A cozy Cottage in the heart of old Seagrove only minutes from Seaside city center. Two pools, one heated, tennis court, basketball court and only a stone's throw from the beach. In fact, only a 4 minute walk (1/4 mile) to the beach, and mere minutes away from (Publix) Grocery Store, as well as (Point Washington) State Forrest access to trails and bike paths. Great location for reaching the areas' best restaurants and entertainment as well.

It’s a wonderful house within a quiet neighborhood close to the beach and the community swimming pool! The house was lovely and had everything we needed! Communication was spot on and every question I asked was answered in a timely manner. We enjoyed our stay there and would definitely come back! Thank you for a great memorable vacation!!

Prime location, beautiful cottage

We had a short but wonderful stay in the Garden Grove Cottage! The house was perfect for what we needed and conveniently located in Seagrove very close to Seaside. The walk to the beach was straightforward and quick (even while towing our baby gear). The host, William, was responsive and helpful!

Loved the location

We loved the neighborhood which was a 5 minute walk to the beach and 15 minute walk to seaside! The house had a great floor plan and fit our needs perfectly! Would definitely stay there again

Garden Grove Getaway

Lovely home off of 30A in our favorite neighborhood had everything we needed! It was perfect! Loved the close access to the beach. Highly recommend for some great rest and relaxation!

Beautiful, comfortable and convenient!

The cottage was even prettier than in the pictures! High ceilings - spacious- well equipped… a five minute bike ride to the beach! Easy! We will definitely stay here again :-)

Beautiful home

House is clean and beautiful. Beds are super comfortable, neighborhood quiet with two great pools that are never crowded. Home was well stocked with everything you need. Short walk to beach was extremely convenient.

Wonderful!

The house was very clean and had a great layout for our group. The neighborhood is really pretty and it’s a short walk to the beach and to dinner. The host was easy to communicate with and the check-in/check-out process was easy. Highly recommend!

Great House, great locations, issues with TVs

This was a fantastic property and spot to stay. We loved the home, location, grill, outdoor shower, etc. The only issues we had were with the TVs being challenging to use and the neighborhood power outage for a day.

A great stay at the Garden Grove!

My family recently stayed at the Garden Grove and it was one of the best weeks of vacation we’ve had in a long time. It was a short walking distance to the beach. Just steep stairs when you get to the entrance to the beach. The crowds were minimal during our stay. We were central to many things and not far of a drive to restaurants and shopping. Our grown kids got up early every morning and ran to a coffee shop down the street. We would stay here again!

Absolutely Perfect

We are a family of 5, two adults and three teenagers. This house was perfect in every way. The teens hung out downstairs and my husband and I enjoyed the loft, master bedroom and screened porch upstairs. We rented three bikes for the kids and they used them every day to ride the short distance to seaside and meet up with friends and eat from the food trucks. My husband and I walked the short distance and it is and easy walk. We also loved the beach chairs that are at the house and carried them to the beach, the walk to the beach is super short and easy. The house is clean and has everything that you could need. The owner was super quick at responding when I had a question about the PlayStation 3 and how to hook it up on one of the nights that it rained. The kids also played a few of the games that they had available. All around perfect vacation for our family.

Fall Break

This cottage is in such charming community. It is close to the beach and Seaside. Communication with homeowner was great and we really enjoyed our stay! The weather was perfection!!

Great Stay In Seagrove

My family had a great stay at this cottage. It was perfect. We loved it. Beautiful house and location was awesome. We had my husband and I as well as our three children (17, 15, and 13). Would stay here again!

Great location in Seagrove!

This was our first trip to the area and the owner was very helpful in suggesting restaurants and activities. We ended up renting bikes and it was a super short ride (<5mins) to the beach and maybe 10 minutes to Seaside. Our kids enjoyed the neighborhood pool- very clean and well-maintained. The house itself was super clean and had a really great beach cottage feel. The kitchen was well-equipped. The screened in porch was the best part! If we get back to the area in the future I would love to stay in this house again.

Perfect Family Vacation Spot

Short walk to the beach, access to neighborhood pools and near Seaside. Kitchen had everything you need to cook fantastic meals. Upstairs porch was perfect spot to read a book and relax away from the sun.

Beautiful home & great location

We had a wonderful visit to Garden Grove Cottage. This home is clean and well stocked. Excellent location. Short walk to the beach. Close to our favorites: Great Southern Cafe & Goatfeathers - best steamed shrimp. Pleasant community. Easy check-in/check-out process. Highly recommend this property.

Perfect Space and Location for 30A Getaway

My sisters and I had a wonderful stay at Garden Grove Cottage. The location was ideal; easy to Seaside and an even easier walk to the beach. All amenities were clean, comfortable and our host was very accommodating. We would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Wonderful home and great location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Garden Grove Cottage! The house is lovely and felt very comfortable. The location is great - easy walk to the beach and an easy walk or bike ride to Seaside. One of our favorite things about the house was that even though it's in a neighborhood setting and close to the entrance and pool, the home gave a sense of privacy because of the lot layout and the tree coverage. This home is managed by the owner and not a rental company. I found this to be a refreshing change from the norm. He communicated very thoroughly with us and was very accommodating, kind, and courteous. One item of note - one of the secondary bedrooms has two twins. The listing description is accurate on this point, but the photos are incorrect. Overall, I highly recommend this rental! My husband, teenagers, and I loved our stay and truly felt like we were valued guests in someones home.
