The Lilly Pad: Big fenced in yard, close to beaches, kayaking and more!

Check out our three bedroom and two full bath ranch house with a comfortable, relaxing feel that you are looking for when you are on vacation. Sip morning coffee in the screened in or open air patio while the kids and pets play safely in the fenced in yard.

Located within minutes to the beaches, Tanger Outlets, restaurants, and numerous activities for the little ones.

Rental includes full kitchen, washer and dryer, office area, and game room. Enjoy wireless Internet, 2 roku TV's, board games, or a leisurely .5 mile stroll to Red Mill Pond where you may kayak or simply enjoy the view.

Ring doorbell is available upon first arrival. If you need assistance getting in, please press the doorbell or message through vrbo and we can help you get in. Upon entry, the notifications will be disabled for your privacy.

OUTDOOR CHECKLIST
 Pet poo picked up and discarded properly
(bagged and in outdoor garbage)
 Shed door closed and secured
 Grilled covered and gas turn off on tank
 Monday and Tuesday guests, pull garbage bins out to the end of the
driveway for garbage and recycling pick up on Tuesday

If you are using the two cots, please bring your own linens or sleeping bags. Linens and blankets provided for each of the beds. Towels are provided for all guests.

Such a great place to stay. Neat, clean and spacious. Has everything you need to enjoy your stay. Fabulous yard for dogs and kids to run around. Lovely neighborhood to walk around. Plus close enough to restaurants, stores, beaches, etc. Owner is so nice and helpful. We will be coming back!

Great big beautiful property! Plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 big dogs. The yard is enormous great for playing games and even has a wide open empty space next door to fly a kite or two!!! Very easy to get to and to leave with lots of activities and food nearby. Lots of activities provided by our host as well. We will be returning next vacation time!!

Another great stay!

This is our second year coming back to this property and it was just as good as last year! Our dog loves the back yard and walking around the neighborhood. We had a good time visiting Rehoboth, Milton, and Millsboro!

Check in was seamless. House was clean. The garage game-room was a huge hit. I would definitely recommend. Hopefully we will have occasion to stay here again. It was fairly priced and local to Lewes beaches. Highly recommend.

Perfect place for our family

We stayed at this perfect pet friendly house that was perfect distance to the beach and the baseball complex. There was plenty to do in the downtime, the owner was very responsive and it could not have gone smoother! Totally stress free! Highly recommend for pet lovers!

Exactly as Advertised - Great Value

We had a great stay at the Lilly Pad. The house was clean and well maintained, A/C worked great (and greatly appreciated in this last heat wave), and the kids enjoyed the foosball table, board games, and puzzles when back from the beach. The kitchen was a great option to avoid spending 100 every meal.Recommend bringing beach towels and if you are a light sleeper that is sensitive to light, a sleep mask.Would definitely stay here again.

We very much enjoyed the comfortable and spacious home! The yard is huge and our pup really relished in full zoomy mode anytime we let her out. The beds are comfortable and my child had no trouble sleeping in an unusual place because she was so excited to be in a bunk bed! We had a lot of fun exploring the area. Some favorites: Gordon Pond bike trail, Herring point beach, and also the beach at Lewes which had much calmer water. The house is the perfect place to return to after adventuring about. Communication with the host was very easy and you can tell she cares about the home and people’s experience. Amazing stay and definitely hope to return!

Absolutely fantastic stay at The Lilly Pad! The house was clean and spacious. The kitchen was large and gave us adults ample room for my husband and I to make breakfast, coffee and toast with all the needed accoutrements! Fast wifi for parents, Grandma and two kids to take a quiet moment after playing cornhole, foosball, and taking the dog for a walk through the quaint neighborhood. Great pizza at Titanic Pizzeria and the more upscale Abbot's Grill all within 3 minutes from the house. Comms with the owner was professional, accommodating and in general friendly and welcoming. Selina was great! My favorite space was the screened in porch, especially since we had phenomenal weather with a light breeze.

Relaxing getaway

Very neat, clean, quiet within a short distance to everything. Our 2 year old grandchild loved the books and chalk board. We would not hesitate to book again.

Absolutely Wonderful!

This property was absolutely amazing. Very clean and it had everything we needed. The yard was huge and perfect for our chocolate lab. Close to everything, shopping, beaches, fun activities, and restaurants. Even though it rained almost everyday, we still enjoyed our stay and had a great time.

This house was amazing!! We stayed for a spots at the beach tournament and it was the perfect location. The house had everything we needed and was very comfortable. It is close to the sports complex, beach, stores and restaurants. The owners were wonderful to communicate with!!! We highly recommend this property.

.We have been coming to the Rehoboth area for over 10 years and we love this property for it's location! There are so many things to do within minutes of our house. Feeling like going to the beach and enjoying the sand between your toes, then you have your choice of Broadkill, Lewes, Rehoboth, or Dewey Beaches. Love to shop then enjoy the tax free outlets or the quaint shops in downtown Lewes, Rehoboth, or Milton. If it's a rainy day and you have children then enjoy the Bounce house located only 5 minutes from the house. The house is also located minutes from the Georgetown-Lewes or the Breakwater Trail where you and your family can enjoy biking or hiking. We also love to golf and there are numerous golf courses for your pleasure. If you just need to relax and enjoy a beverage at the Dogfish Head Brewery or the Brimming Horn Meadery. And of course there is anything you want to eat within minutes of our location.

We fell in love with this place as soon as we saw it. It feels like home when we are there. It is in a nice quiet neighborhood with a fenced in yard.
