Amazing!!

My family and I stayed at this beautiful house last week. There were 7 of us in total. You can't beat the location and the gorgeous view of the beach. Greg was an amazing host. I highly recommend!

Sunrises and sunsets on the beach

We really loved staying here. The ocean waves were peaceful, the sunrises were beautiful to watch on the comfortable patio furniture, and the pool was lovely. We didn't swim at the beach out front as it was a bit more than the kids could handle (rocky just off shore with some largish waves). The showers were hot, the A/C in each bedroom was cool. We appreciated the washer and dryer and the beach towels and chairs. The outdoor grill was included without being charged extra. Along those lines, the kitchen had some basics provided such as coffee filters and spices. The host had someone meet us there when we checked in to show us around. Mostly they emphasized keeping the gates closed so horses and other animals don't get in.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful 4 night stay at Sands Beachfront! The property is clean, well maintained, stocked with all you could need for beach days, pool days, cooking, and even had laundry detergent for a few loads of wash! Greg and Mandy were very communicative and kind. The views were spectacular! Location is on a quiet street and easy to get anywhere from here. We loved our time here!

Wonderful location and amenities!

We loved having access to both the ocean and pool! The deck was perfect for having morning coffee and watching the waves. We appreciated access to the washer and dryer as we packed light and needed to wash clothes. Wondered experience here! The hosts were very helpful and kind.

Perfection

The place was bigger than we needed as we had several committed to this trip who backed out. The location was outstanding! Beaches, restaurants, shops all close by within a few minutes drive. We did have a car, but I’m guessing a taxi would’ve been fine as well. Waking up to that view from the upper veranda was amazing! We visited a different beach every day, and enjoyed our sweet house kitty that we fed on a daily basis. Wildlife everywhere… Horses, dogs, cats… My only criticism I could possibly come up with is the coffee pot a little sketchy, no matter how hard we tried we had grounds in every pot. And the grill needs a little help, but it worked fine as long as you have matches. caretakers were phenomenal, Mandy and Willie were so helpful with tips and tricks. We would definitely return again! Maybe with a few more friends to share the cost. Beautiful property!

Incredible beach house has everything!

This place has it all - 4 bedrooms each with their own A/C, balcony with ocean views and the prettiest sunsets, private access to a beach you almost always have to yourself, beautiful private pool, central location with easy access to stores, Avis rental car, shopping and exploration of the whole island, beach chairs, umbrellas, and coolers you can take with you when you check out the other gorgeous beaches of Vieques and Culebra, and the best host we’ve ever had. Greg is welcoming, friendly, attentive and always there if you need him. I can’t stress enough how highly I recommend Sands Beachfront

Best host ever

This is a fantastic property right on the beach. The house is not new but they have done a great job with all of the furnishings so it is comfortable but not fussy. They have beach equipment and coolers. Greg was the perfect host. He met us at the house to show us around, offered lots of recommendations, and answered all our questions. He went way beyond expectations in offering to remove sea urchin spines from my mom's foot after she stepped on one! All around a great experience (not the sea urchin) and a great value. Thank you!

Outstanding Experience.

Location, view and amenities all were fantastic. This VERBO rental is all it was avertised as. First walk down to the beach was breathtaking and not because it was strenuous. The short walk out the back gate opens up to a gorgeous sandy beach and magnificent ocean view. The kids grabbed the provided paddle boards and were on the ocean within minutes of arrival. View from the upstairs balcony provided a perfect background to family meals served outside. We were a group of 12 and fit comfortably seated family style on the provided outdoor furniture. Pool was a perfect temperature. Cool and refreshing yet not at all cold. Spent an entire day on the pool deck mixing frozen drinks and listening to tunes. Again plenty of space for all of us to spread out and enjoy. We even had a visit from the neighbor Bella, a super friendly dog who loved to swim during the mid day heat. Kitchen was well stocked and adequate for meal preparation. Beds were firm and comfortable and received no complaints from anyone in the group. If you are visiting Vieques this home should be on your short list of places to stay.

