Clean, fresh, tasteful, cozy, cottage-style upper-level home one and a half blocks from the manatees of Craig Park. It is a walkable quarter mile from Tarpon Springs’ library, restaurants, and downtown, a little over a mile to the Sponge Docks, and about four blocks to Pinellas Trail access. Far enough from Hwy 19A not to be bothered with traffic noise. A well-equipped kitchen and handy washer and dryer made life easy; heating and AC worked very well. Lovely stay with helpful hosts in a friendly town. We look forward to using this location again.

Nice and Cozy

We really enjoyed our stay, and the place was clean and well-kept. Only one small glitch with the WiFi/media, but those things shouldn’t be prioritized on a family visit, anyway. You won’t be disappointed with the location, and the owner was very communicative, offering assistance and checking on needs.

The sweetest house in an adorable neighborhood!

We LOVED the house! Monica was the best and made sure everything was perfect! :) Tarpon Springs has definitely captured my heart! We would definitely recommend Monica’s property again! The ONLY thing I would maybe recommend is eliminating plug ins and fragrances. I am super sensitive to fragrances and we kept the door and window open a lot to get fresh air. Otherwise, it was perfect and we loved it! Thank you Monica!!

Relaxing stay

I had looked for the perfect vrbo in or close to Tarpon Springs and I had found this gem for our 6 night vacation! Great location, easy to get to in less than 4 min to historic downtown. Sunset Beach and Fred Howard Park within 10 mins. We prefer these over Clearwater, but you can easily head there as well (35 min). Wonderful layout, tons of comfy seating in living room. Everything you need in kitchen. Washer & dryer came in handy! 2 separate bedrooms with comfortable beds! A plus for us was the thoughtfully designed space overall- great taste! Thanks Monica for having us!!!

Excellent Stay

The house was perfect for our vacation. Walking distance to an amazing park, shopping, and food. The house was clean, nicely decorated, and in a nice quiet area. The owner touched base before and after arrival to make sure all was okay, and that we were able to get settled in with no issues. Would highly recommend staying, and would definitely stay again when visiting the area.

A great stay in Tarpon Springs

A comfortable, clean vacation rental. The house had all the comforts of home. A great place to walk to a city park, downtown & restaurants. Nice beaches and fantastic parks within 10 minute drive from home. We had a great time.

Chillin in the Fruit Bowl

Very clean and cute house with everything you need and a few extras too! Bedrooms are spacious and well equipped for travelers with baggage and the beds and pillows are super comfy. Kitchen is also a good size with lots of counter space and room to gather comfortably at the table. The living room space has lots of seating for everyone but there were some fights over who got to sit in the papasan chair! Bathrooms are clean and well laid out as well. We were able to walk to the sponge docks and other main attractions. Lots to explore in Tarpon Springs! Monica was excellent, she checked up regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. Awesome stay!

First time visiting tarpon springs

Absolutely amazing property with every amenity. Beautiful in every way. Monica was very gracious and helpful in every way and she was a fabulous host. We definitely would stay here again.
