Welcome to Casa Mar Vista! This spacious home hosts 3 bedrooms, 2 complete bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen with a half kitchen downstairs- fully equipped with refrigerator, gas stove with oven, dishwasher, microwaves, blenders, toasters, and utensils. There are big screen smart TV's and wireless high-speed internet. This property boasts northward tropical ocean views of the Caribbean that are second to none! Lounge or BBQ from the wrap around lanai, taking in the tropics, surrounded by Ylang-Ylang and other tropical flora. Make your way to the private pool, to lounge, refresh, and take in the Caribbean View. This house is totally private and equidistant from northside and southside beaches. Casa Mar Vista has ac units in every room of the home, fluffy beds, has its own private driveway entrance with electronic gated access to the property, and access to full laundry (washer and dryer). We provide everything you'll need for a day at the beach- chairs, coolers, umbrellas, and towels. Casa Mar Vista is located in the scenic community of Los Chivos, centrally located in the hills of Vieques. A quick 8-to-10-minute drive into town for groceries or a bite to eat. And in less time to begin exploring the beaches of Vieques!

Greg Angie and Laura were so attentive and helpful. The place was stunning with the pool and views. Would definitely stay here again, my family of two adults and three teens loved it all. Highly recommend.

Great Island Vacation Home

We highly enjoyed our stay at this vacation home. It met all of our needs, was very comfortable, and had AMAZING views! The property managers were also extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the area as far as places to eat and things to do. I would not hesitate at all to book this house again!

Piece of Paradise

Wonderful time on the island again and having a beautiful place to stay was very pleasant as well.Being able to come back to the pool after a long day at all the incredible beaches was always a nice way to end any day. Central location on the island made going in any direction very easy.The property owner was always just a text away and very helpful. Looking forward to our return already

So Relaxing with Gorgeous Views!

This home was perfect for us, with amazing views off the veranda and the refreshing pool! We found the location perfect as well, very close drive anywhere on the island. Delicious dining options everywhere, and amazing beaches on the Esperanza side. We hope to be back again and again. Also, when we had trouble finding the house to check in, the property managers were awesome and went above and beyond to help! All in all, the most relaxing four days I’ve had in a long time. Thank you!

Spring Break Escape

We had a lovely time at Casa Mar Vista. The space was just what was needed for our family of 5. The pool is fantastic and listening to the coquis at night and enjoying the view and the breeze with my coffee in the morning was perfect. Great location, smack in the middle of everything. Easy to get down to Vieques town or over to Esperanza. Just need a few more hooks for hanging up wet towels and suits to dry.

Perfect Stay for Our Family

This place was incredible and worked out perfectly for our family of 6. The house includes all amenities including a pool that has wonderful views, overlooking gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. The house is conveniently located to grocery stores and in between Isabel and Esperanza which has shops, and great restaurants. They have a gated area where we were able to park two jeeps comfortably and a downstairs laundry room that was convenient after long days at the beach. The upstairs master suite is perfect for a couple, while the separate downstairs has two suites perfect for kids or additional couples. This was the perfect place to get away after long days in the sun. Highly recommend and would stay here again!
