Very spacious

This home was very accommodating for my husband and our two adult kids. The home was spacious with the 3 bedrooms and full bathrooms. Super clean and neat. The beds where extremely comfortable as well as all the sheets and extra towels she provided. Check in and out was very easy too, easy on an off the highways. If every in the area, we will definitely reserve from Angela again.

Golf week with friends

Very busy area but was great for us to access multiple golf courses in the nearby area. Place was clean but some owner instructions on using some of the appliance would help since markings were not readable on some. Also, some difficulty figuring out what switches worked which lights/sockets but managable overall.

This townhome had plenty of space for 6 adults. The three bedrooms were large and spaced out so each couple had privacy. Two full baths was also great. Well equipped. We rented this home for three nights before joining the cruise ship in Port Everglades. Proximity to the airport and the cruise port was great, about 15-20 minutes. As we had a rental car, we visited Miami too. It was a short drive between Lauderhill and Miami. Communicating with the host was easy and she explained all very thoroughly and responded super quick! We highly recommend this home for your next vacation. Loretta P of Canada and Family

The Perfect Place for Us

We stayed over Christmas and New Year’s with our two adult sons and one’s fiancée. For us it was a perfect place to rent. Comfortable for everyone in the living areas and bedrooms. We have family in surrounding areas and we wanted also to be close to the beach but not on it. This home met all the criteria. And it was sufficiently stocked with things we needed so we didn’t have to go out and buy it. That was very much appreciated. Neighborhood was quiet and neighbors were friendly. I especially liked the canal in the back and watching the waterfowl in the mornings. The large, modern kitchen, the comfortable beds, and the proximity to shopping areas & beach were the top reasons why we liked the home. The owner’s communications were first rate. Check in and out was as easy as could be. Circumstances are different for everyone but this place was perfect for us.

Claudia & Ken and their guest were perfect guests. They followed the house rules and treated the property as if it was their own home. The only evidence of them being there were the used linen, which were carefully bundled in one place. It was really a pleasure hosting this family.

It was a nightmare! Not the property; because I never saw it!

The host accepted my reservation, received full payment immediately and I received confirmation. Later I received a message from the Host that she couldn’t accommodate the last day of the reservation and that “I” needed to cancel. If I cancelled I would receive no refund. I offered to vacate the property by 9 am and she refused to honor the confirmed reservation. After hours spent on the phone with VRBO, receiving two case numbers they approved the refund. Be careful when reserving this property!

The guest made the booking at 10:15 pm and I responded at 10:50 pm stating that the last date of her booking was a blocked date which I could not accommodate. Verbo called at the request of the guest and I explained why I could not accommodate the guest on that date. Please note that the guest’s payment was not in my possession and that I had denied the booking. Subsequently, all refunds and cancellation of the booking was between the guest and verbo. My apologies to the guest for any inconvenience. For me to have accepted the booking, even the promise to vacate the premises at 9:00am would have resulted in me not being adequately prepared for another guest whose reservation was booked in advance. Again my apologies for any input you might apply to me in the inconvenience you encountered. Regards, Angela
