Large windows invite sunlight and more bay views into the open-style living room. Kick back with a favorite read or tune into favorite TV shows. The well-equipped kitchen features ample counter space to prepare vacation recipes. Eight can gather for meals between the kitchen bar and the adjacent dining table.

As part of Reflections at Bay Point, you'll enjoy access to luxe amenities for the whole family. Make a splash in the 10,000 square-foot tropical pool (heated seasonally), then relax in the shared hot tub. Practice your swing on one of several tennis courts, or book a tee time at either of the two championship golf courses on-site. A private beach within walking distance provides added convenience.

Our 2nd HOME!!

I have been bringing my kids to Reflections for about 12 years. We love it!!! It is so clean and nice and all staff on grounds are very polite. Highly recommend to all!!

Room with a View

Wonderful view. Loved the screened in porch to keep out the birds who are messy as we experience in other units in this building. Fairly well equipped. We did add a cutting board and a drip coffee maker to the property as those were important to us. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Great pool and hot tub.

Great Weekend

Property was awesome and clean, as advertised... We did find a few broken items in the condo, nothing major or significant, but just want to make sure the owner is aware of them bc it does make renters a bit nervous that they will be charged for the small damages that are left out there. just items that ought to be removed (i.e. broken Vase on the porch, fake lemons that look like somebody tried to eat them,, a broken plug cover in living room, etc..) Nothing major! great place!

Beautiful views but a few issues with condo

We loved Bay Point, the views from Reflections 611 and the size of the condo. There were problems with the master shower leaking, wi-fi connection, cleanliness of kitchen and bathroom cabinets/drawers and many light bulbs missing or not working.

Not safe for children

We checked out early because we did not feel the unit was safe. There was not a safety lock on the front door, so my 2 year old could easily walk out in a matter of seconds. My mom was going to watch my son alone during the day while I was at work. She did not feel comfortable showering or even using the restroom because of the constant worry that my son could easily walk out of the front door. I called Vacasa to report the concern and was told the lock works, you just have to twist it the opposite direction. I turned it every direction and it did not work. I consider a safety lock a basic feature in a rental unit or hotel. We called the county inspectors office to report the issue because of Vacasa’s lack of concern. After speaking to numerous Vacasa representatives and requesting to be moved to a new unit, Vacasa finally agreed to allow us to check out early with a refund for the remaining nights minus cleaning fee. I’m still waiting for the refund, but hoping it will process soon. Furthermore, one of the Vacasa representatives I spoke to made odd and inappropriate remarks about my son. It was a strange experience all around. The unit itself was fine and would have been sufficient if the lock had functioned appropriately. There is a chair in the unit which need to be replaced though. It’s filthy!

The unit was beautifully decorated, the pool was wonderful (although I’d prefer it was colder) and we had just about everything we needed. Only wish the blinds on the 2nd bedroom offered more privacy. All-in-all, I’d definitely recommend it.

Horrible customer service and false property description.

We will never rent a property through this property management group again. When we booked the property, the listing claimed to have private beach access. We stayed there last week and found out that the private beach was sold to its neighbor property and guests no longer had access. This was the main reason we booked this property. They were very unapologetic and didn’t seemed concerned at all that the property description completely misled us when we booked the property. I tried several times to reach out directly to property manager listed on card in condo. Her voicemail was full the entire week and she never responded to my emails. I am now working with VRBO to get some kind of resolution. The pullout couch had disgusting stains on the mattress cover. When we pulled down a quilt to cover the stained mattress cover, it had what appeared to be urine stains. The cushions outside were covered in mold. I understand the humidity can cause a bit of mold, but it was really bad and looks like they hadn’t been cleaned in quite some time. We are home now and I have yet to receive any response from the property manager. It looks like they have updated the listing to remove beach access from description, but it is very disappointing that they have not reached out directly to me to address my concerns and the fact that I paid for something we didn’t receive. I really wanted to be happy with this condo. The pool was great and it was in a great location, but the lack of response is unacceptable.

All was great , could have been a little more cleaner . The pool was not clean , but the storm for 2 days b4 we got in could have had something to do with that to . Couple things in our condo could have been cleaner . The location and resort itself was great .

Beautiful Place

Beautiful place with lots of room and great location. Tons of space for a group or family. It was just myself, a friend and my nephew so we all had enough space for all of us. It was nice to have 2 bathrooms and they were large. The pool was perfect and large. The condo had a great view from the balcony and was screened in to keep the bugs away. Close to restaurants and the beach. Definitely would recommend or stay again. The only draw back was that their was tons of dust on all the surfaces like it had not been cleaned. With the high cleaning fee I would expected it to be cleaner. The couch bed was broken and it cause the couch to sink when you did not have it pulled out. The Managemnt company was not very responsive when I messaged them with a question, in fact I am still waiting to hear back from one I had 4 days ago.

Beautiful Bay Point Condo

Home at the beach.

I’ve always loved the view, but I’ve forgotten how far out into ocean you see beyond the bay when you’re on the 6th floor. This condo had everything and really felt like a home.
