Vacaciones perfectas o escapada de fin de semana! Despiértese con hermosos amaneceres y café en el patio con vista a una pintoresca y pequeña cala en el lago Conroe en Walden. Casa de dos pisos que duerme cómodamente ocho arriba. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size y balcón privado con vista al lago. El dormitorio de invitados tiene 2 camas tamaño queen y un baño completo en suite. Hay un segundo baño de tamaño completo en el mismo nivel fuera del maestro. A los niños les encantará dormir en el piso de arriba que tiene una cama futón de tamaño completo, súper lujosa y gruesa. Se adapta a dos adultos también, y mira hacia abajo en la sala de estar y el lago.

Sala de estar es increíble! Muy bien decorado, sofá seccional, Smart TV, chimenea de leña y una amplia vista del lago.

Cocina abierta completamente remodelada con todas las comodidades del hogar, incluido un estante para vinos. Lavadora y secadora grandes, lavaplatos y medio baño en las escaleras. También hay una sala de juegos con futbolín, tablero de dardos, juegos de mesa, una segunda nevera perfecta para bebidas y acceso al patio delantero.

¡Abre las puertas del patio y sal a la derecha y literalmente salta al lago, flota alrededor de la cala o lanza una línea desde el mamparo para pescar! Comedor al aire libre, fogata y parrilla de gas para una barbacoa o asar a la parrilla su pesca del día. Hay un gran patio y un área común cerrada frente al lago para descansar o jugar. El puerto deportivo al otro lado de la cala tiene alquileres de botes y jetski o traiga el suyo.

Nuestros huéspedes tendrán acceso completo a la rampa de lanzamiento de un bote privado y todas las comodidades del Walden, incluido el Yacht Club, el brunch del domingo, el gimnasio, la piscina, el área de juegos para niños, el parque de picnic y mucho más.

¡Es un lugar perfecto para unas vacaciones familiares, un fin de semana de chicas o una escapada romántica! Ubicado en Walden, a pocos kilómetros de restaurantes como Sams Boat, Pappas on the Lake e incluso algunas bodegas.

Great lakefron property

We enjoyed our 4 night stay at this property! It had everything we needed and even a couple extras we didnt think we needed. The kids loved the huge pink bean bag. The beds were super comfortable. Communication with the host was seamles....almost immediate response. I will definitely book again!!

Family getaway

We had family members that came with us for the vacation and family members that showed up for the vacation. Everything was so clead nice and lovely. Would definitely list this one 10 out of 10.

Great Lake condo!

We had a great time at the condo! The condo had everything we needed, plus lots of extras. We were able to park our boat at the condo which was a huge plus. Communication with the owners was great! We loved being able to sit out in the patio and enjoy the lake views! I would recommend this condo if you want a relaxing weekend at the lake!

Great spot on the lake!

The house worked great for us! We had a group of my son and friends. The grassy area/shore was perfect for fishing and we loved being able to tie our boat up right behind the home. Communication with the host was fast and helpful! We really enjoyed our time there!

THIS ONE IS TRULY BOAT FRIENDLY!

5-STARS!! What a WONDERFUL lake house setting and SUPER boat friendly! This townhome was perfect for our family of four. We wanted to spend our long weekend close to family and on the water. We pulled our boat (21’ Yamaha Wake boat) along with us so that we could enjoy the direct access to the lake, and I’ll tell you what; the location and setup here were excellent. The back porch is inviting and peaceful overlooking the marina. From there, the yard opens up and leads down to a bulkhead with plenty of room to dock your boat, even alongside the neighbors. The bulkhead is really the only place I would give a slight knock. The header board could use just a slight bit of attention, as there are some exposed nail heads that you have to be careful of entering/exiting the boat. This is literally the ONLY issue we had. The private boat launch was a huge plus. We came in late at night and had to park our boat overnight before launching the following morning. (NOTE: If you are parking a boat or trailer at the launch, be sure to have wheel chocks, as the parking lot does have a slight slope) The ramp and docks were in great shape and easily accessible for us, though we were here early in the season, so it may be busier during peak times. We never saw more than 2 trucks/trailers parked on any single day, and loading and unloading didn’t have a wait. The house was great! We had a whole lot more to say, but we only get 1500 characters...

Summer Family Trip

GREAT location, great amenities & great homeowners

We were in town for a conference at Margaritaville and it was the perfect location for commuting! The homeowners provided so many fun activities at their lakehouse (you definitely need to rent their kayaks) as well as the club amenities. Would definitely stay here again!

The townhouse had everything we needed! Rene was so accommodating and easy to work with and even provided an awesome restaurant suggestion. Our boys loved the game room and we even played a family game of Jenga.

Great Family spot

The Townhouse is perfectly located right behind the Marina, great for kids to play at and swim without any danger of boats or waves. We really enjoyed staying there and just relaxing. The host was very responsive and accommodating. Thank you for a great weekend On the water.

Excellent Stay

The property is exactly as described. A quiet part of Walden on Lake Conroe, tucked away but very close to everything you need including a fitness center. The house is set up very well and very well stocked with the small items for a weekend or longer stay. Excellent communication with Rene and she provided great recommendations for places to go and see. The mornings with a cup of coffee outside are without peer. Thank You

Perfect long weekend getaway on the lake!

Wonderful townhome overlooking the lake! Perfect for family with kids. Our kids had so much fun playing on the lake just outside. Fooseball table was a hit! Kitchen is beautiful, view of the lake from inside the home was fabulous! Spacious and clean home. Loved the many thoughtful extras like lots of towels, pillows, games and lake toys that made our stay comfortable. Host was absolutely the best :) Thanks for everything! JoAnnie & Brian

Perfect get-away spot on Lake

The house is cozy and backs up to perfect spot on Lake Conroe with a protected cove in back yard but easy access to open water. Home is outfitted with everything you need. Owners were super nice and helpful with every question.
