Beautiful 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath condo directly overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Relax on your balcony as you take in a dazzling Pensacola Beach Sunrise over the Gulf of Mexico. In your comfortable private retreat, you'll find the aesthetic touches and thoughtful amenities that make your stay a constant pleasure for you, your family and friends. This uniquely decorated residence has a gourmet kitchen, washer and dryer,  dining room, spa-inspired bathrooms, spacious bedroom and large balcony. Each unit has a large living and dining room, kitchen with breakfast bar, a primary suite, and guest beds.

Accommodations comfortably sleep 4 guests. The bedroom has a king bed, there is also a pull-out sofa in the living room. This fully furnished condo will make the perfect beach home away from home.

You will receive 2 parking passes for your stay.

With over 780 square feet of interior space and over 400 square feet of covered balcony space you have all of the room you need or would ever want to relax and enjoy your vacation overlooking spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico. Bright, beautiful, and impeccably adorned this condo’s stunning oceanfront location is also conveniently located a short walk away from the heart of Pensacola Beach s most fun and festive restaurants, bars, and shopping.

While daily housekeeping service is not provided, the unit is stocked ONCE with the following amenities. (1) Sponge • (1) Palmolive Dish Soap • (1) Surf Laundry Powder • (1) Dishwasher Detergent • (1) Regular Coffee & Decaf Coffee • (1) Condiments Kit • (1) Kitchen Towel • Paper towels (1 roll) • Facial Tissues (1 pack)

Hours: 5:30 AM - 10:00 PM, Children under 18 ("family time") allowed from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM (closing).

ages 15-17 need adult supervision if utilizing the gym.
Anyone under the age of 15 is not allowed in the gym.

Each unit is allowed a maximum of two (2) parking spaces, accommodating no more than two vehicles. This policy ensures fair accommodation for both owners and guests.

The minimum age limit to rent this unit is 25. Photo ID required at check in. Golf carts, motorcycles, R.V.s, boats, and trailers are not permitted to be driven or parked beyond the resort gates.

Daily Beach Chair setup is included March - October
We do not provide beach or pool towels.

Awesome family getaway!

The location is great, within walking distance to some of our favorite restaurants. The view was awesome, the pool and beach were enjoyable, and the kids loved the bunks! Definitely will stay here again!

Pensacola Beach

I had a wonderful stay at this charming 1-bedroom VRBO on Pensacola Beach! The space was cozy and had everything I needed for a relaxing getaway. The bunk beds were perfect for my two kids. The views from the balcony were great, and it was just a short walk to the soft white sand and clear turquoise water. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a quiet, beachfront retreat with all the comforts of home!

Beautiful location, excellent amenities

Perfect place for a relaxing vacation with my family. Even with some crazy Florida storms we enjoyed relaxing on the porch and the indoor pool. When the weather cleared we were able to enjoy the beaches and walk to restaurants close by. I highly recommend!

Great Getaway spot

My girlfriend and I wer looking to get away for three or four days and found this property available when we wanted it. The property was awesome and in a great spot and we even added a day to our trip last minute and they were able to accommodate very easily. The property managers were very friendly and super easy to work with. I would definitely stay here again

Exactly what we expected

We were very familiar with the area, having stayed at nearby properties through the years. The location is perfect, within walking distance of our favorite restaurants and pubs. The beach and pool were amazing - just what we were looking for to make our short stay as fun and relaxing as possible.

Ended too soon

We had a great stay for the few days we were able to enjoy it. We had to leave early because of a family emergency. I wish some accommodations could have been made - like credit for the nights not used but no option like that was available.

The only thing we did not like was how many codes there were to get in and out. We had our phones the whole time to look up code because it was so long. But overall great place.

Great location

The property was located within walking distance of several restaurants and bars. Beach was steps away. Was very disappointed that the listing stated there was a grill. We had planned on doing steaks one night and pork chops another only to find there was no grill. Management stated that the ad was wrong. Other than that was a great stay!

Amazing location, beachfront, close to pool and beach

We loved staying here! It was the best view and such a short walk to the beach and pool. Easily able to go back to room if you forgot something, get more drinks etc. The pool is huge and amazing. We loved that there were 2 beach chairs included with the stay, just get there early in the morning because it’s first come first serve. When we pulled out the pull out couch, there were no linens or blanket for it. It was after 5pm and we called the after hours number and no one answered. The next day I called and explained and it took a few hours but they brought sheets, but never did bring a blanket. The sheets were very thin and kinda cheap. The bedroom sheets wouldn’t stay on the mattress, they were pretty much too small for the bed. The kids liked the bunk beds but they are more like a crib mattress size. I pulled back the sheets for the bunk beds and there was sand all in the sheets. Which after we’d been there a day, I understand because there was sand everywhere, but I don’t think the bunk bed linens had been washed. I had also told the front desk about the sand in the bunk beds but they didn’t bring more linens or change them when they dropped off the sheets for the pull out bed. Overall we loved the place and location.

Can’t beat the location.

Great time! The only thing that was less than desirable, was the size of the bunk beds. They were rather short. But my kids we more than happy to squeeze in and really enjoyed the stay.

Overall stay lacking

Kitchen had no towels or washcloths. 1 garbage bag for the whole week one soap pkt for dishwasher. Missing salad plates only 3. Water to washer was shut off. My husband had to figure that out. Vacuum cleaner was packed and had to be emptied and cleaned. Dried blood stain on mattress pad visible thru thin sheets.

Good location

Awesome location. Very dusty and shower curtain was mildewed (they replaced it the day I mentioned it). Could be cleaner but we had an awesome time! Walking distance to many restaurants and bars. Right on the beach. Overall enjoyed our stay.

Great Time

We felt safe at the property and the condo was great. the icemaker didn't work , but we got bagged ice and worked out fine. The view and location of our condo A202 was excellent. I will definitely be staying at this property again. Beach access and pool/hot tub were also great and kept clean. Thanks , Mike Hamrick
