Situated in the Beachwalk Villas, the closest community to the beach in the larger Shipyard Plantation resort, this corner-locale, ground-floor condo is the perfect choice for your coastal retreat. The sparkling shoreline is only a quick stroll from your door, so there's no need to worry about its limited parking. The famed Van-Der-Meer Tennis Center at the Shipyard Racquet Club is across the street and the golf club is a short walk or bike ride away. Enjoy the shared pool and the network of trails throughout the community.

This snowbird-friendly condo conveniently provides beach gear, including chairs, an umbrella, boogie board, and toys. High-speed WiFi and an office area in the primary suite allow for working remotely, while a full kitchen provides all you need to create your favorite recipes. After fun-filled days, enjoy gathering outside as you cook dinner on the gas grill, then unwind for movie nights in the living area, which also offers a sofa bed for an added sleeping option.

Great Location, clean, well stocked provisions.

Clean, well decorated, great provisions for cooking. Great proximity to the pool, about 8-10 minute walk from to beach access. Unit had brooms and sweeper to help keep up with sand and dirt tracked in. Had various beach chairs, umbrellas, and a few beach toys which was GREAT so no need to bring or buy!

Everything you need!

Our family of four enjoyed our stay here and we will definitely be back. The home is VERY clean and we had everything we needed to enjoy our week in Hilton Head. Staying in Beachwalk is the best location in Shipyard because you are just a short walk to the beach. We didn’t have to bring any beach items because the condo had a few beach toys for the kids and we rented chairs and an umbrella for the week from the lifeguards on the beach. The condo is nicely equipped and also super close to the pool. Can’t wait to return!

Pictures are deceiving

We arrived and checkin was smooth. Welcome packed had 2 sheets. No map of the property showing pool location, etc. The pictures dont show the poor unskilled renovations inside and out.

Quaint and close to beach

This place was perfect for our family (including two kids). We’d never been to shipyard so didn’t know what to expect of the walk to beach but it was manageable (about 10 mins) and there were also free shuttles if we timed it right. We also had a pass included w rental that allowed us to drive the car to the drop off area by the beach for easy setup. The house was fine and suited most of our needs. The biggest downside was lack of kitchen setup - no coffee filters, no extra trash bags, only one kitchen towel. We are in the kitchen a lot cooking so noticed these things more than some would I suppose. Otherwise it was close to the pool, roomy, and beds were comfortable.

Beautiful condo

The condo was very clean, bright and beautifully decorated. The bed and furniture was very comfortable. There was plenty of nice dishes and glasses but I do think some of the pots and pans Need to be replaced. I look forward to vacationing there again.

Nice Place to Stay

It is a pleasant place to stay. It was clean. The beds seemed to be standard, meaning, they could benefit from a little plush topping (thus 4 stars). The walk to the beach was six minutes. It is in Shipyard/Beachwalk and we felt it was one of the best locations in that compound, pool right around the corner and ocean walkable. We were there for my Grandson’s wedding at Shipyard Beach Club, so that was a walkable five minutes away. We rented it through Vacasa and they were great to deal with. I would not hesitate to stay there again!

Great stay

We found the unit clean, well stocked and convenient to the beach. We will definitely stay here again. Our only issue was the pillow top on the king mattress but we just removed it for our stay and the mattress was fine.

Fun weekend trip

Had a great time visiting the beach for my birthday and this rental was perfect. It was clean, affordable and a short walk to the beach. Would definitely come back and recommend to others!
