This spacious home is located in a quiet waterfront neighborhood and offers all the space you could want! You will be a short walk away from a tidal creek and amazing sunsets!  You can have the best of both worlds - quick drive to the islands without the noise, traffic and prices of staying on the island.

The home sits on over a half acre of land with a fully fenced in back yard. The back deck offers 30 feet of entertainment space and a charcoal grill. Enclosed in a privacy room you also have a hot tub that is available year-round! The hot tub can comfortably accommodate 4 adults.

The home was recently upgraded with modern features and offers exercise equipment and a desk so you can work from home.

There are smart TVs throughout the home where you can stream your favorite programs. This vacation rental usually books up very quickly so don't miss your chance!

Location-wise you are only 12 minutes from downtown Brunswick where you can enjoy the waterfront, shopping and award-winning restaurants and breweries.

You are 25 minutes from Jekyll Island where you can visit some of the world-famous beaches, the Summer Waves waterpark and the Turtle Center. You are also 25 minutes from St. Simons Island which offers amazing beaches, restaurants, pickleball courts and many restaurants that have been featured on The Food Network.

Your furry friends are also welcome and I'm sure they will enjoy the large, private backyard!

Other things to note:

All reservations are charged a $50 processing fee. This fee is non-refundable, even if the reservation is cancelled.

This home is on a private well. There is a top-of-the-line water filter on the home a double filter on the water on the refrigerator. Even with this, you may notice the water is different than typical city water.

From March through July there is typically a high count of pollen and therefore the exterior of the home (including furniture and exterior of hot tub) may be covered in pollen. Our cleaners take the time to clean this off but often it’s covered again within a few hours. Please be aware of this if booking during this time frame.

Pack N Plays, high chairs and strollers available upon request for $15 each for the duration of your stay. Please notify us at least 1 day in advance if you would like to rent them so we can ensure they are delivered prior to your arrival.

There is also a step down in the living room. This area is lower than the dining room and foyer area so please take care in that area.

There is a $50 pet fee for those guests bringing pets.

Please consider purchasing travel insurance for your trip. This may cover you for instances of medical emergencies or inclement weather. We unfortunately can’t offer refunds for these types of situations so we want to ensure you’ve properly covered yourself.

Linens are provided for your stay along with a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, body wash and laundry pods. They will not be replenished during your stay so make sure to bring some extras if you need!

For stays of 30 nights or more, we will collect a $750 refundable security deposit.

House Rules:
Smoking is not allowed. $2,000 minimum fee for smoking inside the house.
Quiet hours are 8pm to 8am. Violation of county ordinance will result in immediate eviction without refund.
No loud music. No parties. No parking on the lawn.
There will be a $75 minimum charge for any missing remotes, including ceiling fan, and TV remotes.
Maximum of 2 pets.