Wonderful vacation, fantastic host

We stayed for three nights in Greg's small piece of paradise and had an amazing time. We had two families with teenagers and plenty of space for all of us. The home is beautiful with a well-appointed kitchen and the view from the outdoor porch is stunning. Greg was extremely responsive before and during our stay. He provided us with helpful suggestions and a resource guide for beaches, restaurants, car rentals, etc. which was quite helpful. He met us at the property to let us in and give us a tour and when we had a few questions during our stay he responded right away. Highly recommend this property to anyone traveling to Vieques!.

Gorgeous Home With a Gorgeous View

My family and I had a wonderful time while visiting Vieques. We stayed upstairs and the view of the sea was amazing. The private beach right behind the house is the perfect place to drink a cold Medalla. Greg was an excellent host. He fulfilled every request and we did not have a single problem with the home during our stay.

Wonderful Property for your Vieques Adventure!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time on Vieques, and this property and host align for the making of a perfect trip. Greg was a wonderful host, meeting us for a seamless and informative check-in and communicating timely throughout our stay as we had questions or were seeking recommendations. The location is ideal, oceanfront with wonderful ocean views, breezes, and sounds to sleep by. The property is clean, comfortable, and has all necessities to make your stay comfortable. Only a few minutes drive to Isabel for any groceries needed, restaurants, and shops - and only 15 minutes to Esperanza on the other side of the island for additional exploring. Greg provides access to a cooler and beach chairs, which we loaded daily into our Bronco. Heading out each day with our packed lunch & drinks to explore and hit our favorite beaches! We used the well appointed kitchen for breakfast most days and made several dinners at home. The outdoor deck and furniture was a very comfortable spot for relaxing, with access to the relatively private beach just down the stairs or a dip in the properties private pool. Only wonderful things to say about the host, property, and our visit to Vieques.n The brief stay made us realize why so many return year after year!

Great Stay

Place was great and right on the beach. Greg had some paddle boards for guest usage. We asked about a boogie board and he drove back to his home and brought us one.

Best Vacation View!

This property is a perfect central location, gorgeous views, breezes and the sound of the waves crashing on the beach. Well appointed with everything you need and a lovely pool when you've had enough ocean. Beds were comfortable, fast internet and great ac, ceiling fans and great natural light. My only complaint is the wild roosters around the neighborhood so bring ear plugs for the early morning rooster. We had the upstairs unit and this is a great rental if two families are traveling together because the downstairs is a great view as well.

Fantastic Oceanfront Home!

Greg was very kind and helpful- really enjoyed meeting him! The house is fantastic, right by the beach with amazing views and private access. Our group loved snorkeling at the beach and finding sea glass. The pool is great and the location is both private and close to town. We love Vieques and would love to book this house again when we return! Highly recommend!

Prefect house for vacation

Prefect location with a very nice beach in front and Isabell town only minutes away. It has beach chairs available for us to use for our many beach visits (we visited multiple beaches all over the island, not just the one in front of the house). Washer and dryers are also available. An outdoor shower is convenient to clean up after a beach outing. Inside the house, it has a full kitchen, dinning area, living room, bedrooms with A/C, and most other rooms have ceiling fans. The good size balcony overlooking the beach has sitting area with fans. The host is very helpful with all the info and contacts you need, from rental car to taxi. He can hook you up! Overall, it's a great stay and highly recommended!

Beachfront Getaway

Our group really enjoyed this property. It’s on a somewhat private beachfront with gated access though we preferred the swimming/snorkeling on the other side of the island. It’s a great beach to look for sea glass and relax and the view is beautiful. It’s conveniently located near the ferry and it’s an easy drive to other snorkeling beaches. We rented the upper level and the lower level was rented out by other guests, and we never really ran into them so it feels private. Only a couple of us used the pool but they seemed to enjoy it. The laundry room is well-appointed though the kitchen could use some updated pots/pans, but otherwise the house had everything we needed. The AC units worked great as well. We had some trouble getting in when we first arrived, as the woman who was meeting us to give us the entry code was late, but it wasn't long before we could gain access. Greg was an amazing host and very responsive and friendly, and with helpful tips on the island. We would definitely rent again from Greg!
