Amazing oceanviews. Light and bright new home overlooking Fisherman's Cove within walking distance to private Moody Beach and Crescent Beach. Enjoy watching seals and lobster boats on our 2 large outdoor decks and multiple sitting areas. Beautifully appointed 4 bedroom 3 full bath home. Spacious master suite with private entrance and attached deck. Central air, gas appliances, quartz kitchen w/bkfst bar, ss appliances, washer/dryer, bkfst bar. Enclosed back porch with marsh sunset views w/futon can be used as 5th private bedroom. New comfortable furnishings with coastal decor. Wifi internet with smart TV's and firestick. Gas grill, keurig. One minute walk to Wells lobster pound. 7 night only rentals Saturday check-in/out. 8 guests Maximum. 3 cars max allowed in Driveway. Entrance on Eldridge Rd. Free 24 hr parking on street on Webhannet Dr.

NOTE: We supply blankets & pillows. Guests must bring sheets and towels. Bed sizes are 2 queen size beds, 3 full size beds and a 4th full futon on the private screened back porch. Linens can be delivered by contacting Cottage Linens in Kennebunk. Address 399 Webhannet Dr

Large, comfortable home right across a small street from ocean sea wall. Bed space for seven (four adults, three young adults). Kitchen with basic items and plenty of eating space. Bathrooms were great. Awesome location with parking for several cars. Wells feels less busy than neighboring beach communities. Short walk to Crescent Beach and Wells Lobster Pound. Sandy was a great host!

Great place to stay in Wells

My family stayed here for a week. The house was great. Everything was clean and beds were comfortable. The Wells area gets pretty busy but we were able to reliably get good food a number of times at the Lobster Pound within easy walking distance. Some of the other places nearby get very busy so be prepared to have backups ready. We spent a lot of time just hanging out on the front porch which was nice. There's a road right there but most folks drive pretty respectfully. Occasionally you'll get an annoying loud truck, motorcycle, or car that comes by but it was not too bad. If I was visiting Wells again, I'd stay here again.

Great Place to Stay

Wonderful view out of the front of the house. Plenty of parking in the back. It was nice an clean, and the kitchen was well stocked. Sandy was great to work with - constant communication and quickly answered any questions we had.

This is a beautiful home. Very well maintained and a well stocked kitchen. All rooms are decorated beautifully and the layout was great. The hosts are super nice and very responsive.

I’ve been vacationing in Maine for years and Sandra and Al’s house in Wells is, hands down, my favorite. They have thought of everything — the house was roomy, clean & comfortable — and the location can’t be beat. I cannot wait to go back. Highly recommend.

Beautiful Water Front Property

The property is as advertised with the pictures. It is a beautiful property with exceptional views and tastefully decorated. We had everything we needed for our stay. It was perfect and roomy for my family. One beach is within walking distance which was a plus. The owners were very welcoming and helpful with suggestions and recommendations.

Everything you need for a week of relaxation

Everything you need for a week of relaxation. The property is in tiptop shape and very clean. The layout is perfect for our family of five, but you could probably comfortably put more in. The property owner is delightful and so helpful and responsive. We love the location and the feel of the neighborhood. Tons to explore within a walk or short drive. Highly recommended!!

A Perfect Week!

We just returned from a wonderful week at Sandy and Al's oceanfront property. We were there with our three young adult children and their spouses/partners. There was plenty of room for all of us. The house was well equipped, and the views of both the ocean and the marsh were gorgeous. The owners were a pleasure to work with and always responded immediately to any questions. A return trip is definitely in our plans.

Maine Memories

We returned home last night after a week at the beautiful property. It is even more beautiful then the photos. There were 7 adults and 2 kids. The kids and their dad spent the week in the downstairs 2 double bed room which was ideal due to the proximity of the bathroom and shower as soon as they came in from the beach. They never had to go to the upstairs for anything. The front and back porches were both very nice depending on the time of day. Gramma and Grampa spent some solitary time on the upstairs porch or in the beautiful master suite. The hosts were very easy to reach with the few questions we had. The property has much room for parking but we only had one vehicle. The beach is a 5 minute walk. Easy access to the grocery and Dollar stores just a few miles away and there is a church within walking distance. Great trip! We were all spoiled by the views!!

Beautiful stay in Wells

This is a beautiful, well-appointed home with thoughtful and attentive owners/hosts. My family and I stayed here for three weeks, with various friends and family staying with us throughout our stay. There was plenty of space for my husband and me and our parents to be here, with room for guests to join us. We were also able to work remotely with no trouble—the views of the ocean from the front of the house and the marsh behind made for a wonderful change of scenery. The home is well-equipped for everyday needs; close to some of Maine's best sites; and steps away from the ocean. We enjoyed daily walks on either of the nearby beaches (at low tide); trips to Ogunquit, Kennebunkport, Kittery, and Portsmouth, NH; cooking meals together in the lovely kitchen and eating at the large dining table; and watching the changing tides from the various porches and sitting areas in the home. Sandy was an attentive and communicative host; while there were no problems that needed her attention during our stay, we did communicate about trash pickup and she was very friendly and responsive. We would absolutely stay here again—a beautiful home in a wonderful location! Thank you :)
