Just what we needed.

Centralized location for visiting friends. Property was just what needed in a great location. Weather didn’t allow for use of lake and pool amenities but neighborhood looked great

Great Stay!

We loved this condo! My family and I had a wonderful stay there. The condo was spacious, clean and decorated beautiful. Would highly recommend!

Great Family Vacation Spot

We enjoyed our stay, and we loved the close proximity to the community pool! We enjoyed some mini golf nearby and restaurants near the marina. Jeramy was an excellent host and quick to reply to messages!

Very difficult to access the property as we were on the entry gate list. There were no kitchen towels nor hand towels in the bath. No bathmats. No place to put luggage except the floor. Back deck is falling apart in right corner. NO POTS OR PANS FOR COOKING! Owner said he would credit cleaning fee but has not! Very disappointed in the whole experience!

Great vacation rental

Amazing host; they were helpful and quick to respond if needed. They have a beautiful condo near the lake. It was a relaxing getaway weekend with lots of things to do near the condo.

Loved this rental!

My family and I stayed at this condo in April Sound and we loved it! The host was very attentive and the property looked just like the images. We enjoyed the layout and how everything was set up for us. We would 100% stay here again!

Spacious With Great Veiws!

We loved this Condo! It was more spacious than we expected and the deck with the view was an added perk! The neighborhood is so peaceful. Great Price. The host was helpful. Would stay here again.

Nice place for a short stay

My family was in Montgomery for my son's wedding and needed someplace close to the venue. We had 6 adults in our group and Jeramy's place was perfect for us. Clean and orderly with the basic amenities. The townhome is in April Sound and although an older property, it's still nice. Easy to get to and secure. Would stay there again.

Family get away

The house set up is perfect for family with bedrooms downstairs and open living space and kitchen upstairs. Kids could be downstairs sleeping without being disturbed by grownups awake and conversing upstairs. The host was extremely responsive to our specific needs as well as one maintenance issue that arose during our stay. We would not hesitate to stay here again! Thanks so much!

Beautiful Rental!

Stayed here for a week while we were having some work done at out house. Beautiful rental, large TV for movie nights, nice balcony, and plenty of space for party of 6.

Perfect for Mom Getaway

We stayed here for a weekend moms getaway and it was perfect. The neighborhood was quiet and clean. The home was clean and exactly how it was in the pictures. We used the pool and it was a great experience. Very close to a lot of resturants and stores. Jeramy was very responsive and gave great recommendations.

Great Time

Property and location were beautiful. Definitely as advertised. Close to the water, shopping and restaurants. Line to get in the gates can get a little long during peak times, but it is really nice to have a manned guard house and roving security on the premises. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks.

Mother of the groom ready station

Extremely clean and comfortable. Loved the kitchen counter! The porch was perfect for morning coffee. Jeramy was always just a text away to answer any questions. Thank you for a lovely stay

Winter get away

We enjoyed our stay in April Sound. Jeramy quickly helped us with any questions or concerns. We were very close to many restaurants, shopping and golfing. The pool was being refinished so we weren’t able to enjoy that as often as we would have liked but it will be nice when it is done. We’re from Minnesota so enjoyed Texas weather.

Property well appointed. The clocks all need batteries, but that was a very miner issue. There is very minimal view of the lake.

Great little condo with nice view

The condo was great the owner answered all messages right away. There was a nice view of the lake out each end of the balcony. The condo was clean and modern. Only drawback is there is only one parking spot in front of the condo. Then you just use visitor parking it was too far but not as easy for unloading stuff.

Highly recommend!

This property was beautifully decorated and immaculate. Had everything we needed. They really thought of everything. I had an issue on my end with my arrival date due to the freeze in N. Texas and owner was pleasant to deal with and extremely helpful. I highly recommend this property. The only feed back I could possibly give is maybe adding black-out curtains to the master bedroom. Even that wasn’t a big deal. I’d stay here again anyway.

Great Management & Location, Parking Caution

Jeamy is a great host/manager and very responsive. Overall, the home is well-kept and clean. I would stay there again if they would have me. The beds are oh-so-comfortable. Our entire party agrees about the beds. The property is nice. It's bright with updated fixtures and appliances. The structure itself is a little dated, with signs of age showing in very small disrepairs like toilet paper and towel holders; a ceiling cover in one of the bathrooms isn't seated well, so you can see into the ceiling. If you have more than 2 cars in your party, parking could be inconvenient. The parking instructions are clear; there's just not much of it.

Family wedding

Location was good for family wedding, a little difficult to find at night. Town has many things to do and places to eat. Overall very clean. We were a party of 6 adults, could use a few more towels and kitchen items. Would stay again if wedding in the area.
