Explore the Shore at the Shores of Panama Resort 2204. This spacious, updated condo sleeps eight making it perfect for family escapes. All the comforts of home are within reach, including free WiFi, a fully-stocked kitchen and dining area, two bedrooms, One with a King and one with a Queen size bed, Bunk beds in a hallway nook, a comfortable sleeper sofas plus three full bathrooms. There is ample room to spread out even on the beachfront balcony!

When you're not bonding over a budget-friendly dinner, you'll enjoy the 13,965 square foot lagoon pool one of the beach's grandest beachfront pools. Gather in a gulf-front hot tub before sipping tropical cocktails at the tiki bar or grabbing poolside snacks for the kids. Step onto the sand for a sunset stroll. The possibilities are endless when you chose Shores of Panama Resort 2204.

There is additional $85 Resort Fee (For Wrist bands and Parking Pass) to be paid on arrival (not included in your payment).

Great location

The property and location are amazing. Could have been a bit more clean ,but we undertand with the sand its hard to keep things clean. Would definitely recommend this property

Great location and amenities, terrible elevators.

The property was very nice. The pool and amenities were great. The location was great however had to wait many many times because there are not enough elevators for the size of this property. Most elevators were full and you couldn’t get on high floors make it a pain for unloading and loading.

We had a good time but the condo was less than desired.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We went as a family vacation with adult kids and we enjoyed our time and the location of the building is good but don’t plan on getting anywhere to quickly. They have 4 elevators for the entire place and we were on the 22nd floor. Our condo had nasty stains on the furniture which they offered to get cleaned 2 days later and our fridge didn’t work so we didn’t get another one for a couple days so that cost us lots more money since we didn’t get to go to the store for out lunch and breakfast not to mention they left the other fridge in the condo as well. The floors were dirty but you couldn’t tell until you looked at your feet and they would be black. The condo could just use a little update. They could maybe use a new house keeper as she was on her phone when my daughter opened the door at 3:40 and check in is at 4 so I think her time wasn’t used by cleaning the way it appeared.

Still awaiting a proper apology and a "decent" refund

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was not our first time vacationing at Shores of Panama, but it was our first time renting from Emerald Coast - and our last. The check-in process was smooth, although we were surprised to find out that the parking fee was $100, not the $85 as previously stated by the host in an email.The real issue began when we arrived at the condo with our family of four - including a child, a senior, and two adults. We found the place infested with cockroaches of all sizes in the kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms. The bathrooms were dirty, the main bedroom sheets were soiled, and the A/C was not working properly, making the rooms uncomfortably hot. Needless to say, our daughter was terrified. Fortunately, we were vacationing with friends who allowed her to stay in their room while we sought help.After contacting Emerald Coast and VRBO, we were offered a different condo at Boardwalk as a solution. However, this was not ideal as we were vacationing with other families. In the end, we were offered the same condo at Shores of Panama but on a different floor, along with a partial refund for the inconveniences we had experienced. The new condo was clean and well-maintained, allowing us to enjoy the remainder of our vacation.Despite this, it was difficult to relax and truly enjoy our time after the initial stress and disappointment. We are still awaiting a proper apology and a "decent" refund from Emerald Coast for the two days of our stay that were marred by the unsatisfactory conditions.
